Entspannter Urlaub

Sehr sauberes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartment! Sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern ( Klopapier, Salz, Zucker etc. sollte man selbst mitbringen oder vor Ort kaufen). Außerdem sehr nette und entgegenkommende Vermieterin. Traumhaft schöner Strand in ca. 500m zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Auch das Zentrum von Budoni, Supermarkt, Pasticceria zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar ( max. 500m). Allgemein sehr nette Menschen, angenehme Atmosphäre und gutes Wetter gestalteten unseren Urlaub in den Pfingstferien sehr schön! Ein Mietwagen um die Umgebung und die Insel besser kennenzulernen ist von Vorteil. Ferienwohnung ist ca. 35km (40min) vom Flughafen Olbia entfernt. Sehr empfehlenswert! Lukas N.

OTTIMO IN TUTTO

L' appartamento é come nelle foto, pulitissimo e molto spazioso. Abbiamo alloggiato al piano terra ed era anche fresco. La posizione è ottimale perché è in un posto tranquillo e vicino alla Baia di Budoni ( bellissima anche per chi non vuole spostarsi!) , ma allo stesso tempo vicinissimo alla statale che porta ovunque ed in breve tempo. Lo consigliamo a tutti, a coppie, famiglie , per chiunque ami il mare ! A 300 mt c'è il supermercato e una favolosa pescheria, la quale fornisce piatti pronti squisitissimi. I proprietari non solo sono discreti e gentili, ma addirittura si sono adoperati per farci avere un carroattrezzi e far sì che potessimo raggiungere il traghetto per il rientro visto il forfait dato dalla nostra auto. Che dire..... Una settimana stupenda, in una casa perfetta, in un posto meraviglioso, più di così non si poteva avere ! Grazie e arrivederci al prossimo anno ! Luigi M.

Für die ganze Familie!

Wir sind mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern in der Nebensaison auf Sardinien gelandet und somit waren alle Orte/Ferienanlagen noch eifrig dabei ihre Anwesen schön zu machen...d.h.die Außendusche war noch nicht so schön hergerichtet und auch der Hof war noch ein bisschen trist...die Wohnung war perfekt...sehr sauber und im Ess/Wohnbereich hatten wir ausreichend Platz. Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt....nicht weit zum Strand, Spielplatz, Einkaufsladen und Pizzaria auch direkt in der Nähe.

Irrinunciabile!!

La casa é come dalle foto, con tutti i comfort, fresca e spaziosa La consigliamo a tutti, a coppie, famiglie , per chi ama il mare . La posizione è ottimale perché è in un posto tranquillo e vicinissimo anche a tutti i servizi di prima necessità. Abbiamo alloggiato al piano terra , mentre i nostri amici erano al primo piano. Appartamento incantevole,con una bellissima veranda dove abbiamo pranzato e cenato, abbiamo trascorso 14 gg. da favola. La pulizia è assolutamente perfetta; proprietari discreti, gentili e disponibilissimi. Spiaggia vicina e bellissima Contiamo di ritornarci la prossima estate, irrinunciabile!!!!!! Gianluca S.

VACANZA MERAVIGLIOSA

Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane nel mese di settembre e abbiamo trascorso una vacanza indimenticabile!!! Casa comoda ed accogliente,con tutti i comfort. Direi addirittura che le foto non rendono in pieno quello che realmente è la casa. La sua posizione è ottimale,in quanto la spiaggia è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi (il mare è limpido e bellissimo),ma anche a pochi passi dal centro del paese dove si trovano bar,ristoranti e negozi e dove fanno i mercatini la sera. La proprietaria è una persona splendida che fa di tutto per rendere il soggiorno il più piacevole possibile.La pulizia è impeccabile.Ci sembrava di essere come a casa......tutto perfetto. Mi sono trovata cosi bene che l'anno prossimo ci ritornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque ha voglia di visitare la Sardegna. Chiara C.
