Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und der große beheizte Pool ist auch an kühleren Tagen sehr gut nutzbar. In ca. 15 min kann man den Strand fußläufig erreichen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und freundlich. Wir hatten einen wundervollen, erholsamen Urlaub.

A perfect Breton location
The house at Penestin was perfect for our two-week family holiday. The pool was much appreciated, as were the bikes. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything needed for cooking proper meals. The BBQ and Plancha were also fun for outdoor eating. The location was perfect, easy access to many beaches by foot or bike, and the whole of the Guerande region to explore (highlights at Piriac, Le Croisic and taking a boat on the Briere marshes). Nantes isn't too far either, for urban pleasures! The house was spotlessly clean and communication with the helpful owners very easy. Just one thing to be aware of - the electricity and cleaning are charged separately - something we'd not spotted on the website.

Une belle semaine.
Nous avons passé une bonne semaine de vacances ensoleillées à Pénestin, dans un endroit calme et proche de nombreux sites à visiter. La location est tout à fait conforme au descriptif du site. La piscine a été très appréciée par tous. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée. Nous nous sommes sentis accueillis par Monsieur et Madame Redouté qui ont toujours répondu rapidement à nos questions. Un bémol ? nous n'avons pas voulu nous servir du barbecue qui nous semblait un peu trop fatigué. Une question ? Pourquoi ne pas mettre les frais d'électricité dans le prix total de la location ? Une adresse à conserver.

Excellent séjour en famille
La maison est parfaite. Très propre et fonctionnelle, elle est située dans un quartier très calme, un emplacement idéal pour les amateurs de quiétude. La piscine chauffée est top .Les propriétaires que j’ai pu avoir au téléphone ont été à l’écoute et réactifs Je recommande vivement cette location

Un peu déçu
Attention à toutes les charges supplémentaires qui chiffrent une derrière les autres . Je parle de la location de linge très onéreuse ainsi que la consommation d’électricité qui inclus l’eau de piscine chauffée... télé dans une petite pièce , ce qui est gênant pour toute la famille lorsque vous avez mauvais temps .

Das Objekt bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Swimmingpool beheizt, so dass er auch an kühleren Tagen benutzt wurde. Die Umgebung ruhig , idyllisch. Wenn man es etwas lauter haben wollte, hatte man im Umkreis von 35 km jede Menge Möglichkeiten dazu. Grundreinigung und Strom musste man separat und vor Ort bezahlen. Was uns Überrascht hat, da es der Objekt-Beschreibung nicht zu entnehmen war, dass noch weitere Objektbezogene Kosten auf uns zukommen würden. Würde uns aber dennoch nicht daran hindern nochmal exakt das selbe Haus zu mieten. Erstens, aus den o.g. Gründen. Zweitens, weil die Hauseigentümer sich als super fürsorgliche Gastgeber erwiesen haben. Trotz das sie mehrere hundert km weg leben, waren sie jederzeit erreichbar und sehr darum bemüht das es uns an nichts mangelte. Vielen Dank dafür.

Magnifique maison
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison située à 10 minutes à pied des plages et du centre du village. La maison est très agréable : lumineuse, bien agencée, décorée avec goût et très bien équipée. La terrasse, la piscine et le jardin viennent compléter le tableau pour le bonheur des ados et des parents ! Penestin est un charmant village qui permet de rayonner sur le sud du Morbihan (Golfe du Morbihan, Vannes...) et le nord de la Loire Atlantique (Le Croisic, Guérande, La Baule, Nantes). Le propriétaire a été très disponible et à l'écoute pour faciliter notre arrivée et notre séjour. Une très belle location, à recommander !

Une villa parfaite
Très très belle maison. Extremement bien conçue ,agréable a vivre, avec des chambres comfortables, très bien décorées et une cuisine super agencée. la piscine chauffée est réellement un plus. Le propriétaire est réactif et a l'écoute des demandes. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location ou nous avons passé une très agréable semaine.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Penestin. Maison ultra agréable avec tout l'équipement que l'on peut attendre pour se simplifier la vie. Chacun a trouvé son espace (même à 12 !). Accueil par les propriétaires, très soucieux de la qualité de notre séjour, ce qui est fort appréciable. Nous avons déjà programmé notre retour l'an prochain. Tout est dit...

Très belle maison, très belle région
La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée, propre et bien décorée, tout confort.Le vaste séjour avec grande cuisine ouverte et la terrasse sont très agréables, tout comme la piscine chauffée. Nous y étions en fin d'été, le voisinage était donc quasiment inexistant, c'était très calme. La région est riche de belles plages, contrastée comme la Bretagne sait l'être : idéal pour se baigner, jouer sur le sable, ou observer la biodiversité des rochers et flaques à marée basse. Enfin, les propriétaires ont été très cordiaux et disponibles lors des différents échanges par mail. Ils ont en outre prévu un classeur très complet à disposition pour l'usage de la maison mais aussi la découverte de la région. Bref, un très bon séjour ! Juste une précision : il est bon de savoir que la 5ème chambre est très à l'écart et inadaptée à de jeunes enfants (escalier raide puis mezzanine dans la pièce).

"Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette confortable maison qui allie à la fois confort, modernité et bon goût. Dès que nous avons passé la porte d''entrée, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. La piscine chauffée était très appréciable, les parties de ping pong très amusantes...sans parler de cette belle et spacieuse cuisine tout équipée qui nous a permis de partager de bons repas après avoir été au joli marché du coin. Rien à redire et envie de revenir !"
