Nice INDEPENDENT apartment for rent for short periods on the first floor in a villa in Marzamemi consisting of 2 bedrooms with double bed, large living room with kitchen, bathroom with shower, laundry. Mosquito net on the windows. Large external veranda with table, chairs, sofa and barbecue. Parking space. Fully equipped. The villa is located near viale Lido about 50 m from the sea facing the island of Brancati. Bars, restaurants, pizzerias, market, bazaar, hairdresser a few meters away. Prices, including linen, vary according to the number of people, the period and the duration of the holiday.
