Triple your vacation memories with unforgettable sunrises right outside your door, sun drenched ocean views, and magical sunsets in our two bedroom, two bath, oceanside Key Colony Beach condo. Relax and bask poolside, by the ocean, or under the palm trees. Enjoy walking, running, biking, kayaking, fishing, golf, tennis, pickleball, and bocce ball. Boats, kayaks, and paddleboards are available to rent nearby. You can grill your catch under the glistening starry sky on one of the grills at the Tiki hut, then take a very short walk to watch a beautiful sunset at Sunset Beach. There are many restaurants in Marathon, or you can walk to restaurants on our island. We can almost guarantee that you'll book a return visit and not want the magic to end!

Sea Isle Condominiums consists of three buildings. Our two bedroom, two bath unit is on the second floor of the building located right on the ocean. The living room and both bedrooms have flat screen HD TVs. Netflix, Prime, and others are available on the living room's 50" TV. A secure wifi connection is available in the condo (SSID and password supplied) and open wifi is also available at the pool and Tiki Hut.

Rentals are SATURDAY to SATURDAY and limited by KCB law to FOUR persons, including infants. Other check in/out days could be arranged but would impact the rate. Check in will be at 4 PM pm and check out will be by 10 AM. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED in the condo and on the balcony, and is permitted only in designated areas on the Sea Isle grounds. We do not allow fish cleaning in the condo. No pets are allowed. Thank you for condsidering us, you won't be disappointed!

Quiet condo

Small, quiet complex in key colony. Powder sand on the beach, clean quiet pool. Nice grills to prepare lunch or dinner. Some fyi's - no elevators, pool closes at sunset. This complex rents by the week, not necessarily Saturday to Saturday. Owners of this property communicate well and quickly. They unit was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay!

We stayed for a week with our 4-year old daughter and everything was amazing. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed and very conveniently located between the pool and ocean. We will definitely stay again next time we are in the Keys!

Amazing Tropical Vacation!

You absolutely cannot beat this location! The beach and water are gorgeous, and the pool is protected from the wind by being located between the 1st and 2nd building. The residents were super friendly and there was plenty of things to do to keep us busy in the keys (though we still spent most of our time on property because it was so gorgeous)! We’d really like to come again!

Great Experience

My family of four really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back if we visit the keys again. The building is located in between the pool and the ocean, so having quick access to either was nice. The condo was clean and had an ample kitchen for us to have breakfast and the occasional meal. The air conditioning worked great and was a welcome reprieve from the July heat. There is a decent restaurant just a short drive down the road, and plenty of places on Marathon key to visit, grocery shop, and dine out. The central location in the keys was great for exploring the other islands. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect setting

It was located in a perfect area . A few steps to the ocean and really close to the pool . The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and everything you needed in the kitchen . The grills worked great and gave you a great few of the ocean. The owners were accommodating and they have a great condo . We met a lot of good people in the key colony. We are planning another trip down in the near future.

Great place for a family getaway

We spent the week before Christmas here and had a great time. The location is quiet but very central to all the Keys, and made for a good home base for day trips in either direction, from Key West to Key Largo. We found the condo to be very comfortable. We enjoyed the close proximity to both the beach and the pool, and there's a nice view of both from the little balcony off the master bedroom. A great spot to enjoy morning coffee or keep an eye on the kids in the pool. The gas grills and tiki hut were perfect for preparing and enjoying a nice dinner beside the water. It's a short 1 minute walk to Sunset Beach park in the evening to watch the sunset. Ed was very responsive and helpful both before and during the trip. Thanks for a great getaway!

Charming Stay at Isle 8 By the Sea

My husband and I had a wonderful week by the sea in this lovely condo in Marathon. This area us peaceful and centrally located to head up to towards Key Largo or down to Key West. The home has lots of nice touches with art and decor, comfortable beds, and a well stocked kitchen. There was a cooler and beach chairs as well that we used when snorkeling in Bahia Honda park. Nice balcony from which to view the ocean while having breakfast. Ed was very easy to communicate with - very responsive and welcoming. We would stay here again.

Wonderful location, but condo needs work

This unit is in a great location for exploring the keys, especially if you’ve never been (as was our case). The pool and beach are superb. However we were disenchanted with the unit itself, and felt that it needs a wholesale update. To wit: 1) barely enough towels for the 2 of us. Don’t know how a family could get along without bringing their own towels. No beach towels at all. 2) noisy systems. The A/C sounds like a 747 taking off next door. And when the fan in one bathroom (there wasn’t a fan in the other) joined in, there was nowhere to hide. The toilets are not lo-flow, and take forever to be done flushing. 3) supplies. We visited Publix for kitchen sink scrubbies, dish soap, and bar soap, etc. Bring your own amenities. 4) window coverings. We needed to adjust both vertical and horizontal blinds to get them to close completely. This is not a complete list of our frustrations. Would we rent this unit again? Probably not. We went to relax and not think about the upkeep needed on our home for a week, and this unit did not provide those luxuries.

Beautiful Key Colony Brach!

Loved the unit! Two small issues… tv’s in bedrooms did not work & laundry outside of unit. Those did not detract from location, cleanliness or property. Fantastic beach area as well as outsides grilling & common areas. Well maintained and lots of extras.

Our first time in the keys.

The condo was very nice and clean. Very conveniently located and the pool was wonderful. The only down fall was there was a open pipe on the beach with gray water running out into the ocean. So we stayed at the pool most days for that reason. I would rent again but do hope they fix the pipe issue. Over all it was very nice and VERY kid friendly witch was huge for us.

We live in Ohio and started coming to Key Colony Beach in 2009. We rented for two weeks, then three weeks, three weeks again, then six weeks...then we bought!

Why they chose this property

Marathon is almost dead center in the beautiful Florida Keys, with Key Largo and Key West each about fifty miles in either direction. Marathon has plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Key Colony beach is a secluded island just off of Marathon. Our unit offers a private beach, which is hard to find along the Keys. KCB is peaceful, secluded, and secure. There are good restaurants in KCB if you don't want to leave the island.

What makes this property unique

Our unit is in the building located right on the beach. If you exit the building in one direction, you step out onto the beach. If you exit the other way, you're at the pool. The Tiki Hut and two large grills are only steps away, too. You can eat at any of a large number of restaurants, you can grill at the Tiki Hut, or you can prepare your meals inside the condo.
