About this property

Casa Ester is a stunning, two bedroom, first floor apartment, which has views of the sea, the mountains and the golf course and is 2 minutes walk from the Elba Palace 5* hotel, golf course and clubhouse. The property holds a VV licence for tourist holiday letting.
The apartment consists of a large lounge/diner, separate fully fitted kitchen, 4 piece bathroom suite, two double bedrooms (can be used as doubles or twins with extra long beds), fully fitted wardrobes, one large furnished terrace (with sea views) with access from both the lounge and the master bedroom and a fantastic private roof terrace with sun loungers, with mountain views to the rear and sea views in front, dining table and chairs and a barbecue where you can sit and watch the sunset over the mountains.
The property has been fully redecorated and refurbished and has a Samsung Smart TV with all Sky channels including sports, cartoons and films, together with complimentary WiFi. The property benefits from bug screens on all windows and doors, ceiling fans in the lounge and bedrooms and also air conditioning in the master bedroom for the summer months.
The large shared pool is just outside the property. The owner is a golfer and can arrange golf & club hire for guests with English Golf Societies at both the Elba Palace course and Las Salinas (10 minutes walk). The apartment is within walking distance of the Commercial Centre with its many bars, restaurants, supermarket, ten pin bowling, cinema and designer shops (15 minutes walk) or hop on the free shuttle bus from the Elba Palace Hotel (5 minutes). A taxi from Caleta town centre is approx. 5 euros. A car is not necessary to enjoy your holiday as the property is fifteen minutes transfer time from the airport (approx. 20 euros in a taxi). Our Property Manager is English and will meet guests on arrival if required. Ideal for couples, families or groups wanting to take advantage of the golf, sun and sea.

New Year break

From the moment of booking this stay Clare was absolutely amazing offering so much information. When I asked her about where we could eat for New Years Eve she gave us so much detail about different restaurants and where they were,My husband and son are golfers and the 2 minute walk to the golf course was incredible for them. The apartment is spotless and has everything you need and more. The roof terrace is a real bonus and I loved watching the sun rise and set from there. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation.

Great stay here

From the initial booking to the last day of the holiday the communication with Clare was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for her. The apartment was well maintained and very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedding was clean and fresh with loads of wardrobe space, hangers, storage and plenty of full length mirrors. The british TV was an added bonus. We couldn't fault anything the apartment had it all, even down to a "Dad" drawer with lots of batteries, sewing kit and random items that you dont realise you need to bring until you get there and go ohh I forgot, dont worry it will probably be in the drawer. The roof terrace was fantastic as was the balcony off the living room and main bedroom where we sat for morning coffee. The apartment was very spacious and cool with a good airflow throughout when you opened the windows. The sea views were wonderful at the front with mountain views behind and we did not feel overlooked. We always have a hire car and the parking facilities were very good with plenty of spaces. When we return we would not hesitate to book this apartment again. Thank you Clare and Gareth for a wonderful stay.

Tolle Wohnung mit schöner Aussicht

Wir haben in dieser Unterkunft 14 Tage verbracht. Abgesehen von dem schönen Fuerteventura hat auch die Wohnung unseren Urlaub noch schöner gestaltet! Die Wohnung hat viel Platz, auch viel Stauraum für die vielen Anziehsachen, die man als vierköpfige Familie hat. Die große Terrasse mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht und Grill haben das ganze noch verfeinert. Clare ist super Gastgeberin, sie kümmert sich um alles, ist sehr nett und immer sehr aufmerksam!! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!!!

We were really impressed with everything from our warm welcome by Jodie to the thoughtful provision of all our immediate needs being already available within the apartment , hence no need for the mad dash to the shops. Having stayed in this location for the last fifteen years this is the the best apartment so far and I doubt it could be bettered .

Empfehlenswert

Die Unterkunft war in bestem Zustand und sehr sauber, das Einchecken und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin bzw. deren Repräsentantin hat sehr gut geklappt, ebenfalls der Wäschetausch durch die sehr freundlichen Reinigungskräfte nach 1 Woche. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung, die Küchenausstattung war sehr umfangreich. Von den Terassen hat man einen tollen Ausblick. Leider waren ständig im Umfeld laute Bauaktivitäten im Gange, auch die (für Spanien nicht gerade untypischen) zahlreichen kläffenden Hunde sind sicherlich nicht jedermanns Sache. Dies gilt nsbesondere für einen ständig anschlagenden Hund im Untergeschoss des Hauses. Diese Einschränkungen sind naturgemäß nicht von der Vermieterin zu beeinflussen. Inwieweit man sich davon eingeschränkt fühlt, ist aber sicherlich individuell unterschiedlich. Dies gilt auch für die bei Nordwind gut sicht- und hörbaren Flugzeuge, da die Anflugschneise nur etwas östlich des Hauses verläuft. Da nachts aber kein Flugbetrieb ist, hat uns dies wenig gestört. Zusammengefasst aber eine sehr gute Unterkunft und ihr Geld wert.

Schöne Unterkunft für Freunde

Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt und eine super Terrasse noch obendrauf. Die Gegend ist ideal für Leute die, die Insel mit ihrem Mietwagen erkunden möchtet. Egal ob Süden oder der Norden, beides ist schnell zu erreichen!

Recent stay at this apartment

We stayed at this lovely apartment last week and found it to be very comfortable and clean. The TV was a bit hit and miss because of the WiFi though. Location was good but was a good 20 minute walk to the shops. Pool area was really nice but closed at 2.30 every day but this wasn’t a problem as it cooled down a lot in the afternoon so we wouldn’t have sunbathed.

Great apartment in quiet location

We had a great week staying here. The apartment has an excellent layout and we very much enjoyed the roof terrace and pool access when not travelling out and about. It was our 2nd visit staying at the golf resort complex and would highly recommend the area as well as this particular apartment.

Perfect Villa

Ideal place to stay. We are an active family and found this to be a great location to explore the entire island and provide a home base. We all admitted someone could stay in the villa and never want to leave or need a car. One bedroom has a ocean view, while the other has Mountain View. Easy check in and check out. Perfect for kids and adults. The kids even swam in the pool and ocean in late December.

Ubicación muy confortable para recorrer la usla

Muy recomendable. Limpio, y acogedor. Las camas muy confortables. La localización es en una urbanización por lo que el entorno es muy urbano. No es el tipo de alojamiento para quienes buscan el contacto con la naturaleza, pero se ve en las fotos publicadas.Al esta en medio de la isla permite estar equidistante de muchos lugares para hacer excursiones diarias y tener un descanso reparador. Hemos tenido un descanso perfecto.

Amazing stay yet again !!!

Yet another amazing time spent here. Villa is set in a quiet area close to the golf club. It is a spacious, modern property with outside balcony and roof terrace with stunning views and the kitchen is fully equipped with what you need. Kim/Nik are there to greet you and Claire is a wonderful host keeping in constant contact before/during and after stay. Looking forward to returning next year.

A former secretary. I grew up in Coventry and have been visiting Caleta in Fuerteventura with my husband for the last nineteen years. We love the Island and particularly the resort and holiday here in Casa Ester, on average 3 months of the year. Caleta is a wonderful resort with great beaches, restaurants and bars. Being in the middle of the Island it is the ideal location for those guests who wish to explore this beautiful Island.

Why they chose this property

We had rented a property on Campo de Golf for 12 years so we jumped at the chance to buy in Las Rocas in 2016 as it is perfectly situated for us. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the seafront, restaurants and bars but just far enough away to be peaceful and quiet.
My husband is a golfer and the apartment is within easy walking distance of 2 courses, we can arrange for guests to hire clubs and join up with English golf societies who play a minimum of 3 times a week, if they wish.

What makes this property unique

The apartment has beautiful views of the sea from the front and the mountains at the rear, it is a short, 15-minute taxi ride from the airport. We provide high quality bed linen and towels, ( the ones that we ourselves use whenever we stay there) and in addition both bedrooms have blackout curtains.
For guests who want to relax, everything is within a short walk and therefore it is not necessary to hire a car.
There is a large supermarket at the nearby Commercial Centre which is one stop on the free bus. There is a taxi rank just outside the Commercial Centre, where a taxi to the apartment costs €4 to €5.
The apartment is well equipped with air conditioning in the master bedroom for the few months of the year that it enhances comfort. High quality, highly efficient ceiling fans in the lounge and second bedroom. It also has bug screens across all windows and doors and is equipped with complimentary WIFI and cable TV with all English, Irish channels with all sports and film channels.
We have English property agents who live nearby and between us, we endeavour to ensure all of our guests enjoy their holiday in our home as much as we do.
