Nice, cozy and very quiet apartment, located in the historical center of San Mateo de Jerez de la Frontera. Furnished and equipped with everything new. Located in a gated complex. The apartment has a private patio of 10 square meters where you can eat outdoors. Very quiet but with all amenities nearby. Good situation, you can go to the mall taking a walk of 8 or 10 minutes, has a private underground garage FOR MEDIAN CAR and requires good maneuvering, so you do not have to take the car if you are going to walk through Jerez.
