FULLY RENOVATED / REDECORATED SPRING 2024 '14 STEPS' A Great Family Getaway!!

Come and stay in this well equipped Seagrove Resort. This stunning unit is located on the 1st floor and will give you quick access to the boardwalk from your own patio. This astounding unit offers a little over 1,900 square feet and has all the amenities of home. The unit features 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (Jacuzzi in Master) with a patio off the living room and master suite. The open kitchen includes a breakfast bar, side by side refrigerator, cook top stove/microwave and has an ample supply of everything you need to prepare a meal. Your family can gather together in the large living room with 2 sofas for your comfort. With a full size washer and dryer and all towels and linens provided, you can prepare to pack light.
I have been staying on 30-A for 20 plus years and I believe Sago Sands is in the perfect spot. It is centrally located on 30-A and allows you to go anywhere very easily and very quickly. To the east (toward Panama City), there are great restaurants, shopping, and golf just to name a few. Neighborhoods such as Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach are great places to visit and spend time seeing the sights. If you are a shopper, then Pier Park is less than 20 minutes away. If deep-sea fishing has your heart, than the Panama City fleet is about 30 minutes away. Lastly, if you are a golfer, try Camp Creek which is 10 minutes down the road. Now, to the west, you can get lost in a world of things to do. Of course, to the west, less than 1 mile is the world famous Seaside. Take the kids there on a Friday night for a movie or go sit at the bar at Bud and Alleys; if you do, tell Mo the bartender to make you a 30-A Bloody Mary! Also to the east, you will find the commuity of WaterColor which is great for bike riding. Continung West, you go through Grayton Beach, home to the World Famous Red Bar. Into Destin, you will find great shopping (Silver Sands outlet and Destin Commons), tough golf courses (SanDestin's Raven and Kelly Planatation), and fishing out of Destin Harbour.
Sago Sands 101 is the perfect beach condo. It has plenty of room for the family to spread out and a big kitchen to cook together. It is essentially right on the beach which allows Mom to sit on the patio and watch the kids down on the beach. Dad will like this condo because he can watch sports on the big screen TV while watching the boats go by in the blue sea. If is just you and your special one, Sago Sands 101 is a great place as well. Early in the morning, the two of you can go for a walk on the beach and then spend the day walking back and forth between the pool and the beach. In the afternoon, both of you can sit on the patio watchkng the waves and have a glass of wine. Lastly, once the sun goes down, relax on the patio, and listen to the waves crash down and feel the cool breeze!
We are the closest 3 bedroom condo to the beach in Seagrove Beach, closer than the Legacy, Grand Playa, Emerald Hill, Beachside Villa, and Dune Villa. As I said earlier, I have visited and owned property all up and down 30-A for 20 years. Sago Sands 101 is my dream come true. Once you stay with us, you will understand why.

Great location!
Great location, steps from the beach! Photos are a good representation of actual condo. Low density building makes for less crowded beach. Quiet except for trash days, which occurred 3 times in the week, ranging from 4:45 a.m.-7:00 a.m. on the opposite wall of the bedroom with 2 full size beds. We all agreed we would stay in this unit again. Jay was easy to work with.

We loved staying here. The beach is awsome, the condo was lovely and there was just enough of a lawn for out little 10 lb dog to pee and run around. Couldnt have been better, and we will certainly try to be back. :-)

Fantastic and easy!
Jay was fantastic at checking in and making sure we had what we needed and he gave us lots of good recommendations! The view is amazing, and we didn’t even have to wear shoes to walk down to the beach so easy and relaxing! The area is perfect, super close to seaside where we ate dinner most nights! We rode bikes and our teens loved trying all the different food options from food trucks and going shopping! There’s bikes to rent right across the street! The place was decorated so cute! Lots of furniture, I think it could be arranged better for everyone to view tv, but it was comfy and plenty of room! We are planning to come back soon! You just don’t get a better view with such an easy access to the beach! The big patio was awesome! Thanks Jay!

Absolutely Fabulous!
This was a perfect location. Close to everything! The condo was very clean and well equipped and we had plenty of room for our family. All of the furniture and beds were very comfortable, the view from the porch was amazing! We loved being steps away from the beach. Jay was wonderful to deal with, very attentive and kind, we had a couple of hiccups that he remedied right away. We loved staying here and most definitely will stay here again!

Jay’s place was a paradise. From the accommodations to hearing the gulf 24/7 right out your door. Plenty of space and comfort. Jay was very easy to communicate with and was prompt on every question we had, which was very few. Would highly recommend and will stay there again. Place rocked it on all check boxes.

Perfect accommodation for our crew! Easy access to the beach for the kids w/ grandpa enjoining the view from the back lawn area up top. Spacious living area w/ lots of seating. Ground level a huge plus too. Wonderful Christmas memories made in the Florida sunshine!

Beach Bliss
14 Steps is a true gem of beach paradise! We have stayed at several places in Seagrove through the years and loved our stay here. The unit is clean and spacious, and it's ground floor location makes going to the beach a breeze. We loved sitting in the patio and watching the sky change, counting stars, and listening to the waves! Jay is a pleasure to work with and I hope we get the opportunity to visit this awesome property again. A true beach paradise!

Great for Families
We truly enjoyed our stay at 101 Sago Sands! We have stayed other places along 30A, but this centralized location at Seagrove was much more convenient for us. Before kids, we preferred higher floors with balconies. Now with two small children, we really appreciate the ground level, particularly when it comes time to drag a boatload of toys, floaties and everything else down to the beach. The grass area in the back was perfect for our toddler children to walk around in and we still had an amazing view of the beach even on the ground level. Very few steps to the beach access stairs, literally just right off the grass backyard area. Then down the steps and you're on a beautiful beach. The condo was very spacious. The living area was one of the larger we have stayed in. We had six adults and two small children and did not have one issue with amount of space. The owner was readily available our entire trip. There was an issue with the backdoor knob, but it was fixed during our stay. Our only minor complaint is the place could use a good deep clean. All surface areas, bed linens, and kitchen appliances were clean. But with two small children exploring all around, they were able to find anything and discovered some random trash under the furniture, particularly under beds. All in all, this was a minor issue and would definitely not deter us from staying here again. Our trip was great and we are sad to see it come to an end. Back to reality now!

Sago Sands 101
We spent two weeks at Sago Sands101 and it couldn’t have been better. The view is fantastic from the condo and you can walk out the patio door and be on the beach in less than two minutes.. The grassy area off of the patio gives you a lot of room and that leads to the walkway to the beach. Everything about the interior was perfect. The kitchen is stocked with everything that you would ever need. The living area is huge and with three bedrooms there is plenty of space for everyone. We loved it and we are already planning to go back. One more thing, the owner is great, he is very accessible if you need anything at all.

“14 steps” to heaven!
We had a wonderful time renting this condo! The condo was very clean, decorated beautifully and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The location is a perfect location.....close to Seaside & Watorcolor! Mr. Harris, the owner, made renting a breeze and he was very helpful! He even txted us after we got there to make sure everything was what we anticipated! We will definitely be back!

Close to everything! Plenty of restaurants and condo to the water was less than 2 minutes! Not 2 minutes travel time, I mean sitting on couch in condo to sitting in your beach chair was like 2 minutes!!!

Wonderful getaway!
Really loved staying here! We were a group of two families with 5 kids ranging from 3-9. This condo was perfect for us! Can't beat the beach access (the steps are literally in the back yard!), loved that it was on the first floor, an easy convenient bike ride into town, and it was surprisingly spacious. Each bedroom was connected to a bathroom. The kitchen had plenty of dishes/utensils/appliances, though this was the first rental property I've stayed in that didn't have a stash of spices/oils left by previous renters (so be sure to bring your own!). I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Highly recommend!

Best Spot in Seaside
This condo was the best place we have ever stayed in the Seaside/ Water Color area. Who knew you could get an affordable, spacious condo right on the beach (in Seaside/ Sea Grove?) with its own yard and view of the beach/ water? We were a family of 7 (with 3 teenagers) staying over Spring Break - but also had friends staying elsewhere come and hang at our condo during the day - and even a couple of the kids' friends spending the night a couple of times. We had plenty of room for everyone. And even though the sand was literally just steps away, it was nice to be able to just sit out on our patio a couple of days without even going down to the beach (much). The inside was clean, nicely furnished, and the owner was great about communicating with us. And it was perfect to be right across from the Butterfly bike rentals/ Subway - within walking distance of Goatfeathers and several other restaurants! Took about 10 minutes to bike into the town of Seaside (Water Color). My only hesitation in providing a glowing review is that I would like this place to remain a secret so it is always available to our family! This will definitely be our "go to" spot in Seaside from now on.

Best deal on 30a
This is a fabulous property. You will be hard pressed to find a more spacious, ground floor, single story unit on 30a. This is a super clean, perfectly decorated, roomy unit in a perfect location. You can rent bikes right out of the front door...Seaside is less than 10 minutes on bike. I’m super picky when it comes to proximity to the actual sand. This unit is perfect. Open the sliding glass door...step out on grass...walk a few steps down the boardwalk and you are on the beach. If you aren’t familiar with beachfront property, it doesn’t get any better than this. I highly recommend and I would definitely rent again.

Fantastic Condo
My family and I had a wonderful stay at 14 Steps. There were 5 adults, and infant, and three dogs, and we had plenty of room. The location was amazing and so convenient with a baby. Jay was incredibly responsive and checked in several times with us. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking which was nice. We would definitely stay again!

Location, Location, Location
This condo is SO awesome! The location and ease of getting to and from the beach was perfect for our family. It's literally STEPS to the beach. My husband and I enjoyed how easy it was to take our 3 year old down there in the mornings for some beach time. In the afternoons, we'd put the kid and the in-laws to bed for nap time and head back to the beach for some adult beverages! Ha! It was easy for my in-laws to get up and down the stairs to the beach as well. We rented beach chairs from Beach Chairs 4 U and they had everything setup for us early in the mornings with our names on the chairs. Just call them to make arrangements and they will take care of you. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. For anyone traveling with infants/babies, the master closet IS big enough for a Pack n Play. We didn't end up needing that option, but it's definitely doable if necessary. Lastly, Jay was fantastic and so easy to talk to/deal with and responded quickly to any and all questions we had. He even checked on us via text midway through our stay, which was so thoughtful. We highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat. Can we just move in? :) Thanks again Jay!

Why they chose this property

I began visiting the Beaches of 30-A in my early 20s. My family has owned property down here for many years. So I know this area very well. WHY THIS UNIT?? Simply put, I believe Sago Sands is the perfect unit. It is a great family location with all the amenities. As the name states, you are just steps away from the white sands of the Gulf. Have a kid who doesnt like sand?; that's ok to because we have a pool as well. The unit is in the heart of everything; Seaside and Watercolor are just a mile away. All the great restaurants are within a few miles. Just across the street is shopping, bike rentals, a Subway, and a donut shop that Mallory LOVES! Simply put, this place is perfect.

What makes this property unique

UNQIUE BENEFITS??? Well, it bears repeating, but Sago Sands 101 is simply in the heart of everything. It is ideally suited allowing you to go east or west. To the east are great communties like Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. These areas are great for shopping, dining, and bike riding. To the west, there is the World-Famous Seaside. This is a great place to spend family time! Also to the west, is WaterColor. WaterColor is a great place to YOLO Board; everybody needs to try YOLOING at least once. I believe Sago Sanbds 101 is very unique for the following reasons; large open floor plan, sleeps 12, steps to the beach, patio literally sits on the beach, 1 mile to Seaside, 30 minutes to shopping, golfing, and fishing, and some of the best restaurants you will ever eat at. ENJOY!!
