This townhome is a fully furnished 3 bedroom. It is comfortable, cozy, coastal and you will feel right at home. This property accommodates 13 guests with a 3 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath.

Bedroom 1:
Offers a King bed with a comfortable mattress that you can relax and have a great nights rest. Flat screen TV provided with a Roku Stick so you can sign into any apps. There is a Pack N Play in the closet (Always at the unit if needed). Twin foldaway in closet if needed.

Bedroom2:
Offers a Queen bed with a comfortable mattress that will also grant you a great nights rest. Flat screen TV provided with a Roku Stick so you can sign into any apps. Twin foldaway in closet if needed.

Bedroom 3:
Offers a Full size top and bottom bunkbed. A twin trundle underneath when needed. Flat screen TV provided with a Roku Stick so you can sign into any apps. A GAME SYSTEM with 2 controllers provided to play and enjoy over 30,000+ games for all ages. We do ask you please supervise kiddos when using. Twin foldaway in closet if needed.

All 3 bedrooms offer 1 twin foldaway if needed.

The Living Room:
Open spacious floor plan for everyone to enjoy. Sofa turns into a Queen foam bed as well. Flat screen Smart TV, Roku Stick, and a DVD player provided. Board games, puzzles and books provided for entertainment of all ages.

The Kitchen and Dining Area:
Offers a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining table can seat 6 and the bar can seat 4. There is a great big black chalk board for everyone to enjoy and get creative with ART and games during your stay!

The Laundry Room:
Offers a full size washer and dryer, free to use in the unit.

Outside:
You will have a furnished patio with 5 chairs, 1 bench and 3 side tables. You can enjoy your coffee, a glass of wine, watch the sunrise, a sunset in the evening, read a book, or enjoy a cold one while listening to your favorite tunes.

What is provided:
*All Kitchen essentials for cooking, eating, and drinking (dish soap, sponge and dishwasher pods)

*Bathroom essentials (hand soap, hand towels, washcloths, face towels, body towels, 3 extra rolls of toilet paper)

*Cleaning supplies (multipurpose spray, broom/dust pan, vacuum)

*Please DO NOT USE the bath towels as beach towels! Otherwise you wont have anything to dry off with when you shower! Please provide your own beach towels to use!

Location:
This townhome is a corner unit, with 2 reserved parking spots right in front for easy access. There is 6 guest parking spots on the sides of the complex that is provided for all guests. You are more than welcome to park on the street as well and access the unit from the back patio gate.

Pool:
This complex offers a great outdoor heated pool, 24/7, all year round. Go to take a load off and relax. There is plenty of seating/lounging to enjoy and get a nice tan! There is a pool key that is required for access. Pool toys are in the back patio to use. Please remember to rinse off all toys with the water hose provided when you return them!

Grills:
Grills are provided in the parking lot and in the pool area. (Charcoal is not provided).

Golf Carts:
We provide a discount code for Golf Cart Rentals after you book with us!

Fishing:
There is a canal behind the complex which you are able to fish from.
You can also book a fishing trip, just ask us for details and we can send you the link!

Beach:
Whitecap Beach is a 4min walk. Walk in between the buildings and voila! You are at the seawall!
Bob Hall Beach is a 7 min drive.
JP Luby Beach is a 8 min drive.
Mustang Island beach is a 15 min drive.
Malaquite Beach is a 14 min drive.
Padre Island National Seashore - 14 min drive you will find a stretch of white sand beach, scenic dunes and warm ocean water, offering ideal conditions for swimming, fishing, beach-combing, windsurfing, camping, bird-watching and viewing wildlife.
Beach toys are in the back patio to use. Please remember to rinse off all toys with the water hose provided when you return them!

**This is a family and pet friendly condo in a quiet setting. With that being said if you’re bringing along your furry friend (up to 2 max) there will be a pet fee required once you book ($100). This fee helps with cleaning preparation in keeping it pristine for the next guests and furry friends! Please be respectful to your neighborly guests and yourself!

*The use of recreational drugs is PROHIBITED. Any evidence of ANY and EVERY type of particular drug use or storage of said substance(s) or drug related paraphernalia at this property will incur additional cleaning fees.
