Villa Lidia is a spectacular villa renewed in September 2021 with private pool of 5x10 and a large private garden. The villa has 212 square meters, 3 bedrooms (two on the ground floor and one suite on the first floor), three bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The garden has 800 m2 with trees, palms, lawn .... It has a large barbecue area and outdoor oven. The villa has an excellent decor and is a comfortable, modern house. Also has a garage, air conditioning and wi-fi. A comfortable house for 6 adults.

Villa Lidia is located in the heart of Miami Playa in a quiet residential area. The main restaurants and supermarkets are within 950 meters of the villa and the main beach – Playa Cristal is within 1800 meters, is one of the best and most famous beaches in the Costa Dorada with blue flag of the European Community, is wide and never overcrowded.

It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and a final cleaning.
As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not accepted.
No noise can be made from 22:00 to 09:00.
It is mandatory to check-in online before arrival.

Wonderful holidays

We had a great stay and did enjoy every day of our holidays. The villa is amazing and is perfect if you are looking for a quiet place to relax and reload your own batteries. The only thing to note is: if the dors are closed, they stay closed. Always take a key with you - even or especially when you go out by the balcony door. :) Inform the guests clearly about the fact that all the doors have always to be opened with a key. There is only a small information behind the main door. Because, once you're locked out you also can't get in by a window because of the grids. Everything else in this house is perfect :)

Estamos muy contentos con nuestra experiencia de alquiler para nuestras vacaciones en Miami Playa. La villa era muy bonita y cumplió con todas nuestras expectativas. El proceso de alquiler fue fácil y muy profesional. Solo podemos recomendarlo a otros. ¡Sin duda volveríamos a repetir! Espectacular y para repetir

Para nosotros que íbamos dos familias con niños ha sido perfecta. Cómoda, fácil con niños y con todo sencillo para controlarlos. Espaciosa y muy bonita. Sin pega alguna y para repetir el año que viene Tiene poco menaje de cocina, o al menos menos que en otras casas con las que hemos estado con vosotros.

Alles Perfekt!!

Wunderschönes Haus in einem wunderschönen Garten mit einem wunderschönen Pool. Alles sauber und sehr ordentlich. Besonders der Service der Agentur ist hervorzuheben, uns wurde außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten unbürokratisch geholfen. Absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen wieder! Etwas breitere Betten hätten wir noch besser gefunden. Aber das ist klagen auf hohem Niveau. Ansonsten war alles wunschgemäß oder besser.

La estancia fue espectacular, la villa reúne todo lo q se puede buscar en una casa de vacaciones, gran piscina súper limpia donde disfrutamos todos, barbacoa , aire acondicionado, lavabo para cada habitación y exteriores espaciosos y bonitos. De las mejores casas de vacaciones en las q hemos estado Y el trato con las chicas de la agencia excelente Por decir algo, mejoraría sofás y colchones de alguna habitación

Nos gusto mucho la casa, tiene todas las comodidades pasar pasarselo bien, la piscina genial, grande y profunda (150 cm hasta 220cm mas o menos asi que con crios pequeños si no saben nadar, no tocan), el jardin estupendo. Una semana de relax perfecta en un barrio residencial muy tranquilo y silencioso. Muy bien ubicada a 10 min caminando de las tiendas. La limpieza no estaba completamente hecha. Faltaba la zona de barbacoa. Los colchones blandos. Refrescarles no vendria mal.
