Great apartment
A great apartment in Roquebrune ! Very stylish, modern interior. Comfortable beds, great bathroom and A/C in every room. Perfectly equipped; you will find all you need. The highlight is the roof terrace with BBQ, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Just across the street from the beach, but set back so quiet and cosy. Bakery around the corner, supermarket and market nearby. Mostly privately owned apartments in the area. Walk to Menton 10 min., to Monaco 2hrs if you take the long way around the cape. Very nice and helpful owner (via mail and telephone). We had a great time and will be back!

Un appartamento incantevole nella Costa Azzurra
Appartamento delizioso. Molto pulito e arredato con grande cura dispone di tutto ciò che occorre per trascorrere le vacanze in piena serenità. Gli spazi rispondono ad un ottimo impianto organizzativo e tutto l'equipaggiamento, nuovo e molto gradevole, risulta estremamente funzionale: i bagni sono dotati di servizi igienici nuovi; le cucine fornite di tutto il necessario consentono di usufruire degli spazi (interno ed esterno) senza dover trasportare pentole o piatti da un piano all'altro; la terrazza attrezzata di ombrellone, tavolo, poltrone e lettini permette di vivere le ore del pasto o del relax come se si stesse in un giardino; il wifi risponde alle esigenze di tutta la famiglia (soprattutto per chi viaggia con figli grandi); la lavatrice/asciugatrice fa guadagnare tempo per se stessi e la macchina per il caffè Nespresso (con le diverse varietà di cialde) è una chicca che pochissimi alberghi hanno. Il posto auto riservato all'interno del Residence è un notevole vantaggio, considerato che all'esterno della struttura i posti auto sono pochi e tutti a pagamento. L'appartamento è a pochi metri dal mare ed è vicinissimo alla Promenade Le Corbusier, percorso assolutamente da fare. Per i runner è il posto ideale, ma anche chi ama semplicemente camminare resta incantato dal percorso che si snoda in un luogo paesaggisticamente bellissimo. Vicino ci sono i negozi (panetteria, fruttivendolo, salumeria, mercatino del pesce...) e a pochi metri c'è la stazione dalla quale partono i treni che percorrono la costa fino a Nizza e raggiungono l'Italia, ma la posizione dell'appartamento non risente assolutamente del rumore. E' il luogo migliore dove trascorrere le vacanze in Costa Azzurra, sia se si viaggia con la famiglia, sia se si è in compagnia di amici, c'è la tranquillità per chi non ama la confusione, ma è un'ottima base per raggiungere in pochi minuti Montecarlo, Eze e moli altri luoghi incantevoli lungo la costa. La proprietaria è una persona molto accogliente e con un gran senso dell'organizzazione, motivo per il quale tutto risulta così funzionale. Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana e di sicuro, se dovessimo decidere di tornare in Costa Azzurra, sceglieremo di nuovo questo appartamento.

"Wij hebben een heerlijke...
"Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie in een heerlijk appartement gehad. Het appartement deed volledig aan de verwachtingen. Het dakterras biedt zeer veel privacy waar we veel avonden hebben doorgebracht. Het appartement is schoon, hygienisch en biedt alles wat een gezin met jonge kinderen nodig heeft. Het complex ligt dicht bij zee maar is gelegen in de luwte met een privé opgang vanaf de boulevard. De eigenaren zijn bijzonder aardige mensen van wie wij het appartement graag nog eens zouden willen huren."

"L''appartamento è situato in posizione strategica comodo ai servizi di prima necessità e l''accesso alla spiaggia a meno di 50 mt. Ubicato in pieno centro ma all''interno di una struttura dove la quiete e l''assenza di rumori donano alla vacanza il giusto relax. La disposizione dell''appartamento è stata ritenuta consona alle nostre esigenze essendo un gruppo di amici, ognuno ha potuto godere di una propria privacy essendo l''appartamento dislocato su due livelli dove al piano superiore, un grande terrazzo la faceva da padrone che per comodità e funzionalità ci accoglieva quasi ogni sera per cenare tutti in compagnia. La descrizione dell''appartamento rispecchia in toto la tipologia dell''alloggio ottima proporzione qualità/prezzo. Un ringraziamento particolare ai proprietari che oltre essere persone meravigliose si sono dimostrati estremamente disponibili."

"We spent 10 days in July...
"We spent 10 days in July ''12 at this lovely sea retreat. The owners are fantastic to deal with, made it real easy and comfortable for us. The apartment is nicely equipped unit with all you need and all rooms are air conditioned. We loved the huge roof-top terrace above it, which has sea view, kitchen, toilet, and lots of space. The building is facing the beaches, right across the local road, so 3min away from your sofa. We were lazy to explore other beaches, so we spent most of our time within a few minutes stroll. The location is good for exploring the northern part of Riviera, things like Monaco, Eze, Nice. The train is 5min from the building and that is ultra convenient. Restaurants are within 10min on foot, excellent pizza places, Italian gelato ice-cream, small entertainment park for kids under 10. I would give 5/5 for surroundings if the beaches were sandy and less crowded. I can recommend this rental with no hesitation. "
