Villa exclusively, with a total of 12 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. Strategically located on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, it offers an immense furnished garden, swimming pool, outdoor games for children, ping pong table, bicycles and barbeque. Ideal for meeting up with family or friends and colleagues!

The Villa has a Wifi internet connection and a guest laundry and is only 3 km from the town with its bars, restaurants, grocery and pharmacy

Possibility to also rent the common room with adjoining kitchen, to share lunches and dinners in conviviality.
Otherwise we offer a breakfast service with genuine products processed by us.

If the Villa is reserved for a wedding, a supplement will be applied for hosting the event

Super Ferienhaus für Familienurlaub
Wir haben das ganze Haus gebucht für unsere Familien. Jeder hatte seine eigene Ferienwohnung, was super war. Alle Wohnungen waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool war auch sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt! Monica und Giovanni kümmern sich sehr liebevoll um alles uns waren auch immer aufgeschlossen bei Fragen. Wir hatten auch für einen Tag das Frühstück gebucht, welches alles von Monica selbst vorbereitet war (selbstgebackener Kuchen, etc.). Wir können das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Mooi huis voor meerdere gezinnen.
Het huis met een grote tuin, staat op een prachtige locatie . Het zwembad ligt buiten de tuin wat heel fijn is met kleine kinderen. Ideaal voor grote families vanwege de aparte woningen. Het zag er allemaal heel verzorgd uit.
