Diese Bewertung erfolgt bewusst erst nach zeitlichen Abstand und nach vergeblichen Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Der Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gestresst. Leider war es uns so kurzfristig nicht möglich in der Hauptsaison auf eine andere Unterkunft auszuweichen. Wir wären sonst sofort abgereist. Es ist uns unerklärlich wie diese Unterkunft so hervorragend bewertet ist.  1. Überall Schimmel (Bett, Wände, Sockelleisten, in und hinter den Schränken) - Der Geruch des Schimmels hing noch Tage später in der Kleidung und ging nicht mehr aus der Nase 2. Bettwäsche schmutzig und verkrümelt - Wir haben de Bettwäsche abgezogen und in langer Kleidung "geschlafen". 3. Keine Lampe im ersten Schlafzimmer 4. Luftentfeuchter und Klimaanlage schafften diese hohe Feuchtigkeit in den Räumen nicht. Es war wie in einer Tropfsteinhöhle. 5. Dusche ist undicht 6. Keine Fliegengitter, so dass man die Wahl hatte mit Tieren oder mit Schimmelgeruch (Gestank) zu "schlafen". Ich habe die dritte Nacht freiwillig im Auto geschlafen! 7. Am letzten Tag Ausfall der gesamten Elektrik. Kein Stromkasten zu finden und kein Kontakt zur Vermieterin möglich. Jeder Reisende freut sich auf seinen Urlaub und möchte ordentlich untergebracht sein. Dabei ist es in Ordnung, wenn die Unterkunft einfach ist. Sie muss aber sauber und schimmelfrei sein. Diese Unterkunft liegt sehr schön in einem tollen Örtchen. Ohne eine grundlegende Sanierung sollte die Unterkunft jedoch nicht mehr vermietet werden!

Natur pur! Ruhige, freundliche Umgebung, typisch Italien
Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist hervorragend um die Umgebung zu erkunden und die Ruhe der Natur zu genießen. Der Ort Poggio hat alles was wir brauchten: Bäckerei, Obst-Gemüse-LKW, Restaurants, sagenhafte Ausblicke und unglaublich freundliche Menschen. Die Gastgeberin war stets erreichbar und gab umfangreiche Informationen zur Umgebung. Ich würde diese Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Urlaub im Bergdorf
Schöne Umgebung, schön renovierte Wohnung. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war umständlich, aber freundlich. Die Wohnung ist, wie angegeben klein. Feuchtigkeit war ein Problem, das man mit einem Lufttrockner verbessern konnte.

Super endroit, hôtes adorables. Petit bémol à cause de l’humidité ( même avec un extracteur).
Appartement de trois pièces avec un super extérieur avec table et transats qui donne sur une magnifique vue. Les hôtes sont adorables et nous ont laissé des fruits (merci). Le village est superbe. Petit bémol à cause de l’humidité régnant à l’intérieur (heureusement il y a une machine dans la chambre qui extrait beaucoup d’eau!). Et la salle de bain-toilette est minuscule.

A beautiful place in a specific traditional location. Loved the village, even with all these walks to the car. And this island is just such a perfect place, we loved the hot weather and the snorkeling.

Nice place to stay in Poggio
We had a great time in Poggio and Elba - we got around by bus and by foot. The walk down to Marciana Marina takes about an hour and we took the bus back up the hill. The apartment itself was spacious and had great amenities, but was a bit damp and had no air circulation.

A un passo dal mare e dalla montagna
Perfetta, a partire dall'accoglienza, disponibilita e gentilezza della proprietaria. Un piccolo appartamento con tutti i comfort, panorama compreso. Ideale per noi che volevamo un posto tranquillo, di base per esplorare l'isola e fare passeggiate.

Schöne Tage in einer originellen Fewo im romantischen Bergdorf
Wir haben zehn wundervolle Tage in der netten Fewo ganz ruhig und abseits erlebt. Wir können die Wohnung ohne Bedenken weiter empfehlen, denn wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Chouette appartement dans un sublime village
L'appartement de Gianna est agréable, bien agencé, très calme et reposant, avec un jardin, une magnifique vue sur les collines, dans un sublime village de ruelles en pierres. Les lits sont très confortables.

Komplikationsloser und sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, die uns sogar ein Schale mit Obst zur Begrüßung bereitgestellt hatte. Die Wohnung ist bezaubernd, sowie die Lage in diesem urigen Bergdorf mit Terrasse und dem Blick in die Landschaft.

proprietari attenti e posto meraviglioso
l'appartamento è situato a ovest in una zona tranquilla. Pranzi e cene meravigliose all'ombra del maestoso pino e per finire in bellezza la serata sdraiarsi sul terrazzo sottostante a guardar luna e stelle. Ogni giorno dalle 8.30 alle 9.30 arriva il fruttivendolo, il fornaio c'è 8-10 e poi per qualsiasi cosa si abbia bisogno c'è Marciana. Proprietari meravigliosi e attenti a farci star bene senza dimenticare che l'abbiamo trovato pulito e ben attrezzato.lo consiglio!Rosella

Süße Wohnung, leider feucht
Wunderhübsch gelegen mit toller Ausstattung in der Küche, süßem Freisitz davor - eigentlich ein zauberhaftes Appartment, wäre da nicht die Feuchtigkeit. Wir sind wieder abgereist, haben in gegenseitigem Einvernehmen die Buchung storniert.

Schönes Bergdorf
Poggio ist ein wunderschönes kleines Bergdorf mit tollen Aussichten und 3 guten Restaurants. Die Unterkunft war zweckmäßig, jedoch funktionierte der Gasherd trotz kurzer Reklamation bis zum Schluss nicht richtig. Die Lage ist nur für Personen mit wenig Gepäck und/oder sportliche Personen geeignet. Leider gab es aus familiären Gründen auf Seiten der Vermieterin keinen Check-In mit Einweisung, die hilfreich gewesen wäre. Toller Blick von der Terrasse nach Marciana.

Fantastico soggiorno!
La casa è minuta ma dotata di tutto il necessario per vivere in comodità. La vista di cui si può godere è favolosa, soprattutto la sera, mentre si mangia sul tavolino fuori. La comunicazione con l’host è stata precisa, puntuale e molto cordiale. Inoltre Poggio è un paese davvero carino e suggestivo. Torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissima

Probleme leider im Preis inbegriffen
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, eigentlich, aber wir hatten drei große Probleme: Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr kompliziert, kurz vor der Anreise, teilte man uns lapidar mit, dass in der Wohnung ein Luftentfeuchter steht, der immer laufen müsse. Wir konnten aufgrund der Betriebsgeräusche nur schlecht schlafen und wollten einen Teil der Miete zurückhaben. Darauf ging die Vermieterin gar nicht ein. Am vierten Tag hatten wir einen Wassereinbruch in der Küche wegen eines überlaufenden Tanks. Zwei Stunden mussten wir das Wasser wegschippen. Danach war die Wohnung noch feuchter. Wir raten aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen von dem Objekt ab!

Magic Poggio
Poggio is a really beautiful village in the mountains of Elba island, it's a great spot to stay cool during summer and enjoy the beaches around the island. The apartment has a great view with a beautiful terrace, to enjoy your meals. It's a 2 communicating bedrooms apartment. It's very practical to cook in the full equipped kitchen only oven is missing but has a microwave and washing machine. Make sure you get miss Poggioli number (the one on the website it's to not up to date) before arrival because the streets are not clear on Google maps, so that you can call her and she will guide you there. The bedsheets and towels are not included, they can be rented from the owner upon request. I loved my staying in this apartment, hopefully will come back soon!

A mini haven of peace
Poggio is a beautiful, authentic and peaceful hilltop town with stunning views and Gianna’s house is the perfect oasis for a quiet getaway. The apartment is spacious and comfortable but the garden is the cherry on the cake with a gorgeous view of the picturesque town of Marciana. Gianna was very helpful and accommodating. We had a lovely stay, would definitely recommend.

Meravigliosa e accogliente
La casa è pulita e ordinata ed è fornita di tutto il necessario. Il paesino è davvero molto carino, caratteristico e tranquillo di sera, inoltre permette di raggiungere in macchina tutti i punti di interesse dell'isola. La proprietaria accogliente e disponibile. La consigliamo sicuramente!!

Posto accogliente ma scomodo
La casa è carina, in pieno centro e immersa nel verde, perfetta per 4 persone. Tuttavia è situata in una posizione per nulla facile da raggiungere (magari se fossimo state accompagnate dall’host in persona anziché seguire le sue indicazioni solo tramite telefono sarebbe stato molto più agevole). Inoltre l’abitazione non dispone di parcheggio privato ed essendo anche la cittadina in se (Poggio) poco attrezzata da questo punto di vista abbiamo dovuto lasciare ogni notte la macchina sulla piazzola di un tornante (Posizione quindi non sicura nè per noi da raggiungere nè per la macchina, oltre che distante circa 10min da casa, ma non c’erano alternative).
