Big property with 1. 100 m² and different ambiences with fantastic green areas and a very special and unique ambience at the swimming pool area.
Pretty views, 100% privacy and very quiet.
All the property is reserved for you.

Paradise

The stunning views is exceptional and the comfort provided was 1st class. The pool is fantastic, offering a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Amazing stay !

We had a really good stay at Filipe’s house. The house and annex are great and consistent with the photos. Filipe himself goes above and beyond to answer your queries to make your stay confortable. The baby material/kids play were also on point and super useful. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic property

We stayed here for a week in August as a family of 5. It's a brilliant place and we loved it. The whole place is beautifully designed with loads of space, great areas to eat and relax in, fantastic views and a wonderful pool. We like to cook and the kitchens are well-equipped and there is a good BBQ as well. We ate and cooked outside every day. The local area has good shopping and you can get everything you need within 5-10 minutes driving. The communication was great and our host was kind and welcoming. We particularly loved the gift basket (specifically the bottle of Moscatel which was delicious). We would recommend this to anyone but it is particularly great for a family with kids - everyone had space and things they loved to do. We would love to go back one day!

Amazing

Absolutely wonderful! House and pool are secluded and completely private. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. There were only 2 of us so we could not possibly use all the amenities provided. This would be the perfect family retreat. Felipe was a wealth of information on places to see and restaurants to choose. One of our best VRBO experiences to date.

Beautiful property

Fantastic villa! The pool area is stunning with great views and lots of outside seating. Inside the villa is spacious and modern. There are lots of lovely touches to the Villa such as a kids room and the outdoor bathroom near the pool. Great BBQ too! Felipe was a brilliant host - regularly checking in on if he could help us with anything. He organised lots of things for the baby -,a cot, changing table, baby bath, high chair etc. He also helped with organising various activities for us. A great place to stay!

Better than you can imagine

What a property! The pictures do NOT do justice to just how big and beautiful this property is. Fully equipped and everything you could need. Local produce waiting for us on arrival and welcomed to the property by the owners close friend. Felipe the owner was on hand when we needed advice on the local area and his knowledge and kindness was endless. Surprises like a ping pong table and air con in every corner of the property. Amazing views overlooking the local village, towns and Lisbon. The outdoor kitchen is fantastic and the outdoor seating area is perfect. Secure as there is a gate. We had a family of 5 but even with 9 of you, you would find this place delightful, relaxing and enjoyable. The local beaches are amazing with crystal clear waters and white sands. Lisbon is a beautiful city with so much culture to explore. Basically, go here. You won't be disappointed.

Hidden Oasis

We would highly recommend staying at this villa. It is very private behind a large wooden remote gate which leads up a long driveway with orange & lemon trees to a large parking area. Another gate then leads into the main villa area with the swimming pool, additional annex building and outside eating/relaxing area. The gardens are well maintained with grassed playing areas and table tennis and large mature trees which adds privacy and shade. The villa is very nicely furnished and the kitchen is well equipped with high quality fixtures & fittings. There is an additional well equipped kitchen, eating and sitting area in the annex building which opens up to the pool area and is a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful little oasis which this feels like. It's evident that great care has been taken to care for the gardens and create a modern relaxed feel in the villa. We felt very relaxed and safe here. There are quite a few supermarkets within driving distance and Setubal (20 minutes drive) had some very nice restaurants, shops and cafes. Lisbon is an easy drive and we chose to take the ferry from Seixal to Lisbon which was most enjoyable. Filipe was an excellent host and in regular contact and we were greeted on arrival by Madalena who was very friendly and showed us around the villa. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Wunderschönes Haus mit vielen gemütlichen und sehr bequemen Sitz-, Ess- und Schlafgelegenheiten - viel Platz, großzügig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Paradiesischer Garten mit großem Pool, vielen schattigen und sonnigen Plätzen, inmitten einer Parkanlage voller Bäume, deren Früchte ( Orangen, Zitronen, Kakis und Granatäpfel) jeden Tag versüssen. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und viele tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge.
