Superbe ville , quartier très agréable, typique ! Habitants charmants . Difficultés pour se garer. Beaucoup de visites et adresses de restauration ou autres à côté de l'appartement !

un séjour très agréable
Nous avons passé 4 jours à Marseille en famille (couple et 3 ados) et avons eu la chance de trouver un logement de caractère parfaitement adapté, bien équipé et éclairé, propre et joliment meublé, idéalement situé à deux pas du vieux Port, sur une jolie petite place, au calme. Nous n'avons pas entendu un bruit la nuit. Notre hôte Annick Ferrigno, chaleureuse et passionnée, nous a très gentiment accueillie et a tout fait pour nous rendre agréable ce séjour, nous permettant de prendre possession de l'appartement plus tôt que prévu, nous donnant divers conseils et bonnes adresses de restaurants, visites etc ... Nous avions loué une voiture pour pouvoir également nous balader dans la région (notamment le petit port de Cassis coloré animé, les calanques, grandioses) et avons apprécié la présence d'un parking à proximité immédiate du logement. Une adresse que nous recommandons vivement et conservons pour un éventuel nouveau séjour de charme dans la cité phocéenne.

Un petit paradis à Marseille !
Nous avons découvert une ville très agréable et ce, grâce à la Maison des Augustines. Cet appartement charmant , très bien tenu, est un petit paradis dans Marseille. Fonctionnel, ravissant , proche de toutes commodités et surtout il est idéalement placé : Le Panier, Le Vieux Port, Mucem, les Docks ... This is a great location. One block up from the harbour, where you can hire tour buses and boats. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by, including one right outside the door. This roomy apartment is in an historic building but has been recently renovated with modern kitchen and bathroom. Don't miss taking a tour bus to Notre Dame, amazing, with unbelievable views. Also, definitely worth taking the boat tour to the calanques. Lots going on in the neighbourhood, but surprisingly quiet at night. Anik is easy to get ahold of, if you have any questions.

location pleine de charme
Nous avons passé un très beau week end de paques ds cette belle ville de Marseille,idéalement situé au pied du quartier du panier, au calme, à deux pas du vieux port. La propriétaire Annick a eu la gentillesse de nous laisser sa place ds la rue en face pour que nous puissions garer la voiture, très pratique nous ne l'avons plus reprise du week end, tout est accessible à pied, vieux port, le magnifique MUCEM, et l'arret du petit train (nous avion deux enfants:-)) est à deux pas, L'appartement est magnifique beaucoup de cachet, belle cuisine et salle de bain , et très pratique avec les enfants, rien à redire, quelques bruits interieur mais qui sont typiques à tous les appartements, sinon tout était parfait!E espérant pouvoir bientôt y retourner:-)

Attendus et très bien accueillis par la propriétaire pour nous donner ses meilleurs conseils en visites, découvertes et gastronomie de sa ville. "We have just returned from a perfect holiday in Marseille. The apartment is very well equipped and in a prime location close to the Vieux Port.It was really good to be staying in such an historical house that was clearly on one of the Marseille walking tours and which was visited by classes of schoolchildren. There are many bars and restaurants nearby and a fantastic market only 10 mins walk away. The apartment is close to buses and the metro. The arrangements for booking etc with Anik were no problem at all. One minor point, make sure you get a demonstration of how to unlock the door of the apartment - we did have a little trouble with that. In summary, a great apartment in a fantastic location. Thank you Anik - hope to visit again in the future."

It would be very difficul...
It would be very difficult to find a better place to spend your holiday in Marseille than at this wonderful apartment. This was a great flat for our group of 4 friends while we explored Capital of Culture 2013. The location is in the heart of the Vieux Port, on a nice small quiet square with plenty of eateries within walking distance. All the major sites were a short ride away. The owner, Mrs Anik paid attention to the details so that our stay was very comfortable and hassle-free. This lovely apartment is comfortable, very clean and well equipped. The living room is welcoming, especially after a long day of enjoying the sights of the City.The well equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to start the day with breakfast. You'll love this apartment.

"We recently stayed at this wonderful apartment with our two year old son. The apartment is light,clean, felt spacious and was well appointed with a warm vintage feel, its just as the photos show. - it had everything we needed. The location on the edge of the Panier suited us - close to access everything but quiet to relax & sleep. The location enabled us to mostly walk, but there are metro and bus stops in close proximity linking with different areas so getting around was easy. There is a choice of 2 bakeries nearby to buy croissants for breakfast and 2 convenient Spar shop nearby. We found Ms Anik very helpful and professional in all our dealings.The apartment had instructions for everything and recommendations and brochures for ideas for the visit. - the restaurant, across the road Au bout du Quai was a nice surprise, good food, reasonably priced excellent wine!. Would absolutely stay again and highly reccomended. "
