Fantastic single level home with A/C that sleeps up to 8. The spacious great room features an updated kitchen stocked with everything you will need whether you are creating a gourmet feast or hosting a backyard BBQ. Comfortable leather furnishings appoint the living room complete with a cozy fireplace and flat screen TV.

A King bed is in the primary suite that also allows access to the hot tub and back deck. The attached private bath features a large walk-in shower.

The bunk bedroom features 2 sets of Twin Bunks and an attached bathroom with shower over tub.

The bonus family room is fully enclosed providing a great secondary living space. This room has a large flat screen TV and Queen sleeper sofa.

Private setting, landscaped yard! Take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 6 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental house.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Summer Soccer Trip
Good house with kids bunk room; hot tub and air conditioning! Sunriver resort has many things to keep kids busy. Would stay again at house and resort.

Great home in Sunriver
Just returned from a four night stay at YELR03. Stayed here for a girls college friends reunion weekend. The four of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home had everything we needed for a memorable weekend. From extra towels for the spa, clean and spacious kitchen with appliances to the comfortable beds and bonus room, it was a lovely, memorable stay. We even enjoyed the board games and clean spa! We plan to be back!

It fit our family of four and could have easily accommodated another family with the two sets of bunk beds and bonus room. The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of room to spread out. A great location. The hot tub was a treat. We will back and can see why this is a family retreat oasis!

This was a wonderful experience for my family!! Everything at this property was amazing. We hadn’t had a vacation in years, and couldn’t even afford this one, but we did it! We hope to be back here soon!

The rental gave us plenty of room for our family of four to spread out. This was especially true due to the two living room spaces with tvs. The hot tub it a great added bonus.

July 2016 Stay
We have stayed at sunriver every summer for as long as I can count at various properties. This was our first stay with Bennington properties and we had such a wonderful experience! This home had all the right amenities and we loved the location. Everything in this home was perfectly planned out- super family friendly (cups and plates and games for kiddos), screens on the doors to keep them open at night and the bugs out & where you needed a towel hook there was one! Beds were comfy cozy, porch, yard and hot tub were nice to relax. We loved the evening walks to the bridge to watch the sunset and the best location for walking to the river to fish or go on my favorite running route. It was the perfect size for our family and our kids loved the bunk room! Bennington was especially nice and recovered and returned a left behind item and helped us extend our stay a couple of days during the busy summer season. Already planning our return for next year! Thank you for making our vacation extra special!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Two weeks before our vacation, we were informed that the home we originally had reserved was sold by the homeowners. Bennington Properties were so helpful, and found us the Yellow Rail 3 property instead, and it actually turned out to be a much nicer property. Perfect size for my husband and me, my son and his two friends, and my mom.
