About this property

Situated in the area of the largest archaeological park in Europe and close to the natural reserve of the River Belice, our house is ideal for families who love the sea, the free beaches and want to enjoy a holiday in total relaxation. Facing the sea and positioned in the center of Marinella di Selinunte, it has close to all services (drugstores, medical guard, supermarket, equipped beaches, restaurants, pubs). The house is composed by a first floor with kitchen, wc and living room overlooking a large terrace where you can relax, read, sunbathe and prepare a barbecue for lunch or dinner. On the top floor there are a large double bedroom with balcony and sea view and another room with two beds and a bathrooms. There is also a small attic with other 2 beds if necessary.
There is a separate ground floor flat used occasionally by the owners, rarely present.

Fantastisches Haus in Strandnähe

Das Haus in Marinella ist super schön und mit allem ausgestattet (sogar Kleinigkeiten die man nicht erwartet waren vorhanden). Sollte man dennoch etwas vermissen leben im unteren Teil die Eltern, welche sehr sehr nett sind. Sie helfen und versorgen einen mit Dingen die fehlen, wenn man fragt , sind dabei aber gar nicht aufdringlich. Einmal wurde sogar für uns gekocht, es war das beste Essen im ganzen Urlaub! Das Haus ist sehr nah zum Strand, welcher im hinteren Teil sehr dünn besetzt ist daher ist es sehr ruhig, die Strandbar Anfang kommen wir nur empfehlen, sehr lecker. In der Nähe und mit dem Auto bekommt man aber noch schönere Strände. In der Nähe des Hauses ist auch eine Flaniermeile mit Bars und Restaurants. Es ist sehr schön, wird aber an manchen Tagen etwas lauter, daher sind Ohropags ratsam. Die Klimaanlage im den Zimmern ist sehr modern und durchaus wichtig. Es hat uns auf jeden Fall sehr gut gefallen. Es hat sich angefühlt wie ein Zuhause und wir hatten alle einen wundervollen Urlaub. Vielen Dank Frederice! Und vielen Dank auch an deine Familie.

Perfect house for family

The house is very nice - super. Especially if you have a house and to have space. Just like 50 meters by steps down to one of the small beaches in the village. The terrace has everything: good sea view, barbeque and a good table for 4-6 persons. The kitchen is extraordinary: big with all you need for cooking. Two big bedrooms. The house has aircon, but it´s cool in itself from stone and many windows. We loved the small town Marinella, the beautiful landscape and the beaches around. Federica gave us a informative intro to both the house and the surroundings. I really can recommend this house for vacation in this area of Sicily. Håkan

Soggiorno incantevole!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura per due settimane nel cuore di agosto. Ci siamo trovati subito a nostro agio grazie alla disponibilità dei proprietari, alla pulizia dei locali e alla posizione della casa...proprio in fronte mare. Abbiamo potuto agevolmente visitare la parte occidentale della Sicilia da S. Vito lo Capo alla Valle dei templi. Un grazie a Federica e Rossana

Herrliches Haus für einen wunderbaren Urlaub !

Sehr schönes, komfortables 2 stöckiges Haus, das gemütlich eingerichtet ist und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet ist. Das gesamte Haus und auch die Küche sind sehr umfangreich ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr stilvoll und schön eingerichtet und auch hier eine sehr großzügige Ausstattung. Kein Wunsch blieb offen! Federika und ihre Familie sind sehr herzliche, zugewandte Vermieter, die sich um alle Belange umgehend kümmern und sehr großzügig und liebevoll ihre Gäste versorgen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Selinunte paesino incantevole!

La casa vacanza 6459048 di proprieta' della famiglia Cataldo non manca proprio nulla,ben arredata e ben atrezzata in cucina,, pulita e ordinata e da questo si puo' capire la loro accoglienza e ospitalita' e liberta' nell' alloggio che e' stata super confortevole.La posizione della casa e' vicinissima al mare stupendo che per chi ha bambini come noi e' ideale! Si consiglierei ad altre persone questa dimora, basta guardare la foto per immaginarsi li' con il suono del mare che ti accompagna in tutte le ore del giorno! Cosa posso dire altro per convincere i prossimi ospiti nella terra dei templi, non altro: prendete le valige e partite in destinazione Sicilia e ne rimmarerete incantati dalle montagne, colline tutte coltivate da meloni, olivi, arancini, mandorli e vigneti, insomma ricchissima di arte cultura e agricoltura! Nell' ambito culinario non posso dare molti consigli, dato che avevamo a disposizione il caminetto fuori si faceva spesso delle grigliate di pesce, comperato alla tipica asta che si fa nel paese al ritorno dei pescatori. Solamente uno posso segnalare come ristorante molto particolare "Voglimi" dove si puo' magiare a piedi nudi e sotterrati nella sabbia, con l' atmosfera che sprigiona il mare dal tramonto in poi, accompagnati dalle portate molto invitanti e squisite fatte con cura e riguardo. Sono accorti, pure per le persone con la celiachia. Vorrei descrivere tutto il tempo che abbiamo trascorso, ma rovinerei il sapore della scoperta di questo paesino turistico marino e artistico, ricco di storia! Un ultimo saluto come non si puo' fare alle persone che hanno aperto la loro porta di casa a noi e abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere una bellissima famiglia, semplice, solare disponibile! A lovely spacious house with all amenities

We stayed at Marinella last year and were keen to return if we could find better accommodation. We did! This is a lovely spacious house, cool in hot weather, with a large balcony allowing sun or shade all day. The barbecue is one of the best I’ve used. The house is about 50m from the water’s edge in an elevated position facing South. There are some buildings directly in front but at a lower level so the sea view is barely compromised. The proximity of a couple of bars made it noisy outside some evenings but otherwise the location is excellent. Five minutes walk away there’s a flight of steps down to the sandy beach and there are several restaurants within the same distance, all of which are good. You can walk easily to the town’s small harbour and the archeological site. Of particular note is the warm welcome we got from the owners whose daughter Federica speaks very good English and replied immediately to email and text queries. Nous avons séjourné à Marinella l'année dernière et avons hâte de revenir si nous pouvions trouver un meilleur hébergement. Nous faisions! C'est une belle maison spacieuse, fraîche par temps chaud, avec un grand balcon permettant le soleil ou l'ombre toute la journée. Le barbecue est l'un des meilleurs que j'ai utilisé. La maison est à environ 50 m du bord de l'eau dans une position élevée face au sud. Il y a des bâtiments directement devant mais à un niveau inférieur, de sorte que la vue sur la mer est à peine compromise. La proximité d'un couple de bars rendait bruyant dehors certains soirs mais sinon l'emplacement est excellent. À cinq minutes à pied, il y a un escalier jusqu'à la plage de sable et il y a plusieurs restaurants à la même distance, tous bons. Vous pouvez facilement rejoindre le petit port de la ville et le site archéologique. Il est à noter que l'accueil chaleureux que nous avons reçu des propriétaires dont la fille Federica parle très bien l'anglais et a répondu immédiatement aux questions de email et de texte.
