Schönes Ferienhaus

Ein schön eingerichtetes, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, das unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt hat. Die Lage war super, mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell an einem tollen Strand und auch in den Orten inkl. top Restaurants in der Nähe. Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war schnell und unkompliziert.

Super séjour en famille

2e année que nous séjournons dans cette très belle location, conforme en tout point à l’annonce. Idéalement située, commerces à pieds et proche des plages, très bien équipée. La piscine a été très appréciée pendant cette semaine de fortes chaleurs. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire, tout à été parfait !

Well appointed house in a lovely location

We had a superb stay here, the house has everything you need and more. Gorgeous pool in full sun for the vast majority of the day, very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Excellent location, beach is walkable (in 20 mins or so) and excellent supermarket 5 mins away on foot.

Difficile de faire mieux!

Un très bon contact avec la propriétaire. Parfaitement située, au calme mais proche du centre du village. La maison est extrêmement bien équipée. La terrasse autour de la piscine plein soleil est idéale pour la vie en été. En bref, un super endroit pour des vacances a plusieurs!

Maison vraiment agréable à vivre. Très bien agencée, bien décorée et propre. Autre avantage la petite maison indépendante au charme réel. Quant à la propriétaire, elle est extrêmement réactive et disponible.

Excellentes prestations.

Séjour d'une semaine. Prestations de très belle qualité dans un cadre des plus agréables. Rien ne manque dans cette maison parfaitement conçue, décorée avec le plus grand soin et exposée plein sud. La piscine chauffée a fait l'unanimité et la maisonnette indépendante ne peut que ravir les plus jeunes. A noter également l'attention et la gentillesse de la propriétaire lors de nos contacts téléphoniques. Sa présence sur site pour régler quelques détails matériels aurait toutefois été appréciée. Nous recommandons.

Maison très agréable

Nous louons chaque année une maison avec des amis au Ferret. Cette année, nous avons décidé de changer de destination et avons choisi cette maison tout confort à Oléron. Les instructions à l'arrivée et la disponibilité de la proprietaire ont été très appréciables. La maison est très bien équipée et décorée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour même si l’île nous a moins plu que le Ferret. Grand Village est également un peu éloigné de la partie la plus intéressante de l’île selon nous (Saint-Denis-d’Oleron/La pointe).

Un séjour d'une semaine dans de très bonnes conditions

Séjour en famille de 3 générations: 11 personnes (adultes et ados ) Maison confortable et bien équipée. Bonne literie. 3 belles salles de bain. Décoration moderne et de très bon goût. La maisonnette équipée en studio a permis aux plus anciens d'avoir leur tranquillité. Le quartier est calme et bien situé. Nous avons tout fait en vélo: plages, visites et courses et aussi apprécié la piscine sur place.

un séjour très agréable permettant une autonomie et un repos très bien individualisé, tout en étant

Cette maison est très bien conçue pour un partage sans se gêner. L'équipement intérieur est complet. Il y a de la vaisselle et du matériel en quantité pour être très à l'aise. La décoration et le mobilier sont de belle qualité et le lieu sans bruit et très reposant avec un loisir de choix: la piscine très facile d'accès. Un contact avec les propriétaires très accessible et vraiment très cordial. Nous avons été très contents de trouver une telle location pour passer une semaine de retrouvaille entre amis. Très belle endroit et belle location.

Super séjour à Oléron en famille.

C'est avec un grand plaisir que nous avons séjourné à Grand Village dans une jolie maison décorée avec goût, très pratique, confortable où il fait bon venir en famille . On s'y sent comme chez soi, avec une cuisine bien équipée et organisée, la piscine est chauffée et les extérieurs bien agencés. La propriété est située au calme et les commerces ne sont pas très loin. Tout est pensé pour les grandes familles. Bonnes vacances assurées !

Séjour très agréable dans cette maison oleronaise. Communications avec la propriétaire très agréables et faciles. La maison est superbement décorée, la piscine chauffée est très propre et la maison bien dimensionnée pour des grandes familles! Je recommande.

Un lieu de villégiature familial et très agréable

Si vous cherchez la maison idéale pour passer des vacances en famille à Oléron, vous l'avez trouvée. La piscine est chauffée à la juste température, permettant d'en profiter presque par tous les temps. Les chambres sont agréables et la maison est très calme. A vélo, on est à peine à quelques minutes de la plage ou du supermarché, de la boulangerie et des autres commodités. Par ailleurs, la propriétaire se rend volontiers disponible pour répondre à nos questions et fait tout son possible pour que notre séjour soit des plus agréables. Si je recommande cette location ? A 100% !

Why they chose this property

This house belonged to our parents who lovers of the Ile d'Oléron had chosen to spend their pension in this marvellous location. It was the place of reunion of the family during the periods of holidays. In their death, we have transformed completely the house into Villa of holidays with swimming pool. Since then, we realize regularly renovation work to improve the comfort of the villa and to give it a charming spirit.
