It 's ideal for those who want to live the sea 24 hours 24. The house, located in Santa Margherita, is surrounded by lawn and a Mediterranean vegetation and is inserted in the context of a quiet and guarded private condominium "Perla Marina".
Spread over two levels with 3 bedrooms (air conditioned), two doubles and a triple, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a large porch where hours of rest or evenings in the moonlight. In the garden there is a stone barbecue, sun loungers, a shower and a carport.
The house is lovely in autumn when the weather is still warm and you can still enjoy the sea and enjoy the sea air with long walks on the beach.

The Paradise
Die Besitzer Marina und Francesco haben uns herzlich empfangen. Die Nähe, der Blick, zum Strand und Meer ein Traum. Der Garten für Kinder bietet viel Bewegungsfreiraum, eine wahre Freude. Das Haus bietet alles was zum täglichen Bedarf von Nöten ist. 15 Min mit dem Auto zum etwas größeren Supermarkt.

Abbiamo trascorso 3 settimane in questa bellissima proprietà. La posizione è eccellente e la casa dotata di ogni confort. La Sign.ra Marina è un'ottima padrona di casa, gentile, premurosa e disponibile. Siamo stati veramente bene. Torneremo sicuramente. in sintesi, altamente consigliata

Bellissima vacanza
Abbiamo passato 2 settimane in giugno in questa casa e non posso che confermare quanto scritto dagli altri ospiti e cioé la posizione comodissima sulla spiaggia che ci ha permesso di fare delle vere vacanze al mare con i bimbi. La casa é molto pulita e con tutti i confort. Consiglio sicuramente una vacanza in questa casa e spero di tornare l'anno prossimo. Antonio

vacanze al mare in autunno
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa a fine ottobre e siamo stati molto bene. Il tempo era bello, il mare caldo ed abbiamo approfittato per fare gli ultimi bagni di stagione. La casa si trova a 40 km dall'aeroporto di Cagliari ed é facilmente raggiungibile seguendo le indicazioni della proprietaria. La casa è molto bella ed é ben descritta nel sito. Tutto é molto curato: pulizia, biancheria e arredi. Abbiamo trovato in piû alcuni generi di prima necessitá non previsti è molto graditi. Il posto é un vero paradiso sul mare. Consiglio vivamente questa casa. Vale sicuramente il prezzo. Una parola per la proprietaria: una persona speciale che mi ha risolto tutti i problemi. Grazie

Vacanza all’insegna del mare e del relax

Un angolo di paradiso!
Abbiamo trascorso due settimane in questa casa meravigliosa direttamente sul mare. Con una bimba di due anni non avremmo potuto trovare di meglio! L'accesso diretto al mare è comodissimo, il giardino vasto e ben curato e il bbq comodissimo. La casa non è enorme e le camere da letto sono strettine, ma è tutto funzionale e arredato con gusto. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. I tramonti dalla terrazza indimenticabili... che mal di Sardegna al rientro. Torneremo presto!!!

Vacanza stupenda
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa nella seconda metà di maggio e sono state due settimane stupende . Che dire, le foto parlano da sole. Credo ci sia ben poco altro da aggiungere. Casa luminosa, pulita e di molto buon gusto. Tutto quello che è scritto nella descrizione si trova nella realtà. Vista mozzafiato, posto auto coperto, barbeque, loggiato attrezzato di tutto. Zanzariere e aria condizionata sono disponibili nelle camere da letto anche se noi non le abbiamo mai utilizzate. Il soggiorno è ampio e la cucina è dotata di tutto ciò che serve. Piccoli particolari denotano ovunque l'attenzione della padrona di casa. Si vive in totale simbiosi con il mare e non si sente la necessità di andare alla ricerca di altre spiagge. Adatta anche a famiglie come la nostra. Consigliatissima. Laura

Vacances parfaites
Cette location est idéalement située sur une grande et belle plage de sable fin, très adaptée aux enfants. La vue panoramique sur la mer et le léger bruit des vagues ont enchanté petits et grands. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accès en bout de jardin, il suffit de prendre son parasol et sa chaise longue ( fournis dans la location) et vous êtes sur la plage! Le logement est tout à fait conforme au descriptif, très belle maison au calme qui reste relativement fraîche malgré la forte chaleur de ce mois de juillet. Les deux chambres à l'étage sont climatisées. La literie est très confortable. La cuisine est parfaitement bien équipée, rien ne manque ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ces vacances. Pour ceux qui veulent voir autre chose que les nombreuses plages du secteur, prevoyez une journée de visite à Cagliari, et bien plus proche, une découverte de la zone archéologique de Nora. Encore merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil chaleureux et les sympathiques attentions à notre arrivée !

Location da sogno direttamente sulla spiaggia
È stato un amore a prima vista! Non potevo scegliere casa migliore per posizione, con accesso diretto dal giardino di casa, arredamento curatissimo e biancheria e stoviglie di gran gusto. La villetta è fornita di ogni comfort e la descrizione con le foto corrispondono perfettamente. Direi anzi che dal vero è ancora meglio. Ero in Sardegna per un congresso ed era la prima volta che dovevo gestire 2 bambini piccoli e mia mamma. È stata perciò una provvidenza l'ospitalità della proprietaria, la sig.ra M, che ci ha seguiti in tutte le più minime necessità. Ci siamo sentite in famiglia. Da consigliare in assoluto. Spero tanto di ritornarci.

Bellissima vacanza
IO e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa per 2 settimane . Punto di forza è senz'altro la posizione sul mare e la comodità con la quale si vive la spiaggia. Molta cura nell'arredamento della casa. Tutto era molto pulito e confortevole Abbiamo passato una bellissima vacanza. Sicuramente da consigliare al 100% Tomaso K.

Wundervolle Zeit am Strand
Wir, eine Familie mit zwei Kleinkindern, haben eine Woche in dieser Doppelhaushälfte am Strand verbracht. Das Haus liegt in einer abgeschlossenen Ferienhaussiedlung im Pinienwald mit großem Garten direkt am Strand. Meer und Strand sind wirklich sehr sauber und insbesondere für kleine Kinder gut geeignet, da es flach ins Wasser geht. In einem Gartenschuppen stehen sämtliche Strandutensilien (Sonnenschirme, Liegen, Stühle, Sandspielzeug, etc...) zur Verfügung, was wir sehr praktisch fanden. Supermarkt, Metzgerei, Bar und Pizzeria befinden sich ebenfalls im Pinienwald unmittelbar neben der Siedlung und sind mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad in 3-5min zu erreichen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles war sehr sauber und ansprechend, wir konnten uns dort sofort wohlfühlen. Die Vermieter haben uns herzlich und zuvorkommend empfangen und hatten sogar schon einen üppigen Obstkorb, Wasser, Säfte und einige Spezialitäten aus der Region bereit gestellt - eine Aufmerksamkeit, die wir sehr geschätzt haben. Gestört haben eigentlich nur die vielen Stechmücken zu dieser Zeit, weshalb man am besten mit Klimaanlage und bei geschlossenen Fenstern schläft (keine Mückengitter). Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Era tutto quello che vole...
Era tutto quello che volevo da una vacanza al mare. La casa è deliziosa,curata nei minimi particolari e arredata con molto buon gusto, molto pulita e dotata di tutti i confort. Biancheria e stoviglie di pregio a volontà, cosa che non è scontata. La location poi è da mille e una notte, la casa è veramente sulla spiaggia e il mare è di un color turchese difficile da dimenticare e poi si va in spiaggia direttamente dal giardino della casa ………Una meraviglia per me che ho 2 bimbi piccoli. Quest’anno mi sono goduta finalmente la vacanza al mare. Un grazie particolare alla Sig.ra M. per la sua gentilezza, disponibilità e per il graditissimo “benvenuto” Consiglio vivamente una vacanza in questa casa e spero tanto di poterci tornare S. Anna C.
