THE HOUSE
The living area consists of a living / dining room with kitchenette, lit by large windows opening onto the spacious covered veranda. The living room is composed of two couches complete with comfortable pillows, a coffee table and a large 47 "LCD TV. In the middle of the space, a large table with 6 chairs completes the functional kitchen equipped with all domestic appliances (including dishwasher) and accessories. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms: - large master bedroom with a double bed two bedside tables and a large built-in wardrobe, opened to the outside through a door; - second bedroom with two single beds, two bedside tables and a large built-in wardrobe; - a bathroom equipped with shower with box, washing machine and furniture. All the furniture is made of solid wood carved by hand, made by a craftsman carpenter, and all the windows and external doors are fitted with mosquito nets.

THE LOGGIA
The large covered veranda is equipped and furnished for pleasant outdoor stays.

THE GARDEN
The house is completely covered in Sardinian granite while the garden around the house is a pleasant green area with lawn and plants of the Mediterranean scrub, groomed weekly by a dedicated gardener. In the garden there is an outdoor shower and a private parking.
