Comfortable and well-equipped house. It is located on the grape beach in Saint François!
A breathtaking view of the sea and your feet in the water will allow you to have an extraordinary stay. Access to the beach is direct from the terrace!
The duplex includes 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, including a master suite on the ground floor with 1 160 cm bed, with its bathroom (shower) and its WC.
Upstairs two bedrooms with 2 single beds each, with bathroom (bath) and WC.
All bedrooms are fitted with wardrobes and mosquito nets.
A third toilet is available on the ground floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, Babycook.
the household linen is entirely provided for 6 people.
For baby two folding beds with additional mattress, bed linen, mosquito net, high chair are available. For the preparation of baby meals a Babycook is also available.
In the living room, a TV screen equipped with Canalsat cable (accessible mainland channels).

Great week

The house and grounds and pool area are all clean and in good working order. Monique, the concierge, was most pleasant and very helpful. There is a great ocean view from the patio. The beach is great for walking and it's a short walk down the beach into St. Francois. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Vacances merveilleuses

Habitués avec ma femme à venir au sein de la residence crystal beach, nous recherchions un logement dans cette residence avec une chambre de plus par rapport à nos sejours précédents. Le logement est idéalement situé face a la mer et face a la piscine pour enfant. Notre fille de 6 ans s'est fait plusieurs amis. La residence est vraiment calme et familiale. Le logement est spacieux et agréable. Côté equipement, rien a dire. Nous avons trouvé tous le confort que nous souhaitions. Les échanges avec la propriétaire avant notre arrivée et notre accueil une fois arrivés étaient tres agréable. La boulangerie qui jouxte la residence est toujours aussi bonne. Nous y reviendrons.

Parfait!

Merci Sandrine et Véronique pour ce séjour fort apprécié au pied et au son des vagues! Points forts: propreté, tranquillité, proximité de la plage et des commodités (boulangerie/pâtisserie, marché, restaurants), avec croissants chauds à chaque petit déjeuner! Nous conserverons de précieux souvenirs de nos vacances à St-Francois et de la chaleur de la Guadeloupe!

Magnifique maison de plage

Maison très bien située sur le bord de la plage - tres fonctionnelle avec beaucoup d’équipements récents - Parfaits pour un séjour en famille Propriétaire et concierge très disponible et agréable résidence avec 2 belles piscines et une boulangerie excellente Un très bon choix sur St François

Superbe

Si vous cherchez une propriété bien équipée, c'est l'endroit. Tout y est (articles de cuisine, serviettes, lecture...). Bien situé, excellent resto sur place, petite épicerie, la plage baignable est à 5 minutes de marche ainsi que de petits kiosque de nourriture et de glace.

Très belle résidence, très bon séjour

Très belle résidence, très bon séjour. L’annonce est en tout point conforme au descriptif. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Tout le nécessaire est prévu dans l’appartement. La vue est superbe. La boulangerie à l’entrée de la résidence est un vrai plus également. Merci encore pour l’accueil et au plaisir de se revoir.

Séjour très agréable

L’appartement en duplex est très bien situé, face à la mer, à quelques mètres de la plage des raisins clairs ( pour se baigner il faut parcourir une 50 aine de mètres sur la gauche ). La literie est bonne. La terrasse très agréable, mais par jour de grand vent il est difficile de rester sur la terrasse tellement ça souffle. La résidence est bien entretenue, si vous avez des enfants ils se feront toute une bande de copains, dans la résidence. La boulangerie a l’entrée de la résidence est délicieuse, c’est un plus ! Pour finir la propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible.

Great Host and Apartment!

We really enjoyed our time at Crystal Beach. The property is exactly as pictured in the photographs. The access to and view of the ocean is amazing! We had stayed in Guadeloupe 2 years ago and were aware of the water potentially being turned off occasionally; however, this apartment has a water tank and we had no issues at all. The addition of the grocery onsite was extremely convenient. The bakery and restaurant nearby are excellent. Thank you Veronique for a being a tremendous host!

Condo en manque d’eau

Condo très bien situé au bord de mer à quelques minutes de la plage des Raisins Clairs. Mais pour le reste, on repasse ! L’ameublement et les équipements sont de base, malgré tout le condo est confortable. À notre arrivée, nous étions attendus par Véronique qui s’occupe de l’accueil et de l’entretien. Elle nous fait le tour du propriétaire. Elle nous a expliqué entre autre qu’elle nous avait remplies des bouteilles d’eau pour pallier au manque d’eau occasionnel ! OUPSSS C’est plutôt avoir de l’eau qui est occasionnelle. Nous avons eu de l’eau les matins seulement, et ce pas toujours. Il était donc impossible de prendre sa douche à notre retour de la plage ou d’utiliser le lave-vaisselle et la laveuse à linge et je vous laisse imaginer le plaisir de flusher les toilettes. Nous étions en camping climatisé ! Nous avons compris rapidement pourquoi Véronique nous a mentionné de ne pas la déranger pour l’eau. Nous avons communiqué avec la propriétaire qui habite en France et tout ce qu’elle a avait à répondre ce qu’elle était désolée et qu’elle laissait le règlement du litige à Homelidays. Je suis utilisateur/ propriétaire sur VRBO et je peux vous affirmer que c’est au propriétaire d’offrir une compensation et non à l’agence. On nous a mentionné que nous aurions une compensation. Mais je crois que c’est peine perdue ! Nous avons discuté avec des propriétaires et des locataires sur place et tous étaient au fait du problème d’eau et d’ailleurs plusieurs propriétaires ont installé des citernes pour pallier le problème. Outre le problème d’eau, nous avons trouvé un insecte qui selon Google pourrait être une coquerelle. À notre retour, nous avons placé nos bagages en quarantaine sur notre balcon le temps que le froid canadien nous débarrasse d’éventuels passagers clandestins. Dernier détail, les toitures sont en cours de réfections, comme il fait chaud les travailleurs travaillent lentement, les travaux s’éternisent. Bien que cela n’a rien avoir avec la propriété, il y a beaucoup de sargasse sur les plages, comme il y grève, elles ne sont pas nettoyées. Il y a quand même plusieurs d’autres belles plages autour de l’ile qui méritent d’être visitées. En conclusion, je vous déconseille fortement de louer cette propriété et ce, autant pour le manque d’eau que pour l’attitude de la propriétaire qui a sciemment négligé de nous informer des problèmes.

Die Lage des Appartements ist ideal,der Zugang zum Strand erfolgt durch die Terrasse, traumhafte Strände, gut gepflegte Anlage, herforragende Bäckerei. Leider viel Schnacken und Probleme mit Wasserversorgung.

Best. Trip. Ever.

We had such a lovely time in Guadeloupe. Sandrine was very responsive all throughout the reservation process and when we arrived, Veronique was there to meet us and get us familiar with the flat. The house was clean, organized and spacious. The location was perfect for us. The flat looks out on to the ocean with a pool right outside the front door. We were traveling with our kids (age 5 and 7) and felt very safe to have them to play on the grounds of the property. The hammock on the patio is a nice touch - as is all of the beach toys that were left for the kids. We would definitely stay here again and hope to visit again soon.

We had a great time in Guadeloupe

This was our second visit to Guadeloupe and the second year we stayed at Crystal Beach. The apartment was fantastic and exactly what we needed. It is just by the water and next to Raisins Clair, one of the best beaches in the island. Sandrine and Veronique were quite helpful and made our entire experience go smoothly. Thank you.

lieu idéal a saint françois sur la plage des raisins clairs les pieds dans l'eau que de bons souvenirs dans cet logement très bien entretenu aéré et lumineux A recommander dépaysement garanti des le réveil avec cette vue sur marie galante.
