Diano Marina

Paolo was every time contactable glad and helpful. Everything was well prepared and the key hand over was without any problem. The flat has high ceilings and the furniture including the beds (one double, 2 single) are fine. Sun/mosquito covers are applied on doors and windows, and an air condition is available. I never used the kitchen for cooking, but it seems everything is there. The flat is directly located in the city area in front of the beach. Normal for this location you will have high city noise in the evening/night and in the morning, you may can catch the ringing of the church. The city over all is nice, and you can find plenty of different restaurants, cafes etc.. In the time of August the city is very busy because of tourism. Because of this, it can be hard to find a parking lot (I found one and I never left it), or you have to wait for a restaurant table, depending on the time you go out for dinner. Also, the beach clubs are over booked. In addition to that, you have to pay very high prices (50€ for 2 beds and umbrella per day, depending on travel time slot). Free beaches are also available but very crowded. I and my two kids (9y,11y) had a wonderful time and if you are not very noise sensible and restaurant flexible as we were, you can enjoy all advantages of this place. Thank’s Paolo for everything.

Appartement à 2 pas de la mer dans une zone piétonne vivante et bruyante mais c’est aussi ce qui fait son charme! Seul bémol, très difficile de trouver une place de parc longue durée à proximité! La plage de sable fin à elle seule vaut le détour! Très belle découverte

Stilvolle Wohnung

Eine sehr schöne FeWo direkt in der City. Daher leider etwas laut. Ansprechendes Mobiliar komplett von Ikea. Für den deutschen Kaffee einen Filter o. ä. mitbringen, für den italienischen Kaffee ist ein Expressobereiter vorhanden. Gasherd, Mikrowelle, Geschirr ist alles vorhanden. 2 Balkone, davon der Hauptbalkon in der Fußgängerzone mit Blick aufs Meer.

Einfach schön, sauber, super Lage. Das Ehepaar bottino waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Wir waren für Zehen Tage in der Wohnung und waren sehr glücklich. Die Lage ist perfekt, nur paar Schritte bis zum Sand Strand mit Türkis blaues Wasser und die Einkaufsstraße und viele Restaurants. Die Nähe zum Genua und Frankreich , Nizza , Monaco und ....macht die Lage noch interessanter. Einfach ein perfektes Urlaub. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal da Urlaub machen. Einfach TOP

Sehr hübsche und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, super Lage, da sehr zentral und direkt in Strandnähe. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, gepflegt und sauber! Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Vermieter. Zur Begrüßung fanden wir einen Korb mit Zitronen sowie einen großen Basilikum-Topf vor :-). Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt!!

Ottima posizione per un soggiorno a Diano

Abbiamo soggiornato a Diano Marina durante le vacanze pasquali. Casa molto confortevole in posizione centrale sulla via pedonale e a pochi metri dal mare. Interni recentemente ristrutturati con ottimo gusto e funzionalità. La casa è dotata di microonde e lavatrice. Piacevole la vista mare dai balconi. Complessivamente il giudizio è Ottimo.
