Siamo stati benissimo nel tuo casale, è stata una settimana che ci ricorderemo per tanto e che cercheremo di ripetere appena possibile, c'era tutto quello che noi due milanesi volevamo dalla nostra vacanza, tranquillità, natura, sole, una casa in campagna con patio o pergola, interni rustici ma eleganti, e una padrona di casa molto simpatica! Ci risentiremo e ci rivedremo, speriamo presto, buona serata!

Sehr schönes Haus zum Wohlfühlen in toller Lage
Unsere 15. Reise in die südliche - noch ursprüngliche – Toscana führte uns in diesem Jahr in die Nähe von Capalbio. Damit sich unser Hund unbeschwert bewegen konnte, suchten wir auch diesmal ein frei stehendes Haus mit eigenem, eingezäuntem Grundstück. Und so fanden wir zu unserem großen Glück IL Casale, nur wenige Kilometer von Capalbio entfernt. Auf einem großen - sehr gepflegten - Grundstück mit Olivenbäumen, Zypressen und großen Olean-derbüschen fanden wir insgesamt 3 Häuser von unterschiedlicher Größe vor. Jedes Haus hatte ein eigenes eingezäuntes Grundstück und der Abstand ist so groß, dass sich jeder Gast allein und unge-stört fühlt. In dem ca. 100 qm großen, sauberen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, ein Wohnzimmer mit SAT-TV und eine große, gut ausgestattete Küche. Nach einer Woche erfolgte eine Komplettreinigung mit Wäschewechsel. Das haben wir so aufwendig auch noch nicht erlebt. Die letzten 1,5 Kilometer Zufahrt zum Haus führen über eine Schotterstraße, die aber gut befahrbar ist. Für unser Allrad-Fahrzeug überhaupt kein Problem. Aber auch für Fahrzeuge geeignet, die nicht höher gelegt sind. Die Buchung des Hauses erfolgte völlig unproblematisch und sehr schnell. Bei der sehr freundlichen Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin des Hauses in englischer Sprache kann die Übersetzungshilfe von Google gute Dienste leisten. Zur Region: Capalbio befindet sich ganz im Süden der Toscana, nicht weit von Lazio entfernt. Für toskanische Verhältnisse ist man sehr schnell - in nur ca. 20 Minuten - am Meer. Und bis Orbitello bzw. weiter auf die Halbinsel des Monte Argentario ist es auch nicht viel weiter. Weitere lohnenswerte Ziele am Meer sind der Ort Talamone und der Maremma-Nationalpark. Ziele im Landesinneren (über Manciano) sind Pitigliano, Sovana, Sorano und die Schwefelquellen von Saturnia in gut 45 Minuten. Bis Siena benötigt man über die Via Aurelia und später die SS223 gut 90 Minuten. Besonders leckeren Wein gibt aus der Region Scansano, den Morelino. Und bis zum „il caseificio sociale Manciano“ (bekannte Käserei) sind es vom Haus auch nur 15 Autominuten Fahrzeit. Wir werden wiederkommen!!! Ci siamo sentiti molto confortevole e ritorneremo.

Tranquillità: parola d'ordine
Casa veramente spaziosa, bella, pulita, ben tenuta e curata anche nei dettagli...che può far solo piacere. La posizione è entusiasmante: panorama da sogno, silenzio e tranquillità. Il giardino è molto curato, sebbene non manchi di certo il verde tutto intorno alla casa, visto che la campagna circonda completamente la proprietà. Le attrezzature in cucina non hanno mai creato difficoltà perchè sono in abbondanza e ben tenute. Forse, si dovrebbero aggiungere dei ripiani agli armadi delle camere, ma è solo un piccolissimo dettaglio. Tramonti eccezionali e grilli in abbondanza! Anche il nostro cagnolone ha apprezzato molto gli ampi spazi sia interni che esterni e le passeggiate in libertà. Il mare è facilmente raggiungibile con l'auto. Speriamo di ritornarci!

Non si può che parlar bene di questo posto e della sua proprietaria. Casa pulitissima, accogliente e curata nel minimo particolare. Gentilezza e cortesia della proprietaria che ci è venuta incontro in ogni nostra richiesta con pazienza e cordialità. Gentilissimo e professionale anche il personale che collabora con la signora. Eccezionale la cucina, abbiamo approfittato della disponibilità della Signora Micaela per un aperitivo e due cene. Veramente superbe. Unico neo la strada brecciata per raggiungere il casale ma la qualità della settimana che abbiamo trascorso vale cretamente il piccolo disagio. Siamo abituati ad affittare delle case per le nostre vacanze. Di tutte le esperienze avute negli ultimi anni questa può considerarsi certamente una delle più positive. Grazie mille e a presto! Perfect holiday appartment
We have had a perfect holiday at Il Casale. We stayed there 3 weeks of which one week with the parents of my husband and our 2 dogs. The quiet and beautiful view is so amazing that we would love to go back soon. Also big thanks to the house keeper who helpen us big time while our car wasn't driving anymore. He drove us where we needed to go. Thanks again and make sure you let them cook for you if the option is available.
