This unit offers a nicely equipped kitchen, Cable TV, Wireless internet laundry facilities in the unit. Both bedrooms are suites with walk-in closets and separate 4 piece baths. The unit also has large office work area with room to spread out or great for artistic designing. This Gulf front condominium complex has a private beach, fishing pier, gulf front lounge area and is walking distance to the Siesta Key Village with it's friendly beach shops and restaurants. Complex has much Florida charm with lush old Florida landscape, hidden lakes and fountains to enjoy. A true vacation getaway, 30 night minimum stay is required.

I purchased the unit as a single professional and love it so much. I want to share my experience with you until my children are grown and perhaps I can enjoy it's comfortable charm again. My daughters and I enjoy the condo when tenants are not there, we love having beach getaways.

Why they chose this property

The property is so close to Siesta village we can walk to the grocery store , get an Ice cream or Yogurt after dinner . the village is a casual and fun with live music somwhere every night . Dinner out is casual with many restaurants to choose from. Leave the car home even mom could walk it.
