This is a furnished 3 comfortable bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a huge living room-terrace facing the Playa de Poniente, privileged place with beautiful panoramic blue Mediterranean sea, the green of the mulberry , palm and coconut trees promenade adjacent to the incredible colors of the sky at sunrise and sunset and the castle-fortress of the city. It is refurbished and also has all the facilities to be comfortable so inviting to stay at home enjoying. It is a bright, spacious and airy with a simple but carefully decorated to feel like home, so close to the sea that night, at high tide, is often hear the soothing rocking of the waves floor.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in dit prachtige appartement. Zowel het appartement en het uitzicht en de omgeving is voortreffelijk. Daarnaast de bijzondere zorg van de eigenaar Eric maakte onze vakantie compleet !

November Turkey Day trip
Everyrhing was great except for the couch that smelled like PEE. Hopefully he took care of that. Otherwise it was fantastic and the owner communicated very well

Sehr schön renovierte Altstadtwohnung mit toller Aussicht.
Die Wohnung liegt in 1. Linie zum Meeressandstrand aber ist relativ Lärmexboniert!

Perfect location
A large apartment perfectly located overlooking the beach and central to good beaches, a multitude of restaurants and bars and Spanish culture. A Spar supermarket was within a 2 minute walk together with numerous bakeries, pharmacies and all manner of shops.

Einfach großartig
Die Ferienwohnung könnte in Aguilas kaum besser liegen, direkt an der Strandpromenade. Man kann auf dem Balkon sitzen und alles von oben sehr gut beobachten. Unten sind kleine Restaurants, die aber abends zeitnah schließen, keine Lärmbelästigung. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, die Fotos im Internet sind absolut realistisch. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist einmalig. Eric meldet sich schon vorher rechtzeitig und ist ständig erreichbar, die Antwortzeit ist hervorragend. Bei Problemen hilft er sofort ( es gab nur ein kleines kurzes Problem mit dem Wlan, Eric hat gleich reagiert und geholfen ) . Ich habe schon viel sehr nette Gastgeber erlebt, aber Eric ist einfach toll, immer freundlich, liebenswert und hilfsbereit sowohl telefonisch als auch per WhatsApp . Wenn ich je wieder nach Aguilas komme wohne ich ganz sicher wieder bei Eric, danke für alles !

May Get Away
Our stay here was lovely. We had three glorious weeks here. The location was perfect spar round the corner and a Piramide café below us,.it was ideal as the café closed at 21.30 hours and opened at 9.30 fabulous. Situated on the beach we could hear the waves it was idyllic. we asked about sun chairs and a parasol for the beach as my husband and I are not too mobile these days and Erik sorted out new chairs and parasol to use. we bought a cool bag and ice packs also plastic cup to use on the beach that we left for others to benefit from. There were a couple concerns we had. 1. The plumbing was very dated and at one point the toilet ran on all night keeping us awake, eventually my husband fixed it. 2. When we pulled back the curtains the pole was black with dirt and there was coffee on the wall in the lounge. Everything in the kitchen had a sticky feel to it. 3. the balcony doors didn't seem to lock as I could open it from the outside once closed from the inside . 4. one day I noticed the window was open In a bedroom we didn't use this was quite curious as neither of us had opened it ourselves. 5.We were very glad we chose May to go. as with the lack of air-conditioning it would Be far to hot any later on in the season. All in all a really lovely holiday. Just some small issues that could be seen to. To make other tenants stay even better.

Fijn appartement met een top lokatie aan boulevard en strand. De eigenaar heeft tijdens ons verblijf I.v.m. Covid-19 diverse malen gebeld om te vragen of alles in orde was . Dank Eric !

Sehr schöne Wohnung, super freundlicher Vermieter
Wir 3 Frauen( 3 Generationen ) waren über Weihnachten und Silvester zu Gast in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung. Eric hat sich kurz vor Urlaubsbeginn in einer sehr netten Nachricht vorgestellt. In einem etwas späteren Telefonat hat sich seine freundliche und völlig unkomplizierte Art noch deutlicher gezeigt. Wir wurden spät am Abend von der genauso netten Hausdame empfangen. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt, wir haben uns die Tage sehr wohl gefühlt direkt an der Promenade, mit Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Morgens Frühstück auf dem Balkon oder unter uns in dem schönen Cafe. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank Susanne, Waltraut und Johanna

Urlaub in der 1. Reihe
Es ist eine schöne Wohnung mit einer tollen Lage! Die Aussicht ist genial! Das merhstöckige Haus steht in erster Reihe. Das Haus wird nur durch die Fußgängerpromenade vom Strand getrennt! Ein Stock tiefer bzw. unterhalb vom Balkon ist zwar ein Café, aber das stört nicht weiter. Um Ostern rum hatte es von ca. 8:30 Uhr bis ca. 20:30 Uhr geöffnet. Die Schlafzimmer sind aber "nach hinten" gerichtet, so dass man immer ruhig schlafen konnte. In der Wohnung ist eigentlich alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Ein Supermarkt und Bäcker sind direkt um die Ecke. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Encore de bonnes vacances à Aguilas. Pour la seconde fois dans cet appartement, toujours aussi propre et la même gentillesse de Sebi. Le seul bémol est l’alese en plastique dans ma chambre parental. A chaque fois qu’on bouge c’est pas agréable.. Je recommande vivement cet location ou je retournerai lors d’une prochaine visite à ma famille espagnol

Excelente situación
El apartamento y el edificio en general necesita algunas actualizaciones. El mobiliario de las habitaciones es muy básico. Pero las deficiencias quedan compensadas por una gran sala con ventanales y terraza-balcón sobre la playa. Debajo hay un paseo peatonal con terrazas de bares sin ruidos molestos. En resumen, apartamento con capacidad de mejora pero muy recomendable.

Lovely huge apartment in perfect position
We spent a week in this apartment in May. The living room is huge, it has 2 bathrooms and 3 decent sized bedrooms. The best part about this apartment is the balcony and view of the beach. A perfect place to sit, have breakfast and watch the world go by. Bar underneath was not noisy, just people chatting, nice place to have a drink too. Plenty of very hot water and adequate facilities. The owner is very friendly as was his representative in Aguilas. Would definitely recommend a stay.
