It consists of spacious room with double bed, living room (with sofa bed) and fully equipped kitchen. Luxury qualities and newly renovated, with completely new furniture. Very sunny. TV, wifi.

It is in the historic center of Valencia, next to the cathedral, in a beautiful square with emblematic buildings and two restaurants with terraces.

Quiet neighborhood and perfect for walking, visiting, eating out and dining, and perfectly connected by public transport with other areas of the city. Direct bus line to the beach.

Everything was perfect!
This property couldnā€™t have been in a better place for walking around the old town! The bed is very comfy and everything we needed was in the apartment. Ana met us at the apartment and gave us a great walk thru as well as dining suggestions. I highly recommend this place as a central location for so many things to do, see and eat in Valencia!

Fantastic apartment
Everything was great with this apartment! Comfortable, well-kept, quiet and spacious with loads of natural light. The host was very accomodating to our requests and prompt in responding. Would definitely stay here again.

The reviews I read before booking seemed too good to be true, but this apartment exceeded my every expectation. The apartment was terrific, the location was perfect, and every time I communicated with Ana, she responded immediately. I asked her if she had a suggestion for a day trip, one hour max by train from Valencia. She recommended XĆ„tiva, which was a wonderful experience. Veronica, who met me on my arrival, was great fun, and didnā€™t laugh when I practiced my Spanish. I hope to come back to Valencia. This apartment will be my base, por supuesto!

Best place to experience Valencia
There is nothing else to say about Anaā€™s place other than is is just fantastic. Ana meet us at the apartment to explain everything about it and also make recommendations about local eating places and activities coming during our stay. My wife and I have stayed in a number of rentals in Europe over the years with a lot in Spain. Normally there is always a little something that is not perfect like hot water not being hot enough or a slow wifi connection or an AC that does not really cool the place but in Anaā€™s case none of these happened. Everything was perfect and functioning very well. We highly recommend her apartment which is centrally located in the old town. It is very quiet and very clean. We will definitely be back on our next visit

Excellent Locationā€” Outstanding Value
My wife and I loved this spacious, Central old town location. Easy walking distance to great restaurants, historical sites, transportation and entertainment. With high end double pane windows it also was very quiet no matter the the level of crowd noise outside. Ana was very responsive with any of our questions prior to arrival and while on premise. This property was well stocked with all the household items you would expect to have for an extended stay. We stayed for two weeks and plan to rent here again soon!!

Un appartamento fantastico!
L'appartamento ĆØ indubbiamente fantastico. Centralissimo, vicino a tutto, silenzioso e con anche un buon ristorante sotto casa e un supermarket a due passi. Per essere un primo piano Ć© luminosissimo, climatizzato e con tutto cio che serve. L'ambiente ĆØ molto confortevole e arredato con eleganza. Insomma tutto...perfetto! A voler essere proprio severi, ma solo per migliorare ancora, suggerirei di mettere una tv piu grande e moderna (piccola per un salone cosi grande e non leggeva le nostre usb), una piu accurata pulizia dei climatizzatori e una ventola per il ricambio dell'aria nel bagno. Tre piccole imperfezioni che, migliorate, renderebbero l'appartamento insuperabile!

City Experience
The apartment is located in the heart of the old city but in a quiet square behind the Cathedral. For people like us who like to explore historical cities, visit galleries and enjoy good restaurants, all on foot, it was perfect. Ana was the perfect host and communicated well prior to our arrival. The apartment itself was bright, modern, and had all that we needed. We were very comfortable there and I would recommend it for a very relaxed Spanish city experience.

Der Aufenthalt in Anas wundervollem Apartment hat entschieden dazu beigetragen, dass wir unseren Urlaub in Valencia sehr genossen haben. Ana ist eine sehr zuvorkommende, freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Das Apartment ist sehr hell, sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Es liegt sehr zentral und ist trotz der umliegenden Lokale, in denen man hervorragend essen kann (unbedingt das "Bisbe" ausprobieren!), recht leise. Wir sagen "danke Ana" und werden ganz gewiss bei unserer nƤchsten Reise nach Valencia wieder dieses Apartment mieten.

Best Apartment Ever
We have stayed in numerous apartments in Spain and other countries using VRBO and other sites. This is by far the best apartment we have had. The description is very accurate. Wonderful central but quiet location. Very roomy with large windows, letting in lots of light. Ana, the host, is very accommodating and helpful. We will be back! We can't recommend it enough.

Perfect location for las fiestas
We were here right after Christmas Day through to almost 3 kings. It was a perfect location for everything we wanted to see and do. Relatively quiet plaza- beautiful bells, comfortable bed and well-appointed apartment. We felt secure and comfortable.

Perfect location for Valencia city
We enjoyed the central location right beside the cathedral. Even the small kitchen provided all we needed. A roomy apartment with a fast reacting air condition but a small bathroom provided enough space to avoid the spanish heat at noon time. Our next stay in Valencia will be definitely here.

On our first trip to Valencia, we wanted a place convenient to sights and in a local neighborhood. We could not have asked for a better location or a nicer apartment. This was absolutely spectacular. We were a short walk from most of the major sights and had restaurants and bars within a few hundred meters of us. If you use Ana's place, definitely try Paulu 11, just down the street past he Farmacia. Also Parroquia San Nicolas, not listed on any of the travel sights, but the most impressive church in the city, is only a five minute walk away. OK, so I am rattling on. The aparmtne is large, modern, extremely clean, and lis a corner unit, located so as to allow opening of the multiple double doors to the outside for cross ventilation. Rent it, enjoy it, and be assured you could not do better.

Great apartment and ideal location next to Cathedral.
Everything was perfect. Ana met us at the taxi when we arrived to give us the keys. The communication worked very well. She showed us through the apartment and how to use all the features. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The bed was great. She gave us some brilliant restaurant suggestions. The apartment location was in a courtyard next to the cathedral with some restaurants. We did have some church bells during the daytime to create a great atmosphere. The street noise at night was minimal. And the insulation on the windows also meant the noise was reduced. Would definitely recommend.

Great Location
We stayed here comfortably for one week. The apartment offers everything you need and was very clean. It is a fantastic location just around the corner of the cathedral. La Plaza de la Reina and la plaza de la virgin are also really close. In addition, it is just a short walk to get to the famous Turia Park. It was simple and pleasant to discover Valencia by foot from the apartment. Ana is a great host, she really helped us by giving us some great suggestions for places to go to for each culinary specialty.

Top-wohnung in idealer Lage
Wir haben eine wunderschƶne Woche in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage ist 1A - gegenĆ¼ber liegt das erzbischƶfliche Palais, auf der anderen Seite ein schƶner Platz mit Restaurant, in dem wir zwei Abende verbracht haben. Trotz der NƤhe zur Kathedrale ist es ruhig, alles haben wir zu FuƟ erreichen kƶnnen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benƶtigt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin lief ohne Probleme - sie war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns auch noch das Taxi zum Flughafen bestellt. Fazit: UneingeschrƤnkt empfehlenswerte Wohnung, die wir jederzeit wieder anmieten wĆ¼rden.

Historical Stay-Modern Convenience
Light and airy with beautiful windows that open up to a lovely plaza. Lovely decorations and a super comfortable bed. We appreciated the extra care that Ana took with CV-19. Perfect for the best of Valencia
Ana, the property owner, speaks very good English and is easy to deal with. Veronica, the cleaner, speaks less English but makes up for it with her humour šŸ˜Š The property is bright and modern and in the perfect location to easily walk to all attractions in the old centre if Valencia. It is very nice to look down onto the square below from the first floor position.
