Fantastic stay in beautiful Bormes Les Mimosas

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in Bormes Les Mimosas. The house is in a very large secluded plot with fantastic views but close enough for easy access to Bormes, Levandou as well as the beaches and vineyards of Cap Bernat. We very much hope to come back!

Perfect stay

Fantastic villa in an elevated position with great views. 8 of us stayed, 4 adults 4 children and the villa worked very well for us. Pool was excellent, plancha to cook on and the kitchen had all the equipment needed. Beaches were 10-15 mins away and Bormes les Mimosas centre is about 10 mins so great location, would thoroughly recommend.

Gerne wieder.........

Ein herrlicher Urlaub und eine tolle Zeit in Bormes les Mimosas. Das Haus liegt etwas oberhalb in einem Weinberg. Sehr ruhig gelegen mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf Bormes les Mimosas, Le Lavandu und das Mittelmehr. Die Ausstattung ist gut und absolut ausreichend. Alle Räume mit Klimaanlagen, der Pool sehr gepflegt und wirklich ausreichend groß. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermietern und die Übergabe waren reibungslos, sehr schnell und problemlos. Der persönliche Kontakt sehr herzlich !!! Gerne wieder :-)

Calme, piscine magnifique et maison fonctionnelle

Merci pour le bon accueil de Bertrand. Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans cette maison très fonctionnelle, proche des plages du Lavandou, de Bormes et de Brégançon. Grande piscine cristalline avec une vue panoramique et sans vis-à-vis. L’air conditionné fonctionne bien. La plancha est un régal pour les repas entre amis; les randonnées sont moins évidentes car chemins non balisés et se terminent dans des propriétés privées. Toutefois , nos chiens ont beaucoup aimé les promenades

Tolle Lage, schönes Haus mit Pool

Wir haben wieder einen erholsamen, sehr schönen Urlaub hier verbracht. Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Betten in Ordnung, Bad und Dusche recht neu renoviert. Für die freundliche Hilfe von Bertrand bei allen Fragen möchten wir uns bedanken.

Excellent séjour

A 2 pas de la mer et pourtant sans autre bruit que celui du vent ou le chant des cigales c’est d’abord une vue à couper le souffle sur plus de 180 degrés aussi belle de jour que féérique la nuit; un immense terrain superbement entretenu et une maison toute simple pour être sans souci mais équipée de tout le nécessaire, confortable et très soignée; petit plus pour la sdb joliment rénovée. Et enfin, c’est un accueil 5 étoiles, chaleureux et empreint de confiance dont je remercie vivement Bertrand et son épouse. À louer sans hésitation!

Joli coin de paradis!

Rien qu’à l’arrivée sur le parking de la maison, nous en avons pris plein les yeux! Vue dégagée sur la baie du lavandou et sur le village de Bormes les Mimosas village! La maison est très bien équipée comme indiqué sur l’annonce, rien ne manque. Deuxième effet wahou en découvrant la grande piscine! Les commodites et plages sont à proximité en voiture. Merci à Bertrand et sa compagne pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Un super séjour

Une vue incroyable magnifique qui domine tout Bormes-les-Mimosas, un cadre paradisiaque. Il y ne manque rien dans la maison, l’accueil des propriétaires est très agréable,à l’écoute et pleins de bons conseils pour vous indiquer les bons plans de la région. De plus à l’arrivée une bouteille d’eau plate, pétillante et une bouteille de rosé vous attende…super marque d’attention. La piscine est immense toujours avec un point de vue magnifique. Les commerces et le port et les plages sont à 10 mn maximum en voiture. Bref un séjour de rêve à renouveler dès que possible.

Ruhige Lage, Traumblick…

… und trotzdem schnell am Strand oder in der Stadt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen sicher wieder. Das Haus liegt ruhig, inmitten eines schönen Gartens, wo man wunderbar entspannen kann, mit Blick aufs Meer, Bormes-les-Mimosas oder die Berge. Das Haus ist sauber, Küche und Bad neu saniert. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Auch eine Plancha zum Grillen ist vorhanden. Für die freundliche und hilfsbereite Kommunikation mit Monsieur Nargaud sowie Wein und Wasser als Willkommensgeschenk möchten wir uns an dieser Stelle nochmals bedanken!

Kleines Landhaus mit wunderbarem Blick

Das Haus liegt erhöht auf einem Hügel mit Blick auf Bormes und die Bucht von Le Lavendou. Durch die Lage ist es sehr ruhig, aber die Strände sowie die nächsten Orte sind trotzdem sehr schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus selber ist eher einfach eingerichtet, aber es ist alles vorhanden. Die Bäder sind neu... Leider konnten wir trotz des schönen Wetters weder die riesige Terrasse noch den Pool geniessen, da durchgängig der kalte Mistral blies, was zu dieser Zeit aber normal ist... Wir haben viele Ausflüge und Wanderungen gemacht und den Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr genossen.

Tolle Lage, absolut ruhig und klasse Blick

Sehr schönes Haus in toller abgeschiedener Lage. Super Ausgangsort für Wanderungen! Leider hatten wir vergessen Bettwäsche & Handtücher mitzubringen und uns war auch nicht klar, dass die Endreinigung nicht inklusive ist (kostete nochmal 120€ plus 54€ für die Bettwäsche). An der Stelle vielen Dank an Bertrand und seine Frau, die uns spät abends noch ausgeholfen haben!!!

Netter Urlaub in entspannter Atmosphäre

Sehr schönes Objekt mit Fernblick. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war trotz leichter Sprachbarrieren unsererseits sehr gut und immer möglich. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist zwar etwas abenteuerlich, aber auch mit einem Van gut zu bewältigen. Der Vermieter ist bemüht, die Räumlichkeiten nach und nach zu modernisieren. Insbesondere die Bäder sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhafte Lage

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus auf wunderbarem Grundstück mit mediterraner Bepflanzung. Herrlicher Blick in die Landschaft bis zum Meer. Ruhig und trotzdem nahe am Meer und den Orten Bormes und Lavandou. Herrlicher großer Pool mit tollem Poolbereich. Alles war wunderbar und hätte nicht besser sein können! Hervorragende Gastgeber. Wunderbarer Blick

Wir hatten in diesem Haus eine sehr schöne Woche. Die Inneneinrichtung ist etwas rustikal, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Küche und die Bäder sind modern. Der Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt, viel grün, schöner Rasen, der Abends automatisch bewässert wird. Separat vom Haus gibt es ein paar Schritte nach unten den schönen großen Pool mit fantastischer Aussicht über die Landschaft. Die hat man auch oben auf der Terrasse, morgens beim Frühstück, und besonders schön Abends bei Sonnenuntergang wenn man die ganzen Lichter des Ortes sieht. Auch für Hundebesitzer eine tolle location, da man sofort wenn man das Haus verlässt, in der Natur ist. Wir wollen wiederkommen!

Chuuuuuut !!!

Ne surtout pas ébruiter cette location afin de ne la garder que pour nous... Blague à part , Cadre magnifique, Grande propriété sans vis à vis. Maison fraiche et conviviale. Grande piscine bien entretenue. Propriétaires très sympatiques et aux petits soins ( café , bouteille d'eau et rosé frais nous attendaient à l'arrivée)

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la maison de Mr Nargaud. La maison est superbe et très bien équipée. Les extérieurs et la piscine sont très bien entretenus. Mr Nargaud a été très disponible, arrangeant et sympathique. Le calme de la propriété est très appréciable et permet une déconnexion totale. Tout était parfait.

We’ve stayed for 2.5 weeks in this beautiful villa. The property has everything you need, Nespresso machine included. The pool is amazing, the view is breathtaking. Beaches and vineyards are a short drive away. We will come back.

Traumhafte Lage

Das Haus liegt außerhalb der Ortschaft Bormes-Les-Limosas in völliger Abgeschiedenheit. Dennoch braucht man nur wenige Minuten zum nächsten Bäcker, zum Supermarkt oder der Strandpromenade. Die Aussicht auf die Bucht und das Meer ist ein echtes Highlight am Abend und bei Nacht, genauso wie der Blick auf die umliegenden Ortschaften. Das Haus selber ist sehr großzügig und geräumig, und bietet alles, was man im Urlaub so braucht. Der Pool ist groß und sauber, die Außenmöbel alle sehr neuwertig. Man erkennt sofort, dass in den letzten Jahren einige Räume renoviert wurden, und das Haus dürfte noch schöner sein, wenn auch die letzten Räume einen neuen Anstrich erhalten haben. Vermieter und Helfer vor Ort waren immer erreichbar und haben bei auftretenden Fragen sofort Lösungen angeboten. Danke auch für den Tipp zum Bootsverleih (Novaloc), Christian!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Onthaasten in Bormes

Na een lange reis met veel omleidingen een eerste nacht in een hotel in Avignon om de dag daarna nog twee uurtjes naar ons nieuwe vakantiehuis te rijden. De omgeving is voor ons bekend, het huis nog een verrassing. Met een prima routebeschrijving rond 16.00 uur aangekomen bij ons huis. Nog even wachten op Bernard en na een korte, hartelijke ontvangst konden we ons gaan settelen. Wat een heerlijk huis!! Zoveel pluspunten; oa de airco, het geweldige zwembad de wifi en natuurlijk het fantastische uitzicht. Wij (4 volwassenen) hebben twee weken in volledige (Covid)rust het drukke, voorliggende jaar achter ons gelaten. Iedere avond thuis op het terras gegeten met een elektrische bbq voor een stukje vlees of vis. Een huis om zeker nog eens terug te komen!
