Great Condo and Location
Kelly’s condo was great for our ski trip. The location is excellent for ski in/out and it is a short walk to the main village. The condo was well appointed and very clean. Highly recommend and we’d definitely stay again when visiting Whistler.

Nice location. Clean condo. No real on site concierge. Front desk has nothing to do with helping the unit. Unit is very small like all the others. I wouldn’t call it luxe but very nice. Terrific ski in ski out. Hot tons very very very crowded.

Great location. Good size for family 4 with teenagers.
Great location slopside, just uphill from base of Blackcomb Gondola. A quick walk down hill--no walking path in the snow--to a handful of bars/shops or the Fairmont Chateau Whistler. Ski in and ski out realistic--if there is snow at the base of Blackcomb. A pretty rough ski down in poor snow conditions (warm or wet weather). 2 bedroom apartment/condo with two separate bathrooms--comfortable size for a family of four with teenagers. Bedrooms ample size each with comfortable beds, moderate size TV. Living room with sectional type couch. Couch was worn and extremely uncomfortable--as if it was an inexpensive afterthought. Time for owners to purchase invest in a new couch or at leas new cushions and reupholster.Small kitchen with full stock of cookware, utensils,etc.Common area of building/condo mediocre and worn. Small ski rental in building convenient for beginner rentals. Don't bother with demo ski rental here--the shop has no selection--so instead consider Epic rentals or ski shop at base lodge of Blackcomb. Ski valet on premises, for drop off and pickup, very convenient.Three sizable hot tubs (kept modestly hot) and one of the hottubs adjoining a good size heated pool--these were one of the highlights after a day of skiing.

Wonderful Location
We had a wonderful time on our friends ski trip! There is a ski rental shop IN the property which is incredibly convenient and a valet at the end of the day. The property is a super short walk to the run and then you simply ski down to the gondola. Amazing location and the gondola is the heart of many different opportunities to explore the mountain. Whistler has incredible food too and we loved our dinners out!

Blackcomb Village is somewhat quiet in a good way. Easy, flat walk to main Whistler Village (10min?). Would stay again.

The condo was exactly as pictured and described and we really enjoyed our stay. Loved the easy walk down to the Fairmont for evening drinks and live music. The homeowner provided a concierge service...the person she put us in touch with, Shirley, was fabulous. Overall a great experience.

A nice apartment in the Blackcomb area ski in ski out (snow permitting). The apartment is comfortable but it is a little dated and small …more suitable for four adults (I would not recommend 6 people). The spa/pool area and ski concierge works well but the building is also a bit tired. There is no boot room or dry room.

This property is an easy walk to the Upper Village and out of the bustle of the Whistler crowds. Has everything you need in a home away from home. Kitchen was very well equipped and the guest manual was very clear and helpful. Congierge service, however, was not as promised: got no answer to my first of two texts, and was left hanging in reponse to my request for an 11 am checkout. Perhaps they were busy, but it would have been helpful to get an answer. Otherwise, everything was just fine.

Nice condo close to slopes
The Aspens is a quick walk down to Blackcomb gondola. The snow coverage is very poor so even though listed ski in and ski out you can't right now. Ski rental shop in condo is awesome and the service in the shop is great. The condo was clean. The decor is sterile so not real cozy feeling but we bought a few Christmas decorations to boost it up. The best part if you like to cook it has everything you need to make a great dinner. They also had olive oil and limited spices and ziplock bags which is so helpful so you don't have to buy everything. Shirley the concierge and property manager gave helpful recommendations before we arrived. Responded quickly to my questions. I think great for families. Would strongly recommend.

Doesn’t get better for ski in and ski out!
My 3 adult kids and I not only loved our first trip to awesome Whistler but felt we lucked out in getting this “everything we needed” “ski in, ski out” condo at the Aspens. People who we met said they come back to the Aspens because of the reasonable price point and best of all the location, the warm pool and 3 hot whirlpools, a service that holds your skis for free at the lodge and basement parking! Seriously, this Condo was roomy enough for 4 adults with comfortable beds, a grill for outdoor cooking and a full kitchen. My tiny issue was just in the master bath had a slow running sink and a shower curtain that wasn’t clean but if I was that serious regarding it I could have contacted Kelly or Shirley, who were super attentive. Must have been having too much fun with my kids! Will definitely come again!

Very nicely updated with a location that can't be beat!
We spent 9 nights at this condo in early July and were very happy with the accommodation. It has been freshly updated and is fully stocked with everything you need. It's clean clean clean with super comfy beds too. The owners checked in and made sure all was well and the complimentary concierge service provided great options for activities during our stay. Laundry, pool and bike lock up were appreciated extras. Our only complaint would be that this is no air conditioning in the unit (other condos at the Aspens are air conditioned so we were surprised to be greeted by crazy heat on arrival). Air conditioning is a must for hot Whistler summer days. While there were fans for each room, the heat was stifling during the mid afternoon to early evening and this made us stay away from the condo during these periods - not what you want when you're paying top dollar for your condo. That aside, I recommend this space - the location is a stones throw from the upper village and you are right in the heart of an amazing mountain town.

Better than a hotel!
Thanks so much for a fabulous stay in your condo. We've stayed in lots of different accommodations in Whistler and your Aspens condo is simply the best. Check in and parking was easy and the location is fantastic. We were able to park the car in the secure underground garage and leave it there all weekend as everything is only a short walk away. Access to the valley trail is right there and we spent one whole day biking all around Whistler. The condo itself exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and amenities. The beds and linens were 5 star, better than some hotels we've stayed in. It's clear the owners take good care of this property and chose high end finishings and furniture for their guests. This was also the best equipped kitchen we've ever had in a vacation rental and they truly thought of everything - right down to dishes and utensils for the kids. We also appreciated the pack and play crib and high chair provided in the condo. One less thing we had to bring from home! The kids had tons of space in the second bedroom and loved the pool and hot tubs. We cannot wait to come back for another stay in your condo!

good location, clean, a bit noisy
The condos are an easy walk to upper village and not much further to main village. The unit is smaller than it appears in photos (they probably all are), but Whistler is about being outside so it shouldn't matter. The unit faces the pool and it can be pretty noisy until around 10:30. It's supposed to close at 10:00 but doesn't seem to be enforced. Most kitchen needs are stocked. Beds are comfortable. The unit was pretty hot in late June. There are floor fans that help, but I would think twice about staying here if it's going to be high temperatures. Parking is $15 to $17 a day. Nice balcony with a grill, although it's a bit small to cook and eat comfortably with 4 or more people. The pool was great and big enough to handle quite a few folks. I would be happy to stay here again, although with so many options around will probably try something different next time.

Amazing stay
My family of 4 (2 teens: 14 & 16) had an amazing stay at Kelly's condo, which is a top floor corner unit facing the slopes. The condo is well-appointed and comfy. Our trip happened to coincide with the Arctic snap when it was -5F (-20C), and it was absolutely frigid outside. As a result, we couldn't ski for more than 2-3 hours at a time before our fingers and toes started getting painful, which meant we had to stay in the condo for more time than usual. There was plenty of space so that the four of us were never in each other's way. Bathrooms and kitchen were very clean, and appliances all worked well. There is a stairwell right next to the apartment, which leads right to the gym/hot tub entrance on the ground floor and exits to the outside. That was our preferred route to avoid elevator traffic. My wife and I are too old and tired to schlep skis on our trips now, so it was ideal to have an Epic ski rental shop right in the Aspens complex. It is a 5-10 min short walk down the slope to the Upper Village where there is a small market to fulfill any immediate needs, and several good restaurants. Takes another 10-15 min to walk to Whistler Village via the covered bridge path. Very doable even in the Arctic freeze. It is literally ski-in/ski-out from the Aspens gate. Grab skis from the ski check and walk about 20 yards to the gate. Then ski a short segment down to Blackcomb Gondola. On the way home, ski right up to the easy-to-find Aspens gate. Kelly was very responsive via email and was an awesome host. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Great Location for skiing vacation
This 2 bedrm 2 bath condo had many great features both in the unit and in the complex. Faves about the Aspens: awesome hot tubs with views of the slope, ski in/ski out, ski valet, walk down the slope to the upper Blackcomb village, storage locker for our last day after check out so we could stay longer, and a short (10 minute) walk to the main village and so many great restaurants and shops. Here is what I liked about the unit: two bathrooms to make life easier, two Moki pots to make great coffee in addition to the drip maker, lots of window light, 4th floor on the end so no noise at all from neighbors, comfortable beds, lots of sofa space, Netflix and Disney TV already signed in, extremely well equipped kitchen, very genuine and kind owner, who spent a lot of time on the phone with me when there were a few issues with check in. Although it would not deter me from booking this property again, there were a few things that took us off guard, and felt like a hassle. The unit comes with a concierge service, but we found the person difficult to communicate with, and had several misunderstandings because she was inconsistent in what method of talking, text vs. email, and then messages were overlooked (to clarify, this is not the owner, Kelly). Also, there were very simple things she responded to right away, but she ignored me there were issues, and she never apologized. Thankfully, the owner was responsive. Another issue (not the owner's fault), was that the rental shop in the Aspens did not provide the service we were told by the concierge they would provide: renting only boots. As a result, we spent twice as much money as we expected to, and it affected our plans. This felt frustrating. Regarding the unit, it wasn't as clean as we expected. I talked to the owner about this, and everything we had a concern about made sense--it is hard to get consistent housekeeping right now, as there is a shortage of staff. The cleaners were probably rushed before we checked in as someone else had checked out that morning. The unit was really dusty, under the surface. The bedding for the master bed wasn't a good fit (pillowcases too short) so we felt a little like we were sleeping on a dirty pillow. The bathroom had a very strong odor when we arrived, but we figured out with the owner that the cleaners had bleached the tile. All these things made for a rocky arrival day. Even so, within 24 hours, we were extremely happy and so grateful for this delightful visit.
