welcome to CASA TONIO villa with garden seaview and outside jacuzzi. A villa tha can house 8, for rent at Cavi di Lavagna on the Gulf of Tigullio. Located above the quaint seaside town of Cavi Borgo with its restaurants and shops, CASA TONIO is surrounded by olive trees and vineyards with spectacular view of the sea and the headland of Portofino a here 1,5 km from the seaside where guest have access to private parking. It is ideal for those looking to relax in the countryside or by the sea. After visiting one of the many interesting sights such as FIVE LANDS, PORTOFINO, CAMOGLI less than half an hour away, only 2 hours drive from MILAN, FLORENCE, an houur from PISA and 40 minuts from LUCCA and GENOA. Relax in the Jacuzzi in the garden sipping a glass of wine. CASA TONIO has a wine cellar with italian wines from fine wine growers you can choose from. The villa was finished in May 2012 the garden plants are growing. Reservetion from June 2012. We raccomend the use of a car. Very nice place - great experience

We stayed just before Easter and loved it. When we arrived, Flaminia had prepared a selection of food as welcome, which was great after the trip. We found her to be incredibly responsive and if ever something needed taking care of it was done straight away! The house is very nice, spacious, clean and well equipped. We also found the wine cabinet to be real advantage, as it allowed us to try reasonably priced wines knowing they would be good quality. The kitchen had all the basics (sugar, oil, spices, etc...) so we didn't have to buy everything. We also tried out the pizza oven outside and made our own pizza... And last but not least, the spa pool. Particularly nice on a cool evening or after a walk in the hills of Cinque Terre! There are some good restaurants in Cavi and Sestri Levante is surprisingly good for shopping. All in all I can definitely recommend the place and would love to go back there, Thank you Flaminia and Stefano!

Also ich kann hier keine 5Sterne vergeben: Zufahrt zum Objekt uiuiui. Fast täglich der Gärtner da. Der Pool jeden zweiten Tag ohne Chlor. Die Klima tropfte in einem Zimmer zwei Wochen lang so dass der Boden schon Schaden genommen hat. Trotz mehrmaligem Beanstanden interessierte das niemanden. Alles in allem war das Haus für den Preis zu teuer.

Tolles Haus in naturnaher Umgebung

Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Wir hatte keine einzige Reklamation und konnten alles nutzen, was in der Beschreibung steht. Pool und Aussicht natürlich der Hammer. Den Umgan mit dem Pizzaofen muss man üben :-) Aber toll ist, überhaupt einen zu haben. Einziges Manko: Die Autobahn ist schon deutlich zu hören, wenn einen das stört.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt

Vier Freundinnen die seit über 20 Jahren jedes Jahr eine Woche Ferien verbringen. In diesen vielen Jahren haben wir noch nie eine Unterkunft wie diese gehabt. Von A bis Z alles hervorragend. Das Haus war blitzsauber, die Ausstattung in der nicht das Geringste fehlte. Speziell zu erwähnen ist die überaus freundliche Betreuung vor Ort. Wir empfehlen das Haus sehr gerne weiter. Fantastic house with an amazing host

Our stay at the villa was spectacular. The view was absolutely amazing. The pictures just don’t do the home justice. Flamina was wonderful as well. She is very responsive and understanding. The home itself has everything you need, very clean, and has all the modern touches you kay want.

Tout simplement parfait

La villa Tonio est une magnifique villa avec une vue incroyable sur la mer. Elle très spacieuse, aménagée avec beaucoup de goût et tout à fait conforme à la description. Nous avons été bien acceuillis par la propriétaire qui nous avait préparé l'apéro avec des produits locaux. Durant notre séjour, elle a été très disponible pour nous recommander de jolies visites et de bons restaurants.

Schöner Urlaub in Ligurien

Wir haben Ligurien zum ersten mal besucht und waren begeistert. Unser Ferienhaus hatte eine traumhafte Lage, es war großzügig und bot die verschiedensten Möglichkeiten für gemeinsame Aktivitäten oder für einen privaten Rückzug. Das Wetter war sehr warm und sonnig, baden im Meer war eine angenehme Abkühlung. Die Restaurants vor Ort boten lokale Küche mit freundlichem und kompetenten Service. Wir haben das Raieü und das Melograno besucht und können beide empfehlen. In der Umgebung kann man einkaufen und bummeln in Sestri Levante oder Ciavari. Für Ausflüge eigenen sich Genua oder Cinque terre oder Rappalo mit Bootstrip via Portofino nach San Fruttuoso. Allen die Ligurien besuchen wollen - viel Vergnügen!

Vacances d’été

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances, la maison est très bien équipée, propre, avec une vue à couper le souffle. On ne s’en lasse pas. Flaminia a remplit son rôle parfaitement, très bon accueil et échange. Je vous recommande cette maison de vacances.

Perfect familie huis

Heerlijke week vlak bij het strand. Twee parkeerplekken vlakbij het strand.heerlijk huis om met twee gezinnen en hond te verblijven. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig in het huis. Je moet wel een auto hebben om dingen in de buurt te doen. Cavi is wat beperkt dorpje, sestrie Levante is een bruisend stadje in de buurt met alles wat je nodig hebt. Flaminia en haar man Stefano zijn super gastvrij en altijd goed bereikbaar. Als er wat is regelen ze dat meteen.

Lovely Villa with Incredible Views

We enjoyed two weeks at Casa Tonio with family and friends! The home is beautifully decorated, and Flaminia is an incredible host! She provided great information and advice (and treats!) throughout our stay. We spent time in Cavi, Sestri Levante, Cinque Terre, Portofino, and Santa Margherita Ligure. There is so much to do and see in this area with easy travel via train, boat and/or car. We enjoyed coming home to the villa each night to watch the sunset on the terrace or in the hot tub! The views are incredible! We enjoyed our stay so much, and highly recommend this property!!

A great Place for great Vacation

We were 100% happy at this wonderful holiday home. The host Flamina was very nice und helpful, yet not intrusive at all. The house was beautful, well isulated (we were there in early spring), great kitchen, wonderful view, lots of space, warm whirlpool, pizza oven...All you need is there, and lots more.

Ciao Liguria

Wir verbrachten im April eine wunderbar entspannte Woche im Casa Tonio. Das Haus übertraf unsere Erwartungen, sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allen erdenklichen Accessoires ausgestattet. Für sieben Erwachsene war Platz im Überfluss, der gern genutzte Pizzaofen reicht für ein ganzes Restaurant, ebenso der Weinschrank mit ligurischen und piemontesischen Weinen zu sehr günstigen Preisen. Der Blick aufs Meer ist atemberaubend. Flaminia war eine super nette und sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die uns viele Tipps gab, immer erreichbar war und -als Krönung- einen leckeren Empfangstisch gedeckt hatte. Wanderwege direkt am Haus erlauben, das Auto stehen zu lassen, um zu den sehr empfehlenswerten Restaurants im Ort zu gelangen. Kritikpunkte: Fehlanzeige. Gesamteindruck: Traumhaft. Wir kommen sicher noch einmal wieder.

Eine wunderschöne Woche

Wir durfen eine herrlichen Woche in diesem wirklich wunderschönen Haus verbringen. Dieses Haus ist mit allem was das Herz begehrt ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, angenehm und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden mit einem sehr schönen gedeckten Tisch mit vielen leckeren Dingen begrüßt. Super lecker, vielen Dank dafür. Auch während unserem Aufenthalt wurden wir mit leckerem Triamisu verwöhnt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Awesome views and awesome everything

One week vacation at this property was not enough. Views are better than those on the pictures. Excellent location. First, we worried that it is a bit far from Cinque Terre but it was ok, and the nearby towns were beautiful, we liked them even better. The villa was pretty modern and well kept, plenty of space, much more spacious than we thought. We got welcome gifts from Flaminia but we will not tell you details as it has to be a surprise. She was a great host and responded immediately to all the requests during our stay. The place is a great value, and we were really lucky we made the decision to spend our vacation there.

Vacationing on the Italian riviera

We enjoyed our 2 week stay at Casa Tonio. Flaminia was a wonderful host and helped us with making dinner reservations and was responsive to all our needs. We totally enjoyed dining Al fresco on the beautiful patio overlooking the Mediterranean . The sunsets were a site to behold! The house was quite comfortable with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. There was plenty of storage in each bedroom. The sheet were changed each week. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and Flaminia had a nice variety of wines to enjoy. We also loved the tiramisu that her husband made for us. The hot tub was an added pleasure. We did have an issue with a nest of yellow jackets and mosquitoes. But, all in all, we had a wonderful stay at Casa Tonio and would highly recommend it if you are interested in visiting the Italian Riviera. Donna and Susan

Relaxing Week with Family

Lovely, stylish, well equipped holiday property. Flaminia had prepared a spread of breads, meats and other nibbles, which was an unexpected welcome after our drive from Milan. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was invaluable, as the weather was so hot and we enjoyed using the hot tub, bbq and even tried the pizza oven! A great stay was had by all!

Ein wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus mit phantastischem Ausblick! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Dank der Klimaanlagen in den Schlafräumen liesen sich die warmen Nächte sehr gut ertragen. Aber das absolute Highlight sind die Gastgeber. So freundlich und nett, immer hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht, dass man sich wohlfühlt. Wie das italienische Willkommens-Essen, Hilfe bei einer Reifenpanne oder die Tiramisu zum Abschied! Das ist einfach nicht zu überbieten! Grazie mille

Belle maison confortable et excellent accueil

Tout est parfait. De la modernité de la maison à l’accueil de Flaminia. Il a tout ce qui faut. L’expérience four à pizza est incroyable pour ceux qui veulent bien s’y mettre. Jacuzzi après randonnée avec vue sur la mer bien agréable! Les 5 terres sont accessibles facilement en train. Seul bémol déjà évoqué par d’autres : l’autoroute et son bruit pour les sensibles au milieu de cette belle vue. Merci pour ce beau séjour.

Très beau séjour chez une hôte exceptionnelle

Nous avons été vraiment enchantés par la maison et l'équipement proposé. La maison est spacieuse, tout le monde a pu trouver sa place de manière indépendante. Les draps, les serviettes de toilette et les serviettes pour le jacuzzi sont fournis et c'est très appréciable de ne pas avoir à transporter tout cela dans les valises. Le jacuzzi et le four à pizza sont des équipements très appréciables ! La vue sur la mer est sublime, le jardin surplombant la baie est riche de végétation méditerrannéenne. Mais le plus de cette location, le top du top, c'est Flaminia notre hôte délicieuse pleine d'attention, de surprises et de délicatesse. Nous vous remercions Flaminia de nous avoir aussi bien accueillis dans votre maison - vous resterez pour nous une très belle rencontre et ce séjour grâce à vous fût magnifique.

Un séjour au top

La maison est magnifique et assez grande pour accueillir 2 familles de 4 personnes. Très propre, des matériaux solides et de qualité, une décoration de goût, tout était réuni pour passer une excellente semaine en famille. Nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants dont un de moins de 2 ans. La vie sur la mer est splendide, le jacuzzi très agréable. A proximité de la jolie petite ville de Sestri Levante et de sa plage la baie du silence oû nous nous sommes baignés dans une eau très claire. Nombreux restaurants. La maison est aussi proche des 5 terres que l'on peut facilement rejoindre en train depuis Sestri Levante. Des petites attentions de la propriétaire étaient très appréciables, tout comme ses nombreux conseils sur la région. Très bonne communication sur Whatsapp, rapide et de qualité. Nous recommandons vivement cette location ! Merci pour tout Flaminia !
