Appartement plutôt agréable

L'appartement était propre, agréable et confortable. Il manquait peut-être un endroit pratique pour faire sécher ses affaires de ski. Concernant l'emplacement, il est loin du centre ville, la route est très désagréable à faire à pieds (proximité des voitures, pas de trottoir), il est indispensable de prendre la navette pour aller au centre et pour aller skier. La navette est pratique et fréquente, le chemin de l'immeuble à la navette serait plus agréable si la sortie de l'immeuble était dégagée. Globalement c'était un très bon séjour, et la station est très bien avec des enfants (beaucoup de pistes bleus).

Logement sale et annonce mensongère

L’appartement est très sale avec un gros point noir pour la cuisine: moisissures sur l’égouttoir à vaisselle, restes de nourriture collés dans le frigo, portes de placards collantes immaculées de projections, croutes de fromages dans le tiroir à couverts, sans parler du filtre de la hotte qui n’a jamais été changé, un amas de graisse et de poussière qui dégage une odeur nauséabonde quand on le met en route. Micro onde dégoûtant 3 h Ménage a l’arrivée: ça fait plaisir Il est également précisé qu’il y a un four: pas du tout. En même temps si c’est pour passer 2h à le nettoyer en arrivant, il ne faut mieux pas. Les propriétaires ont aussi un petit souci avec les distances: le centre de Chatel n’est pas à 800m( comme il est précisé dans l’annonce) mais à 2km ce qui oblige à prendre soit les navettes bondées en journée ou la voiture pour aller au resto le soir. Pareil pour les 300m du télésiège et 200m des navettes: tout est en réalité beaucoup plus loin. Si les propriétaires habitent loin, je préfère payer 90 euros de plus et qu’il fassent passer une société de ménage entre chaque locataire plutôt que passer mes vacances à tout briquer et désinfecter…

Fijne plek!

Wat vooral prettig was is Florence’s snelle reactie op elke vraag die gesteld werd. Het appartement is makkelijk bereikbaar, heeft een eigen parkeerplek, is praktisch ingericht en voorzien van alle noodzakelijkheden. Hoewel de afstand naar het centrum van Chatel op het eerste oog wat ver leek, was het zowel met de skibus als te voet prima te doen!

Bon équipements, Situé au calme, mais....

Le logement est plutôt correct, très bien équipé, parking privé, navette à proximité et situation au calme. Ce que nous regrettons, c'est l'état de propreté général de cet appartement, nous avons passé 1/2 journée à nettoyer. Je pense que la propriétaire (avant d'accuser certain locataire), devrait aller plus souvent s'en rendre compte (elle a avoué ne pas y aller souvent !).

We had a great stay

Really nice apartment, perfectly suited for 6 people, because its has two showers possibilities and in addition a separate toilet. Communication works fine with the owner. Kitchen is well equipped.

Séjour PARFAIT!!

Une semaine au ski parfaite!! Le domaine skiable est extra, le village de Chatel est très agréable et que dire du chalet qui, en plus de nous offrir une belle vue, est spacieux, propre et pratique (garage, navette gratuite pas loin, deux salles de bain, lave-vaisselle..) Tout est fait pour passer un agréable séjour!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en grande partie grâce à cet appartement, convial et pratique, bien équipé. Nous gardons les coordonnées des propriétaires pour relouer cet appartement durant nos prochaines vacances. Je le conseille vivement !

Vacances Extraordinaires

L'appartement est très bien situé (Petit-Châtel) et facilement accessible en voiture ou en navette. Très bien agencé, il est équipé avec beaucoup d'esprit pratique et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Le gros plus : 2 salles de bain (donc 2 ballons d'eau chaude) !!! Propreté irréprochable, je conseille d'ailleurs le service de ménage qui facilite le départ. Un grand merci à la propriétaire qui en plus d'être disponible en cas d'interrogation est très sympathique!!!

Appartement très agréable !!!!

Appartement agréable, très bien équipé (tout est prévu dont le lave vaisselle ; ça c'est super agréable), où on se sent bien vivre !!! Location propre et bien entretenue, qui s'améliore d'année en année ! Les 7 couchages sont pratiques, et en dehors du salon (qui peut donc rester un vrai salon et non une chambre bis). La literie est de qualité, on y dort très bien sans mal de dos le matin. Localisation dans petit Chatel accessible par des navettes (gratuites !) de la ville, on peut donc passer le séjour sans prendre la voiture, même les pistes éloignées de ski de la station. Salon et cuisine ensoleillés et balcon avec une jolie vue sur la Montagne. Et cerise sur le gâteau la propriétaire est sympathique !

Appartement simple, mais pratique, avec un parking souterrain privé, très appréciable quand il a neigé dans la nuit. Un gardien d'immeuble très sympathique avec de bonne adresse sur châtel pour manger ou autre.
