Sitio muy agradable con todo lo necesario para pasar unas estupendas vacaciones , Mercedes nuestra anfitriona maravillosa cercana y en todo momento dispuesta a facilitar q nuestra estancia fuese lo más cómoda posible, haciéndonos sentir como en casa. Recomendaría este alojamiento sin dudarlo.

Apartment review
We had a lovely relaxing holiday in this beautiful apartment. It was very spacious and well equipped for what we needed. The neigbourhood was very quiet and felt safe. The roof terrace was great for sunbathing and the communal pool great for cooling off in the heat. We are already talking of the possibility of visiting again next year. The property owner was extremely helpful with the booking and provided us with the information which we requested and assisted with the airport transfer.

Comfortable but in need of some TLC
Good location with easy acces to the beach front and local amenities. The property is beginning to show signs of ageing and is in need of some updating, but we did arrive at the end of the season, so the host may well be planning some works. The kitchen lacks an oven, which is probably no problem for a shorter stay, but for a longer stay would be a nice feature to have. Overall the property is comfortable, and the resort is good with an excellent swimming pool.

Comfortable apartment in a great location
Communication with the owner Mercedes was excellent before and during our stay and also with her local contact Dafi who greeted us when we arrived in the resort and was on hand if we needed anything. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, plenty of room for our family of 4 (enough beds for 6), our daughters appreciated having their own bedrooms! The pool was great (open 10am till midnight), the roof terrace was excellent for drying clothes, hosing off excess sand after trips to the beach and admiring the views especially at sunset. Good selection of local shops and restaurants a couple of minutes walk away, a 5-10 minute stroll to the beach which was fabulous and about a mile to Garrucha (with its many bars, restaurants and Mercado supermarket) along the picturesque sea front. The kitchen had everything we needed apart from an oven but we ate out most evenings so that wasn't really an issue. A very enjoyable holiday!

l'appartement est bien distribué avec tous le nécessaire en plus la clim pour chaque pièce, un super solarium sur le toit, une belle piscine commune, j'ai apprécié mon séjour , il y a une bonne communication avec les propriétaires qui sont disponibles si on a besoin d'aide, aussi l'appartement est entouré de resto accessible en 3 min à pied indien chinois pizzeria glaciers bars la corniche est sympa, mais surtout la plage est top c'est la meilleure que j'ai fait au cours de tout mes sejours en espagne en plus elle n'est pas surfréquentée on peut venir à n'importe quelle heure et trouver une place au bord de mer. franchement je recommande pour passer un sejour agréable en famille

Home from home for 3 months
A lovely roomy apartment in an urbanisation of mixed residency, maintained to a very high standard which was eminently suitable for our 2 1/2 month stay,fully equipped and ideally located for an extended stay. Plenty of authentic bars and restaurants within easy walking distance as well as clean beaches and a very pleasant walk to a genuine Spanish town Garrucha. Any and all communication was easy with a prompt reply from both the owners and her local go to lady(Dafi) The location of the apartment was ideally situated for exploration and we have all ready booked to return again.

Great location
Pros. Apartment is very spacious and is in an excellent position. It is a fantastic walk along the passeo to Garrucha, and a short bus ride or car drive to all the local towns. Mercedes responded immediately to any queries we had. Lots of towels, and bed linen (although there were no duvet covers). Lots of hot water and the massive roof terrace is an amazing sun trap. Cons. Beds were a bit uncomfortable with the springs being very noticeable. There was no hairdryer and no oven. I did know about the oven before I booked so I cannot complain, however in retrospect it was a mistake, because it limits what food you can make at home.

Maravillosa
Estuvimos en agosto de 2021 15 dias y solo podemos hablar maravillas. El apartamento es completisimo (AA y ventiladores en todos los cuartos, 2 baños, 3 dormitorios hermosos y una terraza perfecta para las cenas. Pero lo mejor de todo es Mercedes la dueña...es simplemente genial. Pendiente de todo, superflexible, colaboradora, y tuvimos 1 problema familiar que nos obligo a volver a casa y nos ayudo enormemente. No podemos sino recomendar un piso y una persona asi. Millones de gracias!

Casa bien ubicada.
La casa está bien ubicada y tiene piscina hasta las doce de la noche,en lo que respecta a la estancia,necesita una renovación de mobiliario de cocina y frigorífico,tiene aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y una amplia azotea,aunque al final cansan las escaleras,poco más que decir...nos encontramos la casa,no lo suficientemente limpia.... Pero recomiendo la estancia por ubicacion y tranquilidad de la zona......cerca de la playa,del pueblo de garrucha, y Mojácar,de bares de copas,pizzerías ...etc

Apartamento perfecto
Hemos estado una semana alojados en el apartamento. Mercedes, la dueña, es un encanto. De hecho tuvimos unos problemas personales por los que tuvimos que cambiar las fechas, y Mercedes no tuvo problema en hacernos la gestión para poder cambiarlo. Está a 10 minutos andando de la playa, nosotros íbamos con niños y no se tarda nada. El apartamento está genial, muy cómodo y no le falta de nada. Tiene aire acondicionado, aunque a nosotros no nos gusta usarlo, y hemos usado los ventiladores de techo que refrescan un montón. La terraza genial de arriba está genial, y la piscina muy tranquila.

El apartamento muy completo, muy bien preparado. Terraza muy grande, una pena que no haya barbacoa ya que la mayoría de los vecinos la tienen. La anfitriona Mercedes encantadora.

A little bit of paradise
We really enjoyed our stay in Nueva Medina. Lovely apartment, great pool and surrounding area, and central to where we wanted to be. Within walking distance to the paseo, and local bars and restaurants. On the bus route. There were some issues about the TV and the WiFi, but Mercedes the owner, a lovely lady, understood our problems, and is resolved to get them sorted next year , and I look forward to seeing the changes when I stay next year.

Magnifica estancia
Hemos pasado 15 días geniales en el apartamento de Mercedes. Tanto por ubicación, como por calidad del edificio, la estancia ha estado excelente. Como únicas cosas a mejorar, comentaría el tema de la TV. Se trata de un aparato de tubo muy antiguo y que no tiene connexión HDMI. Cuando se va con jóvenes, estos quieren conectar algunos artefactos a la pantalla. El tema de la WiFi sé que es un tema complicado por la zona, pero actualmente es una de las cosas imprescindibles. Por lo demás, como digo, excelente y recopmendable.

Acabamos de pasar dos semanas en su amplio apartamento. Nos pareció muy bien decorado con gusto. La gran terraza ofrece una espléndida vista sobre los tejados Todo en una residencia muy bien mantenida. A diez minutos andando de la playa. La señora Enríquez, gracias por su tiempo. Recomendamos esta propiedad. Nous venons de passer 2 semaines dans votre vaste appartement . Nous l'avons trouvé tres bien decoré avec gout . La grande terasse offre une vue splendide sur les toits Le tout dans une résidence très bien entretenue. A dix minutes de marche de la plage . Madame Enriquez, merci pour votre disponibilité .
