Typical single and independent Sicilian campaing house with a double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom and kitchen, living room with
resealable sofa bed. Outside garden with covered veranda, table with chairs, barbecue, parking space. The structure falls within my farm extended in 2.5 hectares, so with

large spaces available to guests.
The splendid beach of fine sand is about 400 meters away and can be reached on foot along a white road in 5 real minutes !!!
Very quiet and peaceful place as a private property a stone's throw from the sea !!!
The house is equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine, and nothing is missing.
Sheets and a set of bath sponges are included.
Reservations are weekly and run from Saturday to Saturday, electricity, water, air conditioning and gas included.
The possible presence of guests / friends will be analyzed from time to time with the property.
The town of Donnalucata is about 1 km away and there are also numerous supermarkets in the area, furthermore the strategic position allows you to easily and effectively reach the major Monumental, Baroque and Naturalistic sites.
My family and I are simple and friendly people, always happy to make new acquaintances and guests are not only guests but also friends ....... See you soon !!!
The house has totally private spaces, there are no shared areas. Social distancing is ensured. Cleaning is accurate and specific disinfectant products are used.
The beach is kilometers long and it is possible to place the umbrella respecting the social distancing

Die Seele baumeln lassen
Wir haben sehr entspannte Sommertage in dem kleinen Haus verbracht. Es schlicht und schön eingerichtet. Kein Ballast, der das Leben belastet. Trotz Hitzewelle brauchten wir die AirCondition nicht anzustellen. Die grünen Hecken und der Wind vom Meer sorgten für eine angenehmes Klima. Und dann gab es noch das wunderbare Gastgeberpaar, dass Tomaten und Paprika aus eigner Ernte vorbeibrachten. Wir kommen wieder!

Meraviglioso
Nicola hat unseren Urlaub gerettet. Wir mussten aufgrund des Zustandes unserer letzten Unterkunft umbuchen und Nicola und seine Frau hatten direkt am nächsten Tag Platz für uns. Das Haus ist herrlich. Komplett umgeben von einer großen Hecke, sodass man nie erwarten würde, dass dort ein kleines Häusschen steht. Es ist ruhig gelegen, man hört nur die Vögel. Als wir angekommen sind, standen bereits Paprika aus eigener Ernte auf unserem Tisch. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Weg zum Strand dauert wirklich nur 6 Minuten und der Strand selbst ist wunderschön. Wir sind mit einem großen Hund gereist, ihm hat es auch sehr gut gefallen! Wir wollten garnicht wieder abreisen.

Plage très agréable à 5 min à pied, en traversant la propriété agricole. Petite maison bien équipée, dans un endroit très calme. Centre ville à 3 min en voiture. Très bien pour se ressourcer en famille !

du bonheur simple !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Nicolò ! C’est une petite maison au confort simple située au sein d’une exploitation agricole. Il y a d’autres habitations mais la propriété est tellement grande que nous n’avions pas de voisins à proximité. C’est le calme qui qualifie le mieux cet endroit ! Nicolò et sa femme sont extrêmement gentils, accueillants et de bons conseils. La maison a été conçue pour éviter les fortes chaleurs (petites fenêtres); nous avons apprécié les ventilateurs (qui nous ont permis de ne pas utiliser la clim). La plage est accessible à pied (5 minutes) et est très belle et peu fréquentée. Donnalucata est une petite station balnéaire très agréable, accessible en voiture (5 minutes) avec restaurants, épiceries, traiteurs , marché de poissons, et glaciers..Nous avons apprécié cette ambiance très sicilienne, pas encore contaminée par le tourisme intensif.. La situation géographique de la location permet d’atteindre les belles villes de Ragusa, Scicli, Modica rapidement. Syracuse est à 1h30 en voiture. Nous recommandons cet endroit pour les familles qui voudraient découvrir cette partie de la Sicile de manière authentique, et prendre le temps de se ressourcer dans le calme et dans une belle nature. PS: il est possible de faire des tests covid antigéniques à la pharmacie Donnalucata sur rendez-vous (pas besoin d'aller jusqu'à Scicli).

Vacanza in bellezza
La nostra esperienza è stata super positiva: la casa è accogliente e ben accessoriata, il proprietario molto ospitale e attento a eventuali necessità. La posizione è strategica per la vicinanza al mare e a località di interesse, ma la campagna circostante garantisce una totale riservatezza e libertà (ed è stata anche una bella occasione di scoperte per il nostro bambino!). La casa e il giardino corrispondono alle foto e alla descrizione; anche nei giorni più caldi la casa si è mantenuta fresca all'interno. Un merito speciale al proprietario, che con massima discrezione e cortesia è stato un riferimento prezioso in diverse occasioni. Casa consigliatissima a tutti, in particolare a chi, come noi, ha bambini.

Perfekter Urlaub
Niedliches Häuschen an ruhiger Lage. Das Häuschen ist komfortabel eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und liegt inmitten eines Gemüseanbau-Gebiets ein kurzes Stück ausserhalb des Städtchen Donnalucata. Nicoclo, der Vermieter, ist super nett, hilfsbereit und bringt auch gern mal Gemüse aus seinem Betrieb vorbei. Der 5 Gehminuten entfernte Sandstrand ist sauber und sehr flach abfallend (Ideal mit kleinen Kindern). Auch die nähere Umgebung hat mit Ragusa, Scicli und Modica viel kulturelles zu bieten. Uns hat's sehr gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen.

We spent 10 days in the small house in Donnalucata. Everything was in order and in line with the description. The beach, nothing less than renown beaches in Sicily, is just 5 minutes by walk. Shower in front of the house was really welcome. Nicolo' was fantastic to fix some inevitable problems we had during our stay. We personally suggested him to provide guests with wi-fi connection and handy guide to surrounding places (markets, bakery...).

Perfekter Ort für ruhesuchende, unkomplizierte Paare oder Familien.
Wir haben unseren Urlaub richtig genossen. Die äusserst gastfreundliche, hilfsbereite und nette Familie Sgarlato hat uns am Fischmarkt abgeholt und hat uns im und ums Haus Alles gezeigt. Später wurden wir noch mit feinster hausgemachter Pasta und vielen Tomaten verwöhnt. Die sehr einladende Terasse mit dazugehörigem Garten sind Ruhe und Erhohlung pur. Im sehr sauberen und angenehm kühlen Haus gibts Alles, was man braucht. Man lebt inmitten von Feldern und Gemüseplantagen und höhrt nur Vögel, Grillen und das Meer. Der wirklich nur 5 Gehminuten entfernte feine, lange Sandstrand ist wunderbar und im Juni hats praktisch "noch" keine Touristen. Die gut erreichbaren, umliegenden Barockstädte sind toll und sehr empfehlenswert. Ein Mietfahrzeug ist für diesen Ort sicher von Vorteil. Alles in Allem, wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Sehr gut.
Ein sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und entgegenkommender Vermieter, der immer bereit war zu helfen, wenn man etwas brauchte. Es gibt dort 3 Ferienwohnungen. Sie befinden sich auf einem privaten sehr grossen Landbesitz. (über 1 ha) Sie sind sehr gut eingerichtet, ziemlich modern, es fehlt nichts. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Lage. 5 min. zu Fuß zum wundreschönen Strand. Es ist auf jedem Fall empfehlenswerrt. Wir würden nochmal kommen.

Vacanza perfetta per chi ama il mare e il relax
In una parola: favoloso. Vacanza ideale per chi vuole rilassarsi lontano dal caos e vuole godersi un mare fantastico, sempre pulito, in una spiaggia chilometrica poco affollata anche ad agosto. La casa ci è stata consegnata in perfetto stato, pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario per viverci. E' molto comoda per famiglie con bambini, anche piccoli, che possono giocare nel giardinetto di fronte l'abitazione ed esplorare i dintorni dell'azienda agricola di Nicola. La posizione è strategica sia perchè a cinque minuti a piedi dal mare (bel mare) sia perchè con l'auto si possono raggiungere in venti minuti Scicli e Modica, in mezzoretta Ragusa, veri gioielli del barocco siciliano che vale la pena di visitare. Nicola è stato molto gentile sia al nostro arrivo che durante il soggiorno, accompagnandoci alla guardia medica in occasione di un piccolo incidente ad uno dei nostri bimbi. Ci ha anche regalato i prodotti freschi della sua azienda che ci siamo gustati durante la vacanza. Decisamente consigliato!

Vacanza perfetta

In paradiso la settimana di ferragosto

Un paradiso dove tornare
Ottima soluzione per vacanze all'insegna della libertà e della natura, a due passi da un susseguirsi di spiaggette a mezzaluna, senza affollamento e con un mare azzurro come il cielo. Tranquillità, natura e comodità
Una casetta immersa nel verde, dove non manca davvero nulla. Il giardino è delizioso, allietato dal canto degli innumerevoli uccelli che vivono sugli alberi che lo circondano. Nessun altro rumore. La spiaggia si raggiunge in 5 minuti a piedi in mezzo ai campi, è pulitissima, ampia e per niente affollata. La posizione è ideale per visitare gli innumerevoli luoghi di interesse della zona. Il proprietario Nicola è molto attento a risolvere ogni minimo problema che si può presentare durante il soggiorno. Davvero tutto perfetto, torneremo!

Tranquillità e mare a pochi passi
La casetta è in nella campagna lontano dai rumori e fra il verde e i campi coltivati dal proprietario. Molto soddisfacente l'arredamento e la fornitura di tutto ciò che occorre per cucinare e passare una vacanza riposante! La spiaggia è proprio a 5 minuti di distanza ed è bellissima e lunghissima dove si può anche camminare ed arrivare al paese. Direi tutto perfetto ! I proprietari sono persone gentilissime e sempre disponibili per ogni esigenza. Spero di ritornarci !

Ottima settimana di vacanza.
Casetta molto carina con ampi spazi interni, dotata di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, compreso ad esempio forno e lavatrice; molto confortevole anche lo spazio esterno con doccia esterna veramente comoda e ampio spazio per mangiare e godersi la tranquillità. La distanza dal mare, spiaggia grande e poco affollata, è davvero di pochi minuti a piedi . La casa dista un paio di kilometri dal centro abitato dove si trovano i supermercati e tutto quello che serve. La posizione è abbastanza strategica perchè si possono raggiungere in tempi relativamente brevi molte località da visitare come Ragusa, Modica, Scicli oppure altre località costiere con belle spiaggie. Il proprietario Nicola è davvero molto disponibile e cordiale, sempre attento alle esigenze o eventuali problematiche degli ospiti.Ci ha dato anche dei consigli sui posti da visitare . Gigi e Marina

Al di sopra di ogni aspettativa!
Il posto è decisamente tranquillo, immerso nella campagna e lontano da ogni fonte di rumore. Relax completo! Casa pulita, funzionale con arredamento nuovo e giardino esterno comprensivo di tavolo e sedie. 5 minuti a piedi per il mare, in mezzo alle serre e su una "trazzera" dal sapore retro, che sbuca su una spiaggia di sabbia che si estende per km e dove anche I bambini piccoli possono stare tranquilli......si cammina in acqua per decine di metri prima che il livello si alzi! Per ultimo ma in cima alla lista del gradimento, una nota di merito per Nicola e la sua famiglia, Radoan con il suo sorriso, che ci hanno ospitato e assistito con semplicità e cordialità spontanea e sincera!!! The property is clean, airy and cool. Perfect.
You will struggle to find the property as it's tucked away on Nicolo's farm just off the coast road east of Donnalucata. We arranged to meet Nicolo at the fish market in town and followed him to the villa. Nicolo is very friendly and genuinely wanted us to be happy in his house, a good feeling. We were presented with a box of vegetables grown within sight of the door: aubergines, courgettes, peppers and chillies and Nicolo also presented my wife with flowers, also grown here. Just as well I'm not the molto geloso type. The beach is only five minutes walk and is spotless, with little bays running all the way to Donnalucata itself. The town is a couple of minutes away by car but it's a lovely walk along the beach. There are a number of pizzerias and gelaterias in town as well as a couple of really good restaurants. Our favourite was Il Consiglio di Sicilia. Further afield Ragusa Ibla is just awesome and Scicli, Modica and Punta Secca all worth a visit.We had a brilliant week and were sorry to have to leave.

Ferienhaus in der Nähe von Donnalucata
Die Angaben im Online-Inserat sind gut. Ruhige Lage, man kann zu Fuß zum Strand gehen (5 Min.). Der Stand ersteckt sich bis nach Donnalucata (zu Fuß über den Stand ca. 30 Min.). Mit dem Auto sind es bis Donnalucata rd. 5 Min. Dort gibt es mehrere Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z. B. frischen Fisch am kleinen Hafen). Das Haus wurde vor kurzem neu renoviert und ist in einem guten, gepflegtem Zustand, sauber und gut ausgestattet (Sateliten-TV und Waschmaschine). Der Vermieter hat uns am Treffpunkt abgeholt (d. h. wir sind ihm von dort aus hinterhergefahren). Er ist angenehm freundlich, höflich und korrekt. Mir hat es insgesamt sehr gut gefallen, so dass ich es weiterempfehlen kann.

RELAX, CORDIALITA' E POSTI INCANTEVOLI!!!!!
Cosa speri di trovare, quando, prima della partenza, immagini le tue vacanze? Relax? Ospitalità? Mare splendido e spiagge tranquille? O forse posti incantevoli e ottimo cibo? La nostra vacanza a risposto a pieni voti a tutti i nostri desideri!!!! Una splendida casetta immersa nella campagna Sicula, a due passi dal mare!( due passi! ma due passi veri!) dotata di ogni confort,sia in casa che nel tranquillo e rilassante giardino esterno dove ho potuto godere dei due gadget per me più importanti!( doccia e barbeque). Anche la pulizia è degna di nota! Ora dulcis in fundo... che dire degli splendidi proprietari ? Nicola e famiglia persone fantastiche sempre pronte ad esaudire nel modo migliore qualsiasi nostra richiesta! Innamorate della propria terra e delle loro tradizioni cosa rara e genuina in questo nostra ITALIA sempre più allo sbando! Se ci torneremo????? Certo!!! E speriamo al più presto!!! Accoglienza eccezionale
Prima della casa, un enorme apprezzamento per le persone: i proprietari sono innamorati dei loro luoghi e della loro storia e usano tutta la cura e l'attenzione possibile per rendere il soggiorno degli ospiti perfettamente confortevole e rilassante. La casa corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione: è semplice ma spaziosa e non manca nulla. E' perfettamente pulita e gli arredi, gli infissi, le dotazioni sono tutti nuovi: ogni cosa funziona al meglio. Ci si sente subito a casa. La tranquillità è assicurata dallo spazio esterno che offre ottima privacy e l'immancabile barbecue. Da non dimenticare la spiaggia sempre poco affollata di Donnalucata a 5 minuti a piedi tra i campi. Sistemazione ideale anche per visitare Scicli, Noto, Modica, Ragusa, Ispica...

So eine tolle Zeit!!!
Wir hatten so eine tolle Zeit in diesem schönem Haus, dass ich sofort wieder zurück möchte! Der Vermieter (Nicolo) ist ein super Mensch und begrüsst wurden wir am Anreisetag mit einer Falsche Rotwein und frischem Focaccia - lecker! Das Haus steht auf einem weitem Gelände und man ist ganz für sich allein und kann die Gegend und die Stille geniessen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht! Trotzdem ist es nicht weit zum Strand (5 Minuten Fussweg) - und der Strand ist toll - wir waren Ende Mai dort und der Strand war menschenleer. Donnalucata erreicht man zu Fuss über den Strand in ca. 30 Minuten - mit dem Auto braucht man 5 Minuten. Der Ort ist sehr schnuckelig, gemütlich und relaxt. Auch findet man einige Restaurants die eine gute bodenständige italienische Küche bieten. Um die Gegend zu erkunden gibt es Möglichkeiten ohne Ende - uns hat Sicli sehr gut gefallen. Ich kann dieses Haus mit seinem tollem und sehr hilfsbereitem Vermieter nur jedem empfehlen der im Urlaub Ruhe, Natur und Entspannung sucht. Vielen Dank noch mal für die schöne Zeit!

Nei luoghi di Montalbano
"La casa è molto carina, fresca e tranquilla. Gli arredi e le attrezzature nuovi e pulitissimi, il mare si raggiunge a piedi in 5 minuti. I proprietari sono persone squisite, sempre disponibili ma mai invadenti. Donnalucata è un bel paesino, che si e rivelato base ideale per un''immersione nel Barocco Siciliano."
