Pinerolo in the mountains

The apartment is situated close to the city centre. After a climb of 48 steps, which is so good for your condition, you arrive in a cosy, well furnitured studio. The two seperate beds slept comforably, and we cooked almost every day in the well-equiped kitchen, with free herbs and tomatoes from the owners garden. Beautiful tiles in the bathroom with shower and small bath. Nice to sit outside on the terrace, and about twenty steps up a lovely swimming pool, with breathe taking view.

Perfect Italian Villa

We were surprised by the amazing, beautiful Italian villa! The gardens were perfectly kept. We felt like we’re in a paradies. We loved the pool so much! Especially the view was incredible! The owners were very friendly as well. They gifted us some freshly harvested tomatoes from the garden, which where the best we had so far! The apartment in the villa was modern and very clean. The terrace was only for us, which was great for breakfasts in the morning or dining in the evening. We felt like we’re at home.

Fantastisk

Meget hjælpsom og venlig vært. Fantastisk beliggenhed. Ugenert terrasse. Meget flot bolig. Meget anbefalelsesværdig. Eneste problem var, at Homeaway ikke havde sendt en præcis adresse, så det var lidt svært at finde. Heldigvis løste det sig nemt, med en opringning til værten.

Très bon séjour

La villa le Ortensie di Carlotta est un lieu magnifique où il fait bon séjourner et se reposer. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, le studio que nous occupions très agréable. Nous avons découvert Pinerolo durant ses festivités estivales. Nous espérons retourner découvrir le jardin en pleine floraison pour pouvoir apprécier encore plus la beauté des lieux ! Beautiful apartment with great view over Pinerolo.

A verry nice area and the house is beautifull with the surrounding gardens! The apartment is verry nice and clean! The owners are verry nice and helpfull. Wunderbare Gastgeber - sehr schönes Domizil

Die Gastgeber sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit; die alte Villa und vor allem der Garten sind eine Augenweide; der kleine Pool mit Blick über die Stadt und in die Berge bietet eine angenehme Abkühlung für heiße Tage; die Wohnung bietet alles, was man benötigt (Bettwäsche, ausreichend Handtücher und Toilettenpapier, Seife, Duschmittel, gute Küchenausstattung); wir haben die kleine Wohnung bewohnt mit kleiner, direkt zugänglicher, eigener Terrasse); der Ort selbst bietet vielleicht nicht so viel, aber er liegt sehr geschickt: kurze Wege in die Berge samt Waldensertälern und nach Turin. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!!!!

Erholung und Entspannung in sehr freundlichen Atmosphäre

Sehr schönes Ambiente. Sehr ruhig und gediegen. Pool, Garten und Aussicht zum Genießen. Gute Küchenausstattung. Außerordentlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzer! Einziger Kritikpunkt: Auf der schönen Terasse haben wir einen Eßtisch sehr vermißt. Wir kommen wieder........

Bijzonder!

Bijzonder verblijf in dit leuke maar wat kleine appartement. Eigenaar is bijzonder voorkomend en hulpvaardig! Leuk is de uitloop naar het eigen terras en de bijzondere tuin daarom heen gelegen. Het zwembad biedt een verkoelende duik na een warme dag. Door de wat hogere ligging tegen de heuvel, is er uitzicht over de Po-vlakte en de bergen. Dit was een bijzonder aangenaam verblijf.

Nice but very small and at the back of the villa

We had a very nice time in the villa and enjoyed the pool very much. Pinerolo is a pleasant little town where you can eat and drink at several nice places. We advise to visit Torino as it is an amasing and beautiful city.

Superbe villa

Nous étions dans le plus petit appartement qui est largement suffisant pour deux personnes et très propre. De plus, la cuisine est bien équipée. La terrasse était très agréable ainsi que la très belle piscine. Les propriétaires sont adorables et toujours disponible pour vous donner des renseignements. Nous recommendons cet endroit et nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir si nous sommes de passage aux alentours de Pinerolo !

Hillside Retreat Pinerolo

A beautiful hillside retreat- comfortable flat, patio and pool, set in a magical garden. Hosts father kindly picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. Perfect for a quiet, relaxing holiday and great location for day trips to Turin. Highly recommended.

Relaxing and beautiful place to stay

Pinerolo is a pleasant town of no great architectural interest but with a good market and restaurants. There is also an Eataly just outside the town. The great advantage of Pinerolo is its proximity to Turin (good train service and other road connections) and to the Valle Pellice, Valle del Chisone and Valle del Po with the sources of the Po river. Not to be missed is the mountain tour by car we did from Pinerolo-Avigliana-Bussoleno-Susa-Excilles (interesting fort)-Cesana Torinese-Sestriere-Plan-Fenestrelle (must see incredible fort) and back to Pinerolo. Towns such as Saluzzo, Cuneo etc. are also worth a visit. The flat itself is a self-contained, fully equipped and very nicely furnished and is on the top floor of a villa dating back to the early 2oth century. The flat has its own small roof terrace which is below the swimming pool. The villa is in a large garden of over 3000sqm above the rooftops of Pinerolo. Really beautiful surroundings and very, very quiet. A wonderful place to relax and stay. The family are very hospitable (especially the dog and the grandfather who is also resident). In all we can recommend the flat to all who want a quiet relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings with Turin and the mountains (to over 3800 meters) near. We will come again!

Très agréable studio

Très agréable studio récemment aménagé et fonctionnel, avec vue sur le (superbe) jardin et sur les montagnes depuis la terrasse, en contrebas de la piscine. Lieu de séjour idéal, accueil charmant et attentionné des propriétaires. Maison située à 10 mn à pied du ravissant centre ville et du marché, à 20 mn à pied de la gare depuis laquelle de nombreux trains partent pour Turin. Hautement recommandable pour découvrir cette partie du Piémont. Manque juste un vrai lit deux places.
