This oceanfront condo is situated closely to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. The Surf restaurant is just across the street with indoor/outdoor seating and frequent live music. Make the easy 10-minute drive north to downtown Fernandina Beach and enjoy the charming historic district with many unique shops and dining options.

Guests will enjoy the ocean views from the main living space (kitchen, dining, and sitting area) and appreciate waking up to the wall-to-wall windows facing the beach in the master bedroom. Spacious 2-bedroom 2-bath condo immediately overlooking a gorgeous beach from the 6th floor (next to top). Recently updated appliances and all the amenities. A great location mid-way down the outer coast of Amelia Island. Would rent again.

Great condo and location

This was a great condo which we were lucky to snag for a short term rental. Communication with the rental company was excellent. Condo was nicely updated and sitting out on the balcony each evening was always special. The only negative was that one of the elevators was out which made it harder to get up and down. Beach and pool area are great!

Bedroom with 2 beds, beds should be positioned under windows as it is very difficult to get into closet. Storm slider door needs to be oiled. The fan on outside deck the string is too short to reach. Very nicely appointed with extras Thanks

Spectacular Ocean View!

My daughter I loved our stay on Amelia Island. The view from the balcony and the master bedroom was beautiful. We took many walks on the beach! The kitchen was well stocked for us to make all of our meals in the condo. It was a lovely property and we would definitely stay here again!

New years relaxation

Beautiful condo, beautiful views, and gorgeous sunrise for the New Year! We normally only go for the summer, but decided to have a change of scenery for new years weekend and it was just as good! The sunrise from the room and balcony in the mornings were unbelievable. We ventured downtown for the shrimp drop, visited all the parks around town and of course took the kids to Fort Clinch. This condo was stocked with everything we needed and more. The beds were so comfortable!! They had games for the kids and adults and chairs in the closet for the beach. Dont hesitate to book! We will be back.

Beach front + Space X

We thoroughly enjoyed the location and convenience to the beach (right on the beach)!!! We went for a late night walk and saw "something" in the distance start to streak across the sky with a red burner tail and halo. We were not quite sure what it was at first, but after looking it up on Google we saw where Space X launched that night from Cape Canaveral. We really enjoyed our time and the people we met during our stay.

Amelia getaway

Great location. Nice view of the ocean. Spacious condo. Nicely equipped kitchen. Clean. Bathrooms need new shower heads. The curtains at the slider were challenging as the curtains did not want to shut/open very easily. The complex should update restrooms for the pool area. For the most part, our stay was great. FYI - the renters are responsible to wash all towels and sheets prior to leaving.

Amazing Amelia Beach week

My grandchildren and I stayed in L6 at Amelia South, hosted by Destinations Amelia . We had a fabulous time! The pictures in the listing are exact, the unit definitely did not disappoint! . The view was phenomenal. … the beach amazing, the pool perfect, every amenity inside the unit was there and functioning as promised. I will definitely be back to L6.

Family girls’ weekend

Brought my 80 year old mom and my daughter for a family engagement party. Short drive from JAX, and the condo was perfect! The ocean view was stunning and great for my mom who wasn’t able to go out in the heat on the beach much. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Would probably stay again but ?

Have been visiting Amelia Island with family for over 20 years…obviously staying in many different locations…our family, kids and grandchildren totaling 21, rented 5 condos in complex…first time in 10 years at Amelia South, normally stay next door Amelia by the Sea…condos met expectations, but all needed considerable updating…during stay lost power on two different occasions, one of two elevators was not working for entire week…I don’t have to explain the problems that caused…were told renovations would be beginning in a week or two…probably will not return until these are complete and have a chance to examine…
