Luxury modern Villa in Calonge, in the middle of the beautiful countryside of Mallorca, and only 2 kilometers from the delightful beaches of Cala d'Or.
The beautiful Villa is located on a private road and it is perfect for enjoying the tranquility, with modern and comfortable facilities, where nothing is missing.
The property consists of two floors, with several terraces, balconies and charming little corners. The area is about 20,000 sqm, from where you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea, between almond trees, carob trees, and mainly fruital and floral aromas.
INTERIOR:
The construction was built in 2015, with a living area of 585 sqm. This four-bedroom villa can accomodate up to eight guests. There are three bathrooms, living room, covered terraces, balconies and views from every room. The house has an alarm system, LCD Satellite TV, wireless internet, CD and DVD player, safe, air conditioning and heating and a barbecue. For sports, there is a special court for volleyvall, it has a ping pong table tennis ping-pong, area for petanque,and a 10x5 sqm swimming pool with safety for young children. The kitchen is extensively equipped: oven, microwave, induction hob, webber gas barbecue, dishwasher, Italian coffee maker, filter and nespresso, kettle, blender, freezer, refrigerator, etc.
