The property is composed of two independent houses, each with its own entrance. The house is newly built in Ibicencan style in one of the most beautiful and virgin zones of the island. It offers perfect harmony between comfort, serenity, and privacy. It is built on a 25000-m2 land offering a relaxing oasis in a Mediterranean wood.

The ceilings are made of juniper beams and boards. The terrace is furnished with tables and chairs and sofas. In addition there is beautiful pergola giving to the entrance and the salon. There is also a table, chairs, a chill out bed with a shade in the exterior.
