A very peaceful and calming stay location in Sardinia

We were given a nice welcome from Franca and Augustino, a lovely couple. The gardens around the villa are beautiful, the location is attractively rural, goat bells and bird song are the only sounds. The villa is huge, the good quality and very quiet air conditioning in each room is very welcome when it is hot. outside. The nearest town is Aggius and is charming with the local shops providing everything you could need. We'll be back!

séjour effectué du 29 mai au 5 juin 2024 .Tout est conforme a la description ,très calme à la campagne très bon accueil par les parents d'Agostino ,ils sont très sympathiques attentionnés et à l'écoute (malheureusement nous ne parlons pas Italien ! merci au traducteur Google qui nous à bien rendu service ) pas de soucis pour recommander la location très grande maison. Traumhafte Lage, toller Fernblick gepflegtes Haus und sehr nette Gastgeber !

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und auch gleich wieder für Oktober gebucht. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Neben dem Haus gibt es eine große Weidefläche auf der sich 15 Ziegen sichtbar sehr wohl fühlen. Die nächsten Traumstrände sind eine halbe Stunde entfernt, auf die Ostseite, z.B. nach Olbia fährt man eine Stunde. Die nördlichen Strände erreicht man in ca. 50 Minuten. Die Lage ist ideal um den nördlichen Teil der Insel zu erkunden. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine Tankstelle und eine Bäckerei sind nur ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Agostino und Franca sind super nett und immer erreichbar falls irgendetwas sein sollte. Wir waren das erste Mal auf Sardinien und haben uns sofort verliebt !

Perfekter und erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus liegt sehr einsam und es ist dadurch schön ruhig und naturnah. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und bemühen sich sehr. Die landschaftliche Umgebung ist wunderschön. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in den Bergen Nordsardiniens.

Wir waren Ende April für 12 Tage in diesem Quartier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere sehr netten Gastgeber waren jeden Tag vor Ort und haben die Tiere und den Garten versorgt. Leider war die Kommunikation etwas schwierig, da sie nur italienisch sprechen. Aber es war nicht schlimm. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Man benötigt aber unbedingt ein Auto, da das Haus sehr abgelegen liegt. Internet und TV ist nicht optimal, aber im Urlaub sollte dies nicht ausschlaggebend sein. Ich kann dieses Quartier nur weiterempfehlen und würde dort jederzeit gerne wieder hinfahren.

Wonderful place away from the crowds

A lovely farmhouse surrounded by countryside but very close to two towns. Easy to get to the beach and explore Sardinia. Very comfortable place to stay with lots of sleeping options depending on how many are staying with you. Two outdoors eating areas and garden which was wonderful. Delightful hosts, who could not have been more welcoming. Highly recommended.

ACHTUNG, kein Internet

Wir waren für insgesamt 9 Nächte im Haus. Das Haus entspricht i.W. den Bildern. Die Lage ist gut, man benötigt aber definitiv ein Auto. ABER: Bei der Buchung waren für uns ein paar Kriterien entscheidend. In der Beschreibung steht Internet/WLAN vorhanden. Im Haus angekommen stellte sich dann heraus, dass es im Haus KEIN Internet gibt. Die direkte Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist nur auf italienisch möglich. Wenn wir vorher gewusst hätten, dass es kein Internet gibt, hätten wir das Haus nicht gebucht.

Super Ferienhaus, wirklich nette Gastgeber

2 Wochen in der ruhigen Lage in den Bergen zwischen Tempio Pausiana und Aggius haben uns sehr gut getan. Das preiswerte geräumige Quartier ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Nordhälfte der Insel, jeweils 1 Std. nach Olbia oder Alghero und 30 min bis zur Küste. Das Haus ist auch bei Hitze gut temperiert, der Balkon nach Westen und die Terrassen nach Osten / Süden ermöglichen die Wahl zwischen Sonne und Schatten. Nachts ist hier ein toller Sternenhimmel mit Milchstraße poor, es gibt keine Lichtkonkurrenz. Die Zimmer und das ganze riesige Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt. Die Gastgeber sind morgends und Abends am Haus, um die Ziegen und Schafe zu versorgen, das ruhige Geläut der Glocken entspannt. Agostino spendierte Obst und Gemüse aus dem Garten. Für Naturliebhaber, gleich ob Paare oder Familien, ein idealer Ferienort. Wandermöglichkeiten: Monte Limbara und direkt ab Aggius Nuraghenkultur: Archäologischer Park von Arzachena Romanische Kirchentour: Oschiri, St. Antoncio de Bisarcio, Andara, S.S. Trinita, St. Michele de Salverano, Thiesi - Berutta San Pedro de Sorges, Nostra Senora de Cabu Abbes und viele mehr

Entspannender Sommerurlaub

Wir, 2 Erwachsende , 3 Kinder sowie Boarder Collie Mini verbrachten einen erholsamen 3 Wochen Urlaub in der Villa Sirena. Das Haus liegt ungefähr 150 m weg von einer kleinen Landstraße ( Verbindung Tempio Pausanias - Aggius) leicht erhöhtt auf einem riesengrossen , gut gepflegten Grundstück. Die nâchsten Nachbarn sind so rund 300 m weiter zu finden. Also Ruhe pur. Herrliche Aussicht auf die Hügellandschaft rund ums Haus. Das Haus ist mit rund 140 m2 groß genug, 4Schlafzimmer, 3 gerâumige Badezimmer, sogar mit Bidet. Die Duschen sind für nordeuropäische Verhältnisse recht knapp bemessen. Großes Wohn- / Esszimmer mit angrenzender Küche und Waschraum. Gasherd. Vermissed habe ich allein einen Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine ( hatten zum Glück unsere Nespresso Reisemaschine mitgenommen) sowie Wein- und Sektgläser. . Töpfe, Pfannen waren mehr als ausreichend vorhanden . Klimaanlagen im Haus👍 Wander- Radweg ( MB)auf Wirtschaftsweg Kleiner Wirtschaftsweg in direkter Nähe - führt in die umgebenen Berge / Hügel . Zum Baden sind wir nach Isola Rossa oder unserem Favoriten Badesi gefahren. Abstand rund 30 KM. Bei Badesi findet man einen kilometer langen Sandstrand mit flach abfallender Wasserlinie. Ideal also für Kinder. Kleine Restaurants sind in Aggius oder Tempio Pausania zu finden. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( Lidl, Simply etc. ) in Tempio P. .Leider konnte / habe ich keinen Gebrauch können machen von meinem Rennrad. Es war mir schlicht zu gefährlich auf den kleinen Straßen dort. Es wird dort nicht gerade langsam gefahren und das Einhalten eines Sicherheitsabstandes ist wohl unbekannt. Das nâchste Mal kommt das MB mit und schon sind alle Probleme gelöst 😜 Sehr freundliche Vermieter, Verständigung trotz fehlenden italienisch Kenntnissen ohne Probleme möglich. Fazit - ein gelungener, erholsamer Urlaub. Wiederholung garantiert. Langzamer 3 G Internet allein über Telephon. Kinder haben es überlebt und statt dessen draussen gespielt oder auch mal Bücher gelesen. 😀

prachtig huis op een prima locatie met heel aardige verhurders

Wij werden heel fijn verwelkomd door het echtpaar. Het huis is prima, lekker koel in de juli zomer en er is airco aanwezig. Het kijkt uit op een prachtig panorama. Wij konden naast ontspannen en genieten ook prima tochten maken door heel Noord-Sardinië. In de het contact met de eigenaren kregen we onverwacht een mooie krop sla uit eigen tuin en zelf gekweekte aardappelen, die smaakten prima! Met andere woorden een prima verblijfplaats waar je je snel op je gemak zult voelen. Ronald & Yolanda

superbe endroit

nous avons passé une petite semaine dans cette maison. les propriétaires sont deux personnes vraiment sympathiques. ils ont été super avec notre petit garçon. la maison a une superbe vue et est dans un endroit super calme. bref nous avons passé un superbe séjour. endroit à conseiller!

Perfekte Unterkunft

Wir haben das Ferienhaus mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) eine Woche lang Ende Oktober / Anfang November2017 bewohnt. Es ist ruhig gelegen auf einem sehr großen Grundstück oberhalb der kleinen Verbindungsstraße von Tempio Pausania nach Aggius. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt, die Einfahrt mit einem Tor gesichert. Die Autos können direkt vor dem Haus geparkt werden. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, absolut sauber und wirklich gut ausgestattet. Es liegt an einem Hang, man kommt ebenerdig zur Ferienwohnung. Auf der Rückseite ist ein großer Balkon vorhanden. Im Untergeschoss sind einige private Räume der Gastgeberfamilie untergebracht, die nur gelegentlich am Tage genutzt wurden. Wir wurden außerordentlich herzlich empfangen, betreut und verabschiedet. Die Gastgeber, ein sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Paar älteren Semesters, haben sich täglich bei uns kurz gemeldet und haben sich erkundigt, ob sie helfen können. Sie waren unaufdringlich und immer sehr freundlich, vor allem zu den Kindern. Wir konnten vom Haus aus viele Strände und andere Ausflugsziele erreichen. Zum nächst liegenden Strand (Isola Rossa) fährt man mit dem Auto rund 30 Minuten, nach Alghero sind es rund 70 Minuten, zum Capo Testa ungefähr eine Stunde. Zum Einkaufen nach Tempio (die Altstadt ist sehenswert) ist man in wenigen Minuten. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt im Haus, waren echt angetan von der Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber (Danke!) und können das Haus ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen! ferie indimenticabili in un posto stupendo

Abbiamo trovato una casa moooolto bella e pulititissima. Agostino e Franca, i proprietari sono gentilissimi e simpatici. Eravamo in sette con un Rottweiler . Si come il nostro cane stava malissimo dopo una giornata al mare, Aogostino ci ha lasciato a disposizione il canile del loro cane per le giornate seguenti. Abbiamo goduto una vacanza di due settimane davero magnifica. La casa è esattamente come sulle foto. Ci si puo aspettare una buona accoglienza e tranquillità. Potevamo assagiare grappa e vino fatta in casa e ci hanno persino offerto pomodori e basilico dal proprio orto. Consiglierei quel posto a chiunque. Agostino e Franca, grazie di tutto. Siete grandi tesori tutť e due Un caro saluto, ringraziamento e abbraccio da Maria e famiglia
