About this property

Villa 2 steps from the sea with private green garden, 5 beds and 2 bathrooms

The house is located in a private complex on the sea "La Maddalena Beach" 15 minutes from the center of Cagliari, 20 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Pula and 20 from Santa Margherita and its many beautiful and free beaches.

Just 50 meters from the house (right in front) there is a large white sand beach that is cleaned every morning by special machines and there are all the services such as bars, refreshments and lifeguard service. Beach suitable also for small children.

The house, completely renovated with parquet floors, is composed of:
- entrance, dining area, very comfortable sofa bed with brand new orthopedic mattress and 40 inch TV;
- corner washing machine and pantry;
- kitchen open to the living room which includes a fridge, 5-burner stove, microwave oven and all the necessary cooking equipment (including towels and pot holders);
-2 white sliding doors leading to two large double bedrooms with brand new orthopedic mattresses, both very bright and equipped with large closets;
-large windowed bathroom with mosaic covering equipped with shower, bidet, cabinet, electric towel warmer.

The house is air conditioned.
Included free of charge: crib for children (see photo).
The exterior consists of a nice and reserved garden with wooden roofing where there is a table for outdoor lunches / dinners and comfortable sofas to relax.
There is also a cool veranda with outdoor shower with hot / cold water.

Traumhafter Urlaub - Schöne Unterkunft - Entspannter Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns in dieser schönen, gepflegten und geräumigen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Terrasse mit kleinem liebevoll bepflanzten Gärtchen haben wir gerne zum frühstücken genutzt. Der sympathische Gastgeber Giuseppe stand uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Der Strand "La Maddalena" in Capoterra liegt direkt vor der Türe und lädt zu Strandspaziergängen ein. Gebadet haben wir dort nicht, da es schönere Plätze gibt. Die richtig schönen Strände liegen umliegend und sind in max. 20 - 45 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen, da wir innerhalb kurzer Zeit diverse schöne Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen konnten. Wir haben das bunte abendliche Treiben in Cagliari genau so genossen, wie unsere Badeausflüge zu diversen fast schon karibisch anmutenden Traumständen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und können dieses kleine Refugium wirklich empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank!

Schöne Unterkunft in Strandnähe

Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG eines Wohnhauses und ist sehr geräumig (2 Bäder) und sehr sauber. Der sympathische Gastgeber Guiseppe wohnt im Haus und steht für Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Das Meer ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt mit einem breiten Sandstrand. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt.

Superbe vacance en famille

Nous avons passés un excellent sejour. La résidence est extrêmement propre et plus que fonctionnelle. Nous avons passés une semaine avec notre fils de 2 ans qui a pu déambuler tranquillement dans tout le logement ainsi que dans le jardin clos et sécurisé. Endroit tres calme proche d'une plage et a proximité de cafés, restaurants et commerces. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et monsieur parle très bien français! Tout était réuni pour passer de bonne vacance!

Aufenthalt in La Maddalena

Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist eine der schönsten und saubersten, die ich je gehabt habe. Der Garten ist etwas klein, jedoch für die Mitnahme eines Hundes optimal, da er eingezäunt ist. Der Strand (ca. 100 m entfernt), ist wirklich schön für Spaziergänge, auch wenn Strände in naher Umgebung schöner sind. Aber der Vorteil ist die zentrale Lage für viele Strände in der Umgebung und für Ausflüge. Auch der Vermieter ist überaus zuvorkommend und spricht perfekt Englisch. Die Wohnung ist wirklich zu empfehlen!

Gemütliche Wohnung mit Terrasse und freundlichem Vermieter

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich einer Wohnsiedlung, die für den öffentlichen Straßenverkehr gesperrt ist. Ein Parkplatz auf der Straße direkt vor dem Haus ist reserviert. Solle er mal zugeparkt sein, kümmert sich der Vermieter schnell und unkompliziert darum. Die Wohnung besitzt 2 große Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und guten Matratzen, ein Zwischenraum mit einem weiteren Einzelbett, zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC, Waschtisch und Bidet, Esszimmer mit Küche und eine überdachte Terasse, auf der man auch sitzen kann, wenn es mal ein paar Tropfen regnet. Zusätzlich gibt es noch eine sehr praktische Aussendusche, Wäscheständer, Waschmaschine, Müllsortierung etc. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht: Spühle, 4 Flammen Gasherd, Ofen, Nespresso Maschine, etc. Ein Supermarkt (Spar) ist in 2 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Strand vor der Haustür war Anfang Juni noch nicht vom Seegras gereinigt, soll aber in der Saison wohl täglich gesiebt werden. Die Traumstrände von Chia im Westen oder Villasimius im Osten erreicht man mit dem Auto in 45-60 Minuten. Der Vermieter Guiseppe ist eine Quelle für viele Informationen und immer bereit alle Fragen zu beantworten. EV: die EnelX Ladesäule mit 2x 22kW beim Supermarkt steht zwar schon ist aber noch nicht in Betrieb. Laden kann man in Cagliari bei der Oper (22kW) während dem Stadtbesuch oder bei Conad oder MC Donalds mit 100kW DC.

Prima verblijf in een heerlijk huis!

Goed verzorgd ruim huis, keurig schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien en op loopafstand van het strand. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door Guiseppe die ons meteen wegwijs heeft gemaakt in het huis en ons ook nog leuke tips gaf mbt restaurants, supermarkt ed. in de buurt. Kortom, een zeer goed verblijf en ik beveel het huis ten zeerste aan!

Buona pasqua!

Cute & comfy appartamento da Giuseppe!:) vermieter super nett und entgegenkommend. Mit eigenem auto sind viele schöne strände und cagliari gut erreichbar. Der nahegelegene strand war nicht wahnsinnig schön (anfang april), bissle dreckig. Wohnviertel mit vielen freien parkplätzen und aktiven hunden. Terrasse perfekt für frühstück in der sonne.

Excellent séjour

Nous y sommes allés avec 2 enfants en bas âge au mois d'octobre. Le logement est spacieux et très agréable surtout la terrasse quand il fait beau. Il est très bien placé. 3 min à pied de la plage. 3 min en voiture du supermarché et à proximité de grandes villes. Et dernier point positif et très appréciable le propriétaire parle un excellent français. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Belles plages à côté, pula...Cagliari est une jolie ville. Voiture indispensable.

Bon accueil du propriétaire mais très difficile d obtenir la facture du paiement final, je n arrête pas de relancer et ai vraiment besoin de la facture. Peut-être qu en écrivant ici, j arriverais à avoir la facture finale, vu que c est le propriétaire qui doit l éditer sur le site.

Toller Strandurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und liegt nur ein paar Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Dies ist zwar "nur ein normaler" Strand, aber zum Abkühlen und relaxen völlig ausreichend. Die besonders schönen Buchten, z. B. Chia erreicht man in wenigen Autominuten. Da hat man richtiges Karibik-Feeling. Die Pizzeria im Ort ist prima und sonst fährt man eben in die Stadt, die man auch in 15 Minuten erreicht. Für die Umgebung habe ich einen Stern abgezogen, da es einfach schönere Ecken auf Sardinien gibt und viele Hunde (Gebell) in der Nachbarschaft leben. Aber die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter ist einmalig. Ich würde wieder dort Buchen. Die Wohnung ist groß und man hat eine große und toll bepflanzte Terrasse für sich alleine (nicht einsehbar).

Traum Urlaub auf Sizilien

Propriété adaptée aux familles

Propriété à proximité immédiate de la plage à pied (certe ce n'est pas la plus belle de Sardaigne mais elle a le mérite d'être propre et non surpeuplée) et à distance très raisonnable de Cagliari et des belles plages du Sud. Ce logement est propre et bien équipé et a été pensé pour les familles avec jeunes enfants (douche extérieure avec eau chaude pour se rincer du sable avant d'entrer dans la maison par exemple). Il fait très chaud dans cette région mais la climatisation est très efficace et permet de passer des nuits paisibles. Giuseppe est adorable, très disponible et parle un français parfait ce qui facilite grandement le séjour.

Très agréable maison, aménagée avec goût.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans l’agréable maison de Béatrice et Giuseppe. Nous les remercions encore pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Concernant la maison, elle est idéalement placée. Elle offre la possibilité de visiter aussi bien l’est, le sud et l’ouest de la Sardaigne. Nous la recommandons vivement.

Saubere gemütliche Wohnung

Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern im Untergeschoß des Hauses der Vermieter. Der Strand ist wirklich sehr nah aber leider in der Nahsaison nicht geräumt. Mit Mietwagen, welches man gut abstellen kann, erreicht man schöne Strände. Die Wohnung ist nicht mehr so ganz frisch renoviert aber völlig ok, genug Platz für 4 Leute. Die Sitzgelegenheit draußen gefiel uns gut.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, war sehr sauber und hat eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, in der man problemlos selbst kochen kann (Gasherd, Mikrowelle für Grill) Der Strand ist nur 2 Minuten Fussweg entfernt, parken kann man unmittelbar vor der Tür. Die Fewo hat einen eigene Terrasse / Minigarten, auf der man abends wunderbar essen kann. Alles in allem haben wir dort sehr schöne Tage verbracht. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit. Ein kleines Einkaufszentrum /Spar-Supermarkt, Apotheke) sind mit dem Auto ca. 4 Minuten entfernt, zu Fuss.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit guter Lage zu Stadt und Meer

Wir, Mama und 2 Kinder, haben eine Woche in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet - eine Spülmaschine hätte manches erleichtert, stellt aber keine wirkliche Einschränkung dar, da man das ja vorher weiß. Auf der Terrasse kann man gemütlich sitzen und essen, und es ist ebenso gemütlich und idyllisch (vor allem sehr ruhig). Die Lage insgesamt ist unter strategischen Aspekten gut - man ist in knapp 20 Minuten in Cagliari und in eben derselben Zeit in Pula, das vor allem abends immer einen Aufenthalt wert ist. In Pula und Umgebung gibt es sehr schöne Strände. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft und Menschenfreundlichkeit von Signore Guiseppe, der mit seiner Frau in demselben Haus wohnt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wenn es uns noch einmal nach Südsardinien verschlägt, werden wir wieder hier anfragen.

Avoid!! Not as listed

The property is not as listed. It's at least a 20 min walk to nearest supermarket only bars close are of the same distance across a dual carriageway. After receiving no contact from.owner only a request for 2nd payment did I then find out he wanted me to leave a sunstantial safety deposit. I also had to pay an additional price for bed linen and towels and they charge you extra for electricity!! The air con in the bedroom did not work. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet stopped flushing and as we.only stayed 3 nights out of 7 It was already failing as it wouldn't fill after flushing. It was So bad we stayed elsewhere for most of our week. There is also no cooker, so we only had 5 ring gas burner and microwave. Couldn't even make toast. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. beach is ok but the owner advised us not to go in the water as not clean!! All in all a really upsetting and horrible experience. We stayed at much nicer and cheaper b&b during our stay and had a much nicer time. Would never recommend.
