It is a private floor with the only acces from the outside. A short walk away from Springs Dock on Lake Norris. This top unit has two bedroom, one bathroom, and has their own private entrance, driveway and deck. It has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and sun room. Plenty of parking for your boat trailer. This unit sleeps seven utilizing a trundle bed and pull out couch. You can rent one unit or both units.

Norris Home in LaFollette, TN

We loved the property and neighborhood. I was able to contact the owner and he got back with me quickly. We loved the area! We enjoyed walking down to the lake, and each time that we did, we met friendly neighbors. We will be back!

Great little get away

This property is in a super excellent location in walking distance to the marina, super simple to rent boat each day etc...good food at the marina. We rented the top portion of the house, smaller 2 bedroom but cozy and perfect for a group of around 4, perfect place to stay especially if you are on the water all day and mostly looking for a comfortable place to crash each evening. Was quiet did not encounter any issues.

Not returning

The house was clean but the owner stayed in the lower level while we were in upper level. The 2nd day she came up to introduce herself and let us know we were up late. The next night a storm came through and we had no electricity for 12 hours which is not there fault but they should have a generator because neighbors said it happens a lot, there was no tv at all, the morning we were to leave I woke up to the owner in the house changing ac filters, and then while we were trying to get out the cleaning lady showed up and we had to ask her to leave because we still had 10 minutes until check out. We won’t be staying here again. I suggest if you rent this house rent both levels and put a chair in front of the door!

Nice place to stay

Overall we had an enjoyable time at this house. We were only there to sleep and eat breakfast. A few things, even though we got detailed directions they weren’t very clear/understood by us and when I tried calling the property managers no one picked up. We asked several neighbors and they also had idea where the house was. Suggestion of taking I turned of the road where you turn onto? Or a picture of the angles of the house from the street as you can’t see what it looks like straight on. Definitely come during day time. Close to marina which was easy to walk to. Overall nice stay!

Well kept property, top floor sunroom with great view of floating docks and mountains

Enjoyed our stay rain or shine. Lots of roads to go for walks. Good location to enjoy the lake or visit Norris Dam and marina. Beautiful East Tennessee.

Home Sweet Home

My husband and I invited my family (10 total) out to the lake for their first time. This house was the perfect fit and made our stay exactly what we were looking for. Easy access to the lake and loved the kids being able to walk to the marina to get ice cream, pizza or a dock burger. We had plenty of room and enjoyed every minute. The house has everything you need to be comfortable. Will definitely be back to make more memories as the kids grow up.

It was perfect for the price and what we wanted.

The walkway needs some TLC as I slipped trying to carry things into the house. And wifi would have been nice. The house is cozy, comfortable and clean. They have it stocked with everything you will need. Very quiet and private. It's a little hard to find and needs to be marked clearly on something. I loved it and would refer to anyone.

Our stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Finding it for the first time in the dark would be very tricky and had a little trouble getting the boat trailer into the driveway until I figured out that I could come in a different way. House was nice, neighbors were friendly. I would recommend dropping your boat in the water before going to the house. The roads are tight and it's easier to get around with just a trailer (i.e. no boat on the trailer). Overall we really enjoyed it.

Refreshing and fun!!

The property was very clean and cozy. It has everything that you could possibly need to be comfortable. It is in a beautiful location and very quiet at night. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice family getaway!

Nice house, quiet, serene and cozy.

We we're pleasantly surprised with the house and surroundings. It was cozy, has a decent view of the lake, and peaceful. Once you get there, it is easy to find your way back to town. If I may offer one suggestion, go early and you'll have no problem finding the house, Kevin gives good directions, it can be a bit tricky in the dark. We enjoyed our stay, and hopefully can go back in the spring.

exceeds expectations

Despite my hesitation that finding the house may be difficult, we booked the house and are so glad we did! We were provided pvery specific directions to the house and had no trouble finding it! It was adorable and great views from the sun room! Everything we needed was included in the house! The lake is gorgeous and this vacation provided us great memories and we cannot wait to go back!

Long weekend get a way

Very clean and the owners are really nice. Pretty good for the price. Finding it on the other hand was near impossible. We had no street, no house number and no cell service. When traveling down those roads pulling a boat you need precise directions. There is no room for error.

Christmas -New Year vacation

Happy traveler

Had a great experience during our few days at Springs Dock. The trip to the property for the first time was difficult. The address we received from the owner is apparently incorrect. However, we were fortunate a neighbor helped us find the property. I did not find a house number for the property at all. Very clean, and so homey. A washer and dryer in the unit would have been nice, but I will stay again!
