Located next to public parking and large supermarket. 5 minutes from Bars, restaurants and Pub's in Puerto Deportivo. 10 minutes from two quiet beaches, one of them Natural Park. Golf course 2 minutes. Promenade Everything walking, without taking a vehicle. Gastronomy, good tapas. Alhambra in Granada at 1h and 15 minutes by car. Natural Park Cabo de Gata at 1 hour, and Almeria Airport at 40 km by highway. Visit to the filming locations of the Western movies with live show in 1 hour by car. Too much sun light and air. Warn weather nearly all year. All services around walking. Laundry Restaurants and pubs. Situated in the Marina port. 2 minutes Golf course and big food supermarket. 10 minutes beaches. Here are Mexican, Chinese, Italian and Spanish restaurants (fresh fish and meet) offcourse, walking in a few minutes around the marina. 1 hour by car Granada and Alhambra. Almería Airport 40 minutes by highway, and Malaga airport on 90 minutes. You can visit famous locations fron the western films with public function at Tabernas desert about 1 hour by car. 1 comfortable bed and 1 Chaise longe bed too. No rooms, its a loft. Full equiped cooking. Complete bathroom Automatic clothes washer. Prívate Sun roof with chill-out zone. Non private swiming pool but quiet at first floor. See photographs. You will see the sea fron the diningroom.

Vacaciones 2019
Hemos pasado unas vacaciones geniales en este apartamento, es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Esta todo muy bien conservado y la terraza de arriba es ideal sobretodo por la noche por el viento que le da y la tranquilidad. Esta muy bien situado cerca del puerto, donde se puede disfrutar de un paseo, de los bares y de las tiendas. La verdad es que hemos estado muy bien, totalmente recomendable el apartamento. Apartamento ideal
Apartamento muy bonito, donde hemos estado pasando una semana fantastica. El apartamento es perfecto, todo muy limpio, con todo lo que se necesita, no necesitas llevarte nada, solo descansar. Un mercadona en la puerta, que para mi fue muy importante, y sobretodo y lo mejor del apartamento la terraza con vistas al puerto y la terraza superior con mejores vistas aun. El dueño, Rafael, encantador, he podido contar con él para cualquier duda. Sin duda si volvemos a Almerimar repetiremos.

Hoch über der Marina
Gemütliches, ruhiges Appartement mit Blick auf die Marina. Der Balkon ist verglast, so dass er auch bei kühlerem Wetter und Wind zum Essen benutzen kann. Das ist auch notwendig, da innerhalb dafür kein Platz vorgesehen ist. Eine Treppe höher befinden sich eine Ablage für die Kleider und der Zugang zur Dach-Terasse. Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke.

El apartamento está muy bien situado, todo muy limpio y no faltaba ningún detalle. En perfectas condiciones. Todo a pie. Supermercado a la puerta y fácil para aparcar. Muy bien atendidos por Rafael. Un 10! ¡¡Totalmente recomendable, repetimos seguro!!

Unas vacaciones geniales
El apartamento está muy bien situado, todo funcionaba estupendamente, las vistas eran geniales, casi durante todo el día recivíamos la brisa de mar y en las horas de más calor podíamos poner el aire acondicionado. Los dueños super amables. En general hemos pasado unas muy buenas vacaciones, disfrutando de la piscina de la cominidad y las playas de al rededor. Nos quedamos con ganas de volver para visitar más calas de la zona.

Magnifique appartement // Wonderfull flat
A notre arrivée nous avons été très surpris par cet appartement. Quasi neuf, propre, décoré avec gout et très bien équipé. De la terrasse nous pouvons contempler la mer et le port d'Almerimar. Une seconde terrasse (ou penthousse) permet d'admirer le ciel étoilé le soir à la fraîche. La résidence est très calme. Nous n'avons pas eu de problème pour garer la voiture. Malgré la barrière de la langue, l'accueil fût très sympathique. Notre lit était déjà prêt ainsi que le nécessaire de douche, digne des beaux hôtels. En bas de la résidence, il y a un supermarché, ainsi que l'accès au port et restaurants. La plage est à 10 min à pied. Pour visiter : Cathédrale et Château d'Almeria à 40min // Grenade et le palais de l'Alhambra à 1h40min // plusieurs châteaux forts le long du littoral En résumé, une très bonne semaine passée dans cette location. Je la recommande ! De plus le propriétaire est très disponible.
