About this property

Las Casas Del Olivar (Villa Nogal) is a recently built house (end 2015 beginning 2016) of a plant located in a rustic estate of 4500 m of olive trees with a plot of 1000 m. inside where a cozy house is located.
It is distributed in 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and one with 2 single beds) 1 full bathroom (bathtub, bide water, sink), kitchen (oven, vitro, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, etc, dishes, covered, varied utensils, small appliances), dining room with LED TV with satellite and covered porch with table and 6 chairs.
The house is fully heated with cold / heat in each of its rooms. It has internet connection and wifi. Satellite TV connected to the Astra satellite (verify according to your country the open channels that are broadcast through this satellite)
The house is complemented by a covered garage and a barbecue.
If your idea is to travel with children we have a beautiful garden area with a large sandpit, swings and some toys.
The garden area (practically the entire plot) has a well-kept lawn that borders the pool terrace of 7. 5x3. 5 of water sheet. Towards this area the covered porch of the house is oriented and the barbecue is located (it has a sink, gas iron etc). Inside the garden there are large palm trees, centuries-old olive trees, cypresses and varied garden plants. The pool has purification equipment and lights, the garden has automatic irrigation (these extremes do not require any maintenance in a normal occupation for 1 week which means great privacy for guests).
The whole plot has a wide exterior lighting that makes the nights outside with the weather of this part of Spain, fabulous for meals outside, bathrooms, etc. The house is stocked with bed linen and towels. As well as garden furniture (hammocks, etc). On the pool terrace there is a fabulous Balinese chill out bed with red curtains and cushions.
This house is new this year and I still have no comments from travelers, but you can visit the other house that I have that has many comments to have more peace of mind when booking.

The access to the house is completely paved, having only to deviate from the regional road 100 m. The farm is located right on the border between Alhaurin el Grande (6 km) and Alhaurin de la Torre (8 km) villages that have all the services, (supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, gas stations, etc).

Also we are about 20 km from Malaga and its airport and about 20/30 minutes from the main beaches of the Costa del Sol (Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella, etc). So you can be in the pool or on the beach but without the stress of the coast in summer. The house is located at the foot of the Sierra de Mijas and only about 500 m from the Laurogolf golf course.

The house is totally private and very quiet.

The house is ideal for stays throughout the year because sunny days are predominant and temperatures are very pleasant in this area because it is close to the sea and protected from the winds by the nearby mountains. You can enjoy meals, readings, conversations outdoors practically all year.

Lovely location

Lovely villa, on the hot Spanish days the pool was very welcome. The garden is lovely but please be aware that the sprinklers come on at 12:35 on the grass area. An information booklet would have been helpful for example with information as to where to put rubbish, recommendations for things to do and places to visit. We have visited other holiday homes in the past where items such as the following have been in the house: a few tea-towels, cool bag, beach umbrellas, clothes pegs. I understand that these items are not essential however they are little things that we went and bought. Nevertheless we thoroughly enjoyed our time in your home and would highly recommend it.

Schönes Ferienhaus, liebevoll eingerichtet........schönem mit Pool

Leider mussten wir aus persöndlichen Gründen früher nach Hause, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen, trotz dem sehr kalten Wetter. Sehr schönes und gemütliches Haus, Pool super.....besonders mit Hund gut, da das ganze Grundstück eingezäumt ist! Netter Gastgeber, sehr flexibel!.........wir würden wieder kommen👍

Excellent villa

Fantastic villa in a great location only minutes away from Lauro golf. The villa is exactly as described and is extremely private. Antonio was very accommodating regarding check in and departure.

Zona muy tranquila, la casa estaba bien, cerca de Alahurin en coche unos 10 minutos, lo unico que quitaria son las colchonetas de las hamacas que no estan en buen estado y asi lo hicimos, la pega mas importante y que no concierne a la casa es la entrada desde la carretera, esta en plena curva y de noche te la pasas facilmente asi como un tanto peligrosa.

Sehr schönes Haus mit sehr schönem Garten und Pool

Wir haben mit unseren 2 Kindern die Frühjahrsferien genutzt, um dem Hamburger Märzwetter zu entfliehen und etwas spanische Sonne zu genießen. Trotz Verspätung unseres Fluges und der nächtlichen Anreise hat der Check-In wunderbar geklappt. Ein kurzer Anruf und Gastgeber Antonio war in 10 Minuten vor Ort. Das Haus ist sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet, der Garten mit Pool und Hängematte ein Traum und ideal für Kinder. Die Landschaft in der Region ist wunderschön, nach 5 Minuten Autofahrt hat man schon den ersten herrlichen Ausblick auf das Meer. Malaga Zentrum erreicht man in 30 Autominuten, die nächsten Orte Alhaurin de la Torre und Alhaurin el Grande in jeweils 10 Minuten. Hier findet man unzählige Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Uns persönlich hat Malaga mit seinen historischen Bauten, Shoppingmöglichkeiten, Strand und Hafen sehr gut gefallen. Die Preise waren moderat, genau wie Fülle an Touristen. Alles in Allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub bei einem sehr netten Gastgeber. Danke Antonio, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Lovely country break

Villa has all you need for a relaxing break with great facilities and privacy, shops etc at town 3 miles away and nice restaurant only short distance - not golfers but it is very close to golf resort too if that is your thing.

Great house in a great location

We had a wonderful time at this house. The house is of good size (rooms on the small side), well stocked with all that you can need and a great pool that gets the sun all day long. Plus the location between the two Alhaurins (el Grande and de la Torre) gives many options for restaurants and shopping, the beach is less than 30 minutes away. All through main roads, no backcountry narrow roads. Everything was clean on arrival, air con worked perfectly with one in each room and the broadband was good with coverage all the way to the end of the garden. Would have benefitted from a second mirror, I say that having two daughters, and note there is only one bathroom. Highly recommended if you are looking for a quiet place not in the middle of the mountain with a good pool, sun and close access to food (restaurants, bars and supermarkets).

A great getaway

Très beau séjour dans cette maison vraiment sympa.

On a vu les photos on a été emballé. Et quand on est arrivé c'était exactement pareil. la maison la piscine le cadre la météo, tout était parfait. La literie est parfaite, l'accueil du propriétaire très bien. On a vraiment passé de bonnes vacances !!!

Very nice home in a quiet surrounding

We had a very nice holiday. The pool was great and especially the hanging mat was perfect. Antonio was very friendly and very quick if any problems occurred (Internet did not work an afternoon, but after informing Antonio he solved it right away - and that was the only “problem” at all). Internet was quick enough for streaming so no problems for the teenies. In total it was very near to perfekt.

Beautiful home with everything you need

We met the host at a nearby golf course - we followed him up to the villa and were nervous - hoping it would be like the photos. When we were outside waiting for the electric gates to open and reveal an absolutely stunning villa in an idyllic setting we were over the moon. Antonio was a fantastic host, left us to it but was there when we wanted him. Even driving up and letting us follow him to an English bar so we could watch the football!! Ideally situated 10mins away from supermarkets/nearest towns - 20mins form malaga/the airport - 30 mins to benalmadena and 35mins to Marbella! These distances are in the car. You WILL need a car whilst you stay here but don't let that put you off. It's absolutely perfect. You can drive out for meals/drinks or stock up and sit outside watching the sunset from the 4 poster bed/hammock/outdoor dining area whilst looking out to the stunning hills and scenery. Could not recommend this place enough.

Excellent holiday!

We spent 2 weeks staying here during August 2017. The gated garden makes it a very secure place for kids to play. Pool is great and the house has been decorated to a high standard. Perfect place to wind down, read books and play card games. A car is required here, to get to Alhaurin de la Torre, or just beyond, the picturesque Mijas - up a steep, winding road to the top of the hill, where we spent 3 or 4 evenings enjoying the restaurants and the view. There's a Lidl down the hill on the way to Malaga for all food requirements. Butterfly house in Benalmadena is worth the trip, and the other direction we enjoyed the Botanic gardens to the North of Malaga ( Jaradin Botanico - Historico La Conception ). Further beyond, the caves at Nerja are worth the drive. Thanks Antonio for meeting us and the welcome food items.

Lovely place for down time

This is one of the best property we have stayed in via Owners Direct. Our stay was lovely and having Antonio close by was comforting and a peace of mind, although we did not need him at all during our stay as the property was very well equipped and clean. Everything we needed was there. The children loved the pool and the garden. The house layout is simple but well designed, ideal for a relaxing holiday. We have had an absolute blast and will definitely go back again when next in Malaga. Antonio warned us that the TV was not working however this did not matter as the children spent all of the time in the pool or the garden! The only thing you will need to look out for is making sure you have a car. Although the property is well located in land on the A404, you need a car to get around to the beaches, Aqualand or historical towns. Thank you Antonio for a lovely stay at your property and thank you for the welcoming wine and fresh fruits which kicked off our holiday in style :-)

Absolut Fantastisch! Sehr entspannt, ein perfekter Ort um Kraft und Energie zu tanken.

Wir [2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder] sind gerade von einem wunderschönen 2-wöchigen Urlaub zurückgekehrt. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in dieser herrlichen Finka. Die Entscheidung nicht direkt am Strand Urlaub zu verbringen war definitiv richtig! Wir konnten jede Minute genießen und uns richtig ausruhen und entspannen. Das Innere der Finka ist sehr süß eingerichtet und makellos sauber, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Als Familie hatte man im Haus alles was man braucht. Ich würde diesen Ort jeden empfehlen der einen friedlichen, ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub in Südspanien mit Malaga und Marbella in nur ca. 25 Autominuten entfernt haben möchte. Tolles Land, tolle Menschen, super Essen und Sonne, Sonne, Sonne..... Für uns war es einfach traumhaft und wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. Auf jeden Fall auch mit Antonio Cubo weiter als Vermieter. Er ist sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und nett. Es war einfach Perfekt !!!

Brilliant holiday and great facilities

This has been a brilliant place to stay. We are a family of 5 with three young children, everything you need is at the villa and even some toys for the kids. The pool is great and location is good. Would recommend to Any family. We will definitely return. Half an hour from the coast but recommend having a hire car as ours was essential.

Excellent villa, lovely pool area

Thank you Antonio for a lovely stay. The villa was spotless, well equipped, modern and very private. The air conditioning in all the rooms was very much appreciated. The pool area and terrace were fantastic and enjoyed the sun until late into the evening. The Internet connection was great, much to the relief of my 2 boys. We didn't quite figure out the TV but that was no problem as we spent all our time outside. Only 20 - 30 mins from Malaga airport and situated half way between 2 great towns both with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. As we arrived late Saturday night Antonio asked if we wanted him to get us any shopping, I sent him a list in advance and it was all there in the villa on our arrival. A very enjoyable stay, I would definitely recommend this villa and would love to stay again - thanks Antonio

LOCATION IDEALE

Située à 05 minutes de ALHAURIN EL GRANDE, et à 30 minutes des plages de TORREMOLINOS, cette maison est idéale pour se reposer en famille.La propriété est entièrement clôturée et dispose d'un portail électrique, permettant aux enfants de pouvoir jouer en sécurité. Le quartier est très calme, ce qui permet de passer de très bonnes vacances. La piscine est agréable, et le température de l'eau oscille entre 26 et 30 degrés: Un vrai régal. Coté maison, rien à redire : tout est conforme à la description et aux photos. Nous avons vraiment passé une très bonne semaine, et nous tenons à remercier le propriétaire M. CUBO, qui est très discret et efficace. Mention particulière pour la corbeille de fruits frais et la bouteille de vin qui nous attendaient sur la table à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons sans hésitation la villa Nogal, et nous y reviendrons......

Perfect Getaway

Well located villa - in middle of quiet countryside but only 5mins to nearest town. 30mins to Mijas, coast or Malaga airport. Spotlessly clean and well resourced villa. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. Large outdoor area with pool that is large enough for most uses. Remote gait and fencing around which makes it secure enough to allow young children to roam freely. We arrived late on a Saturday night and Antonio contacted us in advance and offered to collect some basic shopping for us (he even refused to let us pay!). Would definitely consider staying here again!

Perfect holidays!

My family and I chose this place for our holidays. It exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay again. Photos are exactly like the pictures and had everything we could possibly need. The house is impeccable, recently refurbished and nicely decorated. The pool area is ample and our children enjoyed a lot. Well located, easy access, close to amenities but in a quiet area. Antonio was accommodating and available throughout our stay.
