Beautiful house in Los Olivos

This property was perfect. I was surprised to find such a nice kitchen with everything you need to cook along with all the dishes, utensils and a keurig. Me and one of my friends work with food so we ended up shopping and cooking all of our meals there. The beds were super comfortable. The entire space was beautiful and perfect for relaxing. The bathroom was gorgeous. There is an outdoor deck with stunning views that was nice to sit out on in the morning with coffee. I loved that it is walking distance from tasting rooms. There are some really nice restaurants in town that I will for sure be checking out next time I stay there. I couldn’t have found a more perfect place. I highly recommend staying here for a trip with friends or even a family with kids. The front yard is gated and we were allowed to bring our dogs. Everyone had an amazing time.

Great place to spend a long weekend. Location is amazing. House is very clean and beds are incredibly comfortable. The host was very friendly and responsive. Could not have asked for a better stay!!

Los Olivos Getaway Gem

Incredible stay with my family in this hidden Los Olivos gem. Jeanne, our host, was very accommodating in every way. We felt right at home, in her beautiful home, and despite it being shared we felt no intrusion from the host. The entire property felt like ours for the week. The outdoor space, in addition to her cozy home was precisely what we needed while getting out of town. Anything we needed Jeanne was quickly able to remedy, (The nice part about having the host on property), quick response time. Overall we cannot wait to get back and truly felt like locals while exploring scenic and slower paced Los Olivos.

Wonderful home in Los Olivos!

We couldn't have been more comfortable in this wonderful home - it's clean, beautifully stocked, comfortable furniture and linens, and we slept so well on the wonderful beds. Definitely coming back!

Perfect Place!

We were very pleased we found Jeanne’s lovely home to stay in for our week in Los Olivos. The house is well equipped, beautifully decorated and a perfect location for walking in town. Jeanne was accessible and very welcoming. Our only concern was the limitation with one bathroom and the septic tank. It ended up not being an issue at all and we friends staying with us who felt the same way. We will definitely be booking another stay here next year.

Great place for family to gather in Los Olivos!

Our property was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The property manager was very accommodating and available for any and all questions. We did have to plan ahead with 6 adults and 3 kids since there was only one bathroom! Overall, we would go back in a minute!!

Fabulous Los Olivos property!

This house was beyond fabulous! So comfortable, completely furnished in a first-class manner, tons of quaint outside sitting areas, and a gorgeous view. Not to mention, it is a block away from the center of town. We (five people) so enjoyed our stay there and are trying to figure out when we can go back to rent the home again. I highly recommend this property!!

Beautiful outdoor space. Perfect location

We stayed at Jeanne’s for a family gathering. We were very comfortable there, with plenty of room and comfortable beds for multiple generations of the family. Jeanne was very responsive and offered helpful suggestions for planning our event. The best part was the outdoor space which was absolutely lovely. My only caveats: the kitchen is quite small, so I’d recommend planning to grill or take advantage of the fabulous restaurants in the area if you have a large party. Overall it was very pleasant!

Location, location, location!

This house had great walk ability to Los Olivos tasting rooms and restaurants! Also very close to many wineries in the region! The house had lots of space for our group to “spread out” and the kitchen was well stocked with necessary items for cooking. Jeanne was readily available for questions and check on us the first morning we were there. It was a good experience and the house was everything we expected and more!

Perfect spot for a wine tasting weekend in Los Olivos

We had a wonderful time. The property is spacious and clean and is within a short walk to the Los Olivos wineries. This is our second stay at this property and we are already trying to book our next weekend trip at this house.

The best place for a large group of people who want to wine and relax

This is my second time staying at this house. It is so cute with plenty of room for a large party. Although it’s a house, it has all of the amenities of a hotel. Extra blankets, tons of towels, soap, shampoos, conditioners, WiFi, etc. and the beds are extremely comfortable. The owner leaves extra sets of keys for the guests who want to wander off on their own, separate from the crowd. The house is in the perfect location, to be able to walk to all of the tasting rooms and restaurants in the downtown. I can’t wait to stay there again!

A perfect getaway place!

We can't say enough good things about our stay in Los Olivos and the beautiful home offered by Jeanne Hollingsworth. It is precisely as advertised. Spacious, comfortable, unbelievably well located, beautifully appointed and maintained. We had 12 adults up for the New Year's weekend, and it was wonderful from start to finish. We walked in the town of Los Olivos, we hiked up to the Lavender farm (and we're all "seasoned seniors"), we wine tasted and munched and shopped and had a ball. There is already talk of a repeat next year. And Jeanne couldn't be a more accommodating and responsive help when we bumped into questions or small problems. So glad we found it!

Lots of amenities and beautifully comfortable bedding and beds. Steps into Los Olivos wine tasting

We were in town for a three day wedding event near Mattei's Tavern. We were party of 6 and the house was incredibly comfortable and set-up for many additional people. Highly recommend if staying in the area.

Comfortable and convenient for a family get together

Nice large home provided ample room for ten people. Terrific space in the back yard. Great location-walking distance to multiple tasting rooms etc. The kitchen is about as well equipped as you will ever see. Well furnished with comfortable beds. Good water heater capacity. The septic situation was a negative-a bit of a pain.

But with an important caveat regarding communication and the property

First the pros. The is a huge two floor property and easily accommodated 7 people. Access to town is awesome within a 2 minute walk. Very comfortable beds and well stocked (but a bit small) kitchen. Nice large outdoor and indoor dining table. The Cons...or small annoyances. The bedroom with the two beds is on the main floor and has no privacy. Why? The master and the other bedroom are in the downstairs and requires the occupants to walk through the bedroom to get to the main floor. Fine if it's family with kids...not so much for couples or adults. The barbecue was disgusting. Difficult to light, caked with grease. For the amount we paid for a mandatory 3 days I expected better. Lastly...And I really hesitated about this but I think the owner should know. The owner never responded to any of my emails or texts. Yes, once you pay you are sent a property detail online including when to text the owner of our arrival time...(which I did) but I had questions....Can we check in earlier? How do we check in? Are there keys? Are you meeting us? Let's just say we had to figure out how to get in. Unfortunately, the owner claims to be responsive but simply wasn't. I had to remind her a week later about my $500 refundable deposit. Would I stay there again. Probably but with less irritation then I had the 1st time.

Great Place!

Location was perfect! Beds were very comfortable! House was very clean and stocked with all amenities needed. Number of bathrooms for a larger party and the septic tank situation were a little bit challenging. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone!
