Perfect for our needs

We spent most of our visit outside but coming back to nice staff, hot tub, clean room and huge bathroom with a jet tub was perfect.

Just as expected & in great location!

This was a great, affordable find (compared to other listings in the area!) last-minute for a Telluride getaway with my Mom. This property was just as expected, very clean, and spacious enough. We really enjoyed our stay and all the amenities!

Property is in a fantastic location. Less than a minute away from the gondola and everything Telluride/Mountain Village can offer. Amenities at Bear Creek are amazing as well. Will try and book again!

Convenient and quaint

We loved our recent stay there. It was so convenient. I just wish they had a restaurant on site. Other than that it was perfect.

Spent 6 days in this room. The positive part of the stay was the bed. It was comfortable! That is about it for the big positives. The room had minimal furniture...Bed, desk with a hard chair, TV on the wall, small refrigerator, one end table and what appeared to be an empty TV chest of draws.. ugly and of little use above where the TV would have gone. No air conditioning which is pretty standard in the mountains but the window above could not be cracked a bit from the top to let in outside air (did not want to leave the bottom window open when we were not in the room.. the top window slide all the way down. There was a separate closet that did not have any additional pillows as the pillows on the bed were rock hard. The bathroom was beautiful but the glass shower door would not seal when closed and water leaked all over the floor each time we showered. They needed to be adjusted. Oh and to turn on the water in the shower you had to reach behind the glass door and experience the cold water all over your arm to get the shower going..... On the positive side there was a jetted tub. Lucky we had close access to the workout room where there were additional towels as we needed a bunch to keep the floor dry. The rug in the room was worn and needed a steam cleaning. Frankly we have stayed in better rooms in motels for half the cost! Oh and by the way... there were two paper cups on the desk next to the small coffee machine... an ice bucket with no lid and no where to get ice in the complex.... we had to use the employee ice machine near the front desk. The owners of this condo need to upgrade the unit.

Worth about 159, not worth the 224 after fees and taxes.

If the total cost was 159, it'd be fine. It's a motel room. Picture a motel 6 room put into a very nice building, and you've got this place. It's basically the "guest" room of a much nicer suite that has been broken up into two separate properties to maximize revenue for the owner. Fair enough, but just don't expect much. If you're just looking to overpay for a place to sleep, it's perfect for you.
