unique and perfect for discovering Nice
We were a group of six young adults staying in the appartment and it was the perfect size for us. The kitchen as well as the whole appartment is well equipped and clean. The location is perfect for discovering Nice: supermarket 5 min walk away, beach 10-15 min, restaurants, bars, shops 10 min. The host was very nice and helpful. The whole appartment itself is a piece of art, detailed and delicately designed. I highly recommend to experience it yourself!

Es war Fantastisch. Würden das genau so immer wieder buchen. Der Gastgeber war zudem äußerst freundlich. Richtig angenehmer Kontakt. Es war alles was man brauchte und noch viel mehr verfügbar. Wenn wir Nizza wieder besuchen, kommen wir zurück. ☀️🤩

Super séjour dans un appartement très agréable dans le quel on se sent très bien, comme chez soi. En prime, beaucoup de livre et de musique comme nous apprécions! Dommage que les travaux en face de l'appartement ne sont pas terminés et que le Mamac est fermé pour l'instant. Nous reviendrons certainement pour en profiter une fois tout finalisé!

Un lieu surprenant pour un séjour réussi
La décoration artistique, omniprésente, donne un cachet unique à l'appartement. Celui-ci n'en reste pas moins fonctionnel et agréable. Le quartier est certes un peu bruyant mais en haute saison à cinq minutes de l'"hyper centre" de Nice, cela est tout à fait logique. La situation géographique est excellente, la montée à pied jusqu'aux arènes de Cimiez est très plaisante, de même que la traversée du Vieux-Nice jusqu'à la plage. Enfin, l'hôte est d'un contact rapide et agréable, faisant en sorte d'accueillir au mieux ses locataires de passage. Je recommande cette location.

Séjour agréable
Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour, nous avons passé trois agréables semaines. L'appartement est très bien situé, proche de la coulée verte, de la vielle ville, et pas loin de la mer. Le propriétaire est super gentil est disponible, il a été très à l'écoute pendant tout notre séjour. A notre arrivé, nous avons trouvé de l'eau au frais et une bonne bouteille de vin au frigo, c'était sympa. La cuisine est bien équipée, et dans l'appart on trouve tout ce qu'il faut, y compris des trottinettes pour enfants, des parasols et matelas pour la plage. On aurait en revanche apprécie un pair de drap supplémentaire pour changer le linge. Seule note négative: nous n'avons pas bien reposé la nuit. Les lits en mezzanine sont sympa pour des enfants mais moins pratiques pour deux adultes, et il y fait chaud d'été. Nous avons été obligés de déplacer le matelas par terre, du coup pas vraiment bien reposé la nuit. Cela aussi à cause du bruit, venant à la fois de la rue et de la copropriété qui est bien convivial mais aussi très bruyante. Mais à part cela, nous sommes satisfaits de notre choix.

Séjour très agréable
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement pour lequel j'avais eu un coup de cœur ! Il est spacieux et la cuisine était bien équipée. Notre hôte a été à notre écoute, l'arrivée et le départ se sont très bien passé. Le seul bémol était l'absence d'ascenseur.

Mit Liebe in jeder Fliese und viel Vertrauen an die Gäste
Diese Wohnung ist absolut einmalig, mit ganz viel Liebe, Geschick und Fantasie in jedem Fliesenteil! Sie ist genauso, wie man es auf den Bildern sieht. Hier ist alles ein Unikat: jeder Schrank, jeder Stuhl, Boden, Wände, sogar die Steckdosen. Die Mosaiken im Badezimmer sind ein Meisterwerk. Wir haben uns wie im Märchenland gefühlt. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Wohnung ist im Topzustand. Es gibt hier alles, was man im Alltag braucht. Und sogar viel mehr! Jedes Zimmer hat einen eigenen Ventilator. Viele Spiegel, Leuchter und Steckdosen. WLAN überall. Sanitäranlagen sind modern und sauber. Geschirr, Küchenutensilien und Geräte – alles ist da, einheitlich, ausreichend und funktionsfähig. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Man ist zu Fuß in 10-15 Minuten überall: am Meer, in der Altstadt, bei der Burg, im Zentrum, am Bahnhof. Noch näher ist Garibaldi Platz mit vielen Cafés und Museen. Es sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Diese zentrale Lage hat auch ihre negative Seite: wie in jeder großen Stadt, ist die Straße sehr laut. Schlafen mit offenem Fenster wird kompliziert. Mit den Rollern ist man noch schneller. Der Fahrradweg ist dafür gut geeignet. Den Parkplatz findet man immer 5 Minuten entfernt auf dem Platz; nicht direkt vorm Haus. Die Straßenbahn ist auch ganz nah. Ganz netter und unkomplizierter Vermieter. Der gesamte Umgang basiert auf dem gegenseitigen Vertrauen und gesunden Menschenverstand. Danke dafür, Jurriaan! Fazit: wir haben jede Minute hier in der Wohnung, in Nizza und an der Cote d’Azur genossen

A very beautiful and cozy place
We spent a few wonderful days in October here. the apartment is a very special and amazing place. It felt like fairyland. We rarely used the very well equipped kitchen, as there are several good restaurants within walking distance. Also only a few minutes away from the apartment is the museum for modern art as well as the oldtown. The sea is reached after a short 15 minutes walk. Our very friendly host also had some good tips to explore the area. All in all a wonderful stay, which was unfortunately only too short (like probably every nice vacation). Thank you very much Jurriaan. We will come back :-)

Un logement très fonctionnel, LV, four , micro ondes,lave linge et sèche-linge dans la salle de bain, ventilateur dans chaque pièce. L'appartement, à la déco très originale, est très bien situé, à 10 minutes du Vieux Nice, à 15 de la plage Opéra. Nous recommandons cette location. Le propriétaire est charmant et disponible.

Fantastische locatie voor bezoek aan Nice!
Ligging van het appartement ondanks aan drukke straat heel goed: Vlakbij tramhalte, bussen en ook op loopafstand van de oude stad en het leuke buurtje tussen Place Garibaldi /place du Pin. Het appartement is mooi en erg decoratief ingericht en er zijn goede voorzieningen. Bij erg hoge zomerse temperaturen werd het binnen -vooral snachts- wel erg warm, ondanks de ventilatoren. Desalniettemin genoten in Nice!

The apartment is truly unique and very beautiful. It was a pleasure to return to it each day.
Jurriaan is the perfect host with infinite patience. This was proven when our flight was 3.5 hours late. His knowledge of all things useful to the Nice tourist could not be surpassed. Can not recommend this apartment highly enough. Each room is decorated with amazing style and quirkiness. The location is ideal being 10 minutes from the Place Massena. There are bus and tram stops close by. Public transport is cheap and efficient. The ‘Square Head’ is a two minute walk from the apartment. A minute or two later you reach the MAMAC. Staying in Jurriaan’s apartment turned a good holiday into a fantastic one.

Spacious apartment with an Artistic vibe
Very good stay. Lots of room for 4 to 6 people, not far from the beach and local shopping. Well localized area, buses near by and most things within walking distance. Located on a somewhat busy street and one of the bedrooms windows open to that street, but with window closed it was fine. If you like to cook you will like the kitchen! All the cooking pans and utensils you need! Cabinet and drawers filled with spices and cooking stuff which was a treat. Beds are lofted so it was hot at night, there are fans on each loft. (No air conditioning so be prepare for that.) The entertainment center and music system was great, even had a library to choose books from. (Lots of little amenities that made it more like home was a big plus! How to improve my stay: I would advise getting window screens on all the windows because the mosquitoes were bad at night if you left the windows open to cool the place down. Could improve on the bedding quality for your guest and could do a deeper clean; I would give you a 3.75 out of 5 on cleanliness; so a fair+ rating on that issue. (To be fair the apartment had cleaning products for me to use, so that was good.) Overall it was a good place to stay and I enjoy the owners professionalism and hospitality. He was a gentleman and great to work with. Doing business with him was a pleasure!
