Perfect stay

This apartment was perfect for our stay!! Wonderful hosts!!
We stayed 4 nights - the apartment is very comfortably furnished! , plenty of space, and lovely back deck area. We completely enjoyed our stay. The location is quiet and is within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to do and see. Many thanks to our lovely and helpful hosts also!

Enjoyable stay in this apartment
A great location. We had a few issues with the door locking mechanism and WiFi not working. Both issues were dealt with promptly and pleasantly by our hosts. Totally recommend this apartment.

Frankly the apartment was nicer than my own house. For the price, the quality was outstanding and the location could not be beat. The host was so kind and helpful If I ever return to Aix-en-Provence I would not hesitate to stay there again.

A superb stay in Aix
We very much enjoyed our week in Aix. We loved being in the heart of the city and enjoyed the close proximity to the centre. The property is full of charm and very homely with everything and more than we needed, especially in the kitchen. The outside space was pleasant to sit in. Our hosts were there when we arrived and we felt very welcome.

Home away from home for 2 weeks
Lots of space and style to this home. I had a 25 min walk each way to class and it meant a lot of time to explore the old city. Well equipped and lots of character. The upstairs neighbour was a bit noisy if you are fussy like me - so earplugs might be required. Safe, clean and great communication.

Lovely apartment in Aix with A/C in bedroom
Marie is lovely but only speaks French, so come armed with Google translate if you don't. Park in the hotel parking lot which is close but a little expensive. Apartment is well furnished and has all amenities!

Snug and gorgeous apartment in probably the most beautiful town in the Midi
Marie's flat is two minutes' walk to the cours Mirabeau, the main street in Aix. It is quirkily/ beautifully decorated and has absolutely everything you could possibly need for your stay. I could not fault anything about this accommodation or this town. We absolutely loved it!

Perfect location
Marie is a gracious host. The location is perfect--quiet, close to everything! We walked everywhere daily. Lots of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores within eight min. walk. The apartment is large with outside patio. Marie provided everything and more. Stayed a month. Truly lovely.

Perfectly wonderful
We stayed a week and loved Marie Gilly's apartment. She greeted us warmly and showed us everything we needed to know. She was very responsive to our requests and needs. The apartment is charming and so incredibly equipped with everything we might need. The private patio allows for having coffee or dining outdoors, though it was a little hot (in the 90's) when we visited. The location of this property is absolutely perfect for exploring the old part of Aix-en-Provence. We would be happy to return one day. One thing to know is that the most affordable nearby parking can be found at Parking Pasteur. Just a few minutes walk. Notice also, the VRBO photo labeled exterior is of a nearby famous museum, not the home. The outside of the house is nothing to brag about, but the interior is divine and very authentic historical French!

Bien reçu de la parte de l’hôte. L’appartement est accueillant, frais quand if fait chaud dehors, bien ouvert, mais à la fois abrité et privé. Bien placé pour accéder à vieil Aix, aussi bien que le Cours Mirabeau. Le decor est tout à fait charmant, aussi bien que Marie, la hôtesse qui vous laisse tout pour assurer un sejour agréable dans la ville magnifique d’Aix.

Parfait !
Excellent accueil de Marie, propriétaire du logement. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement, tout proche de l'hyper centre mais sans l'inconvénient du passage, la rue est interdire à la circulation et la chambre et la cuisine donnent sur la terrasse bien ombragée côté cour. Pendant notre séjour, l'environnement était très calme. Le logement est particulièrement bien équipé, tout à fait conforme au descriptif, très fonctionnel, juste un étage à monter avec un escalier privatif. Marie nous avait laissé des boissons fraîches, une bouteille de rosé et le petit déjeuner pour notre arrivée. Merci à elle, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir l'année prochaine!

Bonjour j'ai passé un séjour délicieux. L'appartement est impeccable en plus d'avoir un charme fou. Je voyage énormément avec mon travail, par conséquent j'ai une certaine expérience des locations, et je peux vous que ce logement est exceptionnel. Il serait peut être utile de préciser dans l'annonce qu'il est quasiment impossible de se garer et donc de communiquer le nom du parking qui coûte le moins cher pour y stationner pendant plusieurs jours. Les frais de parking représentent un vrai surloyer.

Appartement idéalement situé et très confortable
L’appartement est au calme mais tout proche de centre historique et est très spacieux. La cuisine est extrêmement bien équipée et Marie a eu une sympathique attention pour le premier petit déjeuner. Le salon est vaste et la chambre agréable avec sa climatisation et la literie est très confortable. La terrasse au calme est un vrai plus. Je recommande à 100% cette location.

Sehr gute zentrale Lage dabei super ruhig, parken wird allerdings teuer!
Die Lage ist genial! Man geht aus dem Haus und ist mitten drin. Dabei liegen Schlafzimmer und Terrasse vollkommen ruhig. Die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer ermöglicht auch an heißen Tagen gutes schlafen. Auf der hübschen Terrasse lässt es sich auch bei über 30° noch gut aushalten. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – und Mehr. Schwierig ist die Parksituation. Auf der fewo direkt Website heißt es es gebe einen Parkplatz auf dem Gelände und das Parken gehöre zur Ausstattung. Dies ist nicht der Fall. Man muss das Auto in einem nahe gelegenen extrem teuren Parkhaus parken. Martine War sehr freundlich und hat uns als Entgegenkommen ihre persönliche Garage in der Nähe angeboten. Unser VW Golf hat da allerdings nicht rein gepasst. Wenn man die Wohnung mietet, muss man mit Etwa 200 € an Parkgebühren rechnen.p
