Un très agréable moment à Agay
Appartement conforme à l'annonce très agréable à vivre situé à 2 pas de la plage dans une jolie résidence. Tout est disponible à pieds. Parfaite communication avec des propriétaires charmants et soucieux que leurs locataires passent un bon séjour. Je recommande !

AGAY riverside apartment
Before we arrived I was concerned that it was not a seafront location and was near a railway. Living there though, the location was very peaceful. We loved sitting looking out over the river and fields and were not bothered by the trains. The weather was sometimes windy, but we were very sheltered on the balcony. In fact, there was more to look at than just a sea view. With the beach, bakery and restaurants so nearby it was a great holiday location. We also loved walking in the impressive Esterel massif and visiting Frejus.

Schöner Urlaub, aber leider keine optimale Wohnung
Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern, ist sauber und funktional. Strandschirm, Strandmatten und andere Strandutensilien stehen zur Verfügung. Die Nähe zum Strand ist optimal und von Agay aus bieten sich zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Der Ort selbst ist sehr schön und der Strand ist lang und nicht überfüllt. Ein idealer Ort für einen Familienurlaub! Abzüge gibt es leider wegen der Nähe der Wohnung zu einer Brücke mit Bahngleisen. Leider ist die Strecke stark durch den TGV, Güterzüge und diversen Regionalzügen frequentiert. Schlafen mit offenen Fenster ist nicht möglich, da die ersten Züge bereits zw. sechs und sieben Uhr morgens vorbeifahren. Im Urlaub möchte man doch ganz gerne ausschlafen...Die Küche ist zwar sehr gut mit Küchenutensilien und insbesondere reichlich mit Geschirr ausgestattet, leider ist das Kochen nur unter Einschränkungen möglich, da der Platz auch für uns schlanke Menschen vor dem Herd sehr eng war. Das Ceranfeld war sehr abgenutzt und die Drehknöpfe teilweise verrostet. Die Raumgestaltung des Wohnzimmers war nicht optimal. Ein kleiner Tisch neben dem Sofa sowie ein zweiter Kühlschrank (großer Kühlschrank ist bereits vorhanden und ausreichend) waren ohne erkennbaren Nutzen. Die Wohnung verfügt zudem nicht über eine Internetverbindung, was mittlerweile Standard ist. Leider können wir die Wohnung insgesamt nicht empfehlen, es sei denn man stört sich nicht an sehr lauten Zügen und kocht nicht. In Anbetracht der Nachteile ist die Unterkunft zu teuer. Wir waren leider spät dran mit der Buchung, sonst hätten wir eine andere gewählt.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour a Agay : Nombreuses randos, visites, commerces, restos, activités diverses et baignades a proximité et sous un soleil formidable. On fait tout a pieds !! Cet appartement est très agréable, lumineux, propre et très bien équipé, il ne manque rien !!! la vue sur la rivière est superbe et paisible. idéalement situé, La salle de bain refaite a neuf, magnifique douche spacieuse. la co-propriété est calme et très bien entretenue. La propriétaire est très aimable, disponible et réactive. tout est mis en place pour accueillir au mieux les locataires : livret d'accueil, bonnes adresses, kit d'accueil pour débuter le séjour. tout y est. Merci Odile ! Super séjour !!!!!!!

L'appartement est très agréable, spacieux, bien entretenu et bien équipé. Très calme malgré la proximité immédiate de la plage. La vue sur le canal depuis la terrasse est superbe. Le cadre est enchanteur, l'emplacement est parfait et les propriétaires sont charmants. Nous espérons revenir dès que possible.
