3 facades, not overlooked, sunny, south facing with superb views of a lake and a gazebo.
In a secure residence with caretaker and swimming pools: heated pool, wave pool and a pool near the house exclusively for the occupants of the "Maisons du Lac".
House spacious, bright, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 w. c. separated.
Beautiful terraces in the living room with garden and upstairs, access by 2 rooms.
The house is bright, functional and comfortable, offers complete comfort, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hobs-céramiqe, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, large dishes and kitchen accessories, Senseo coffee machine, toaster , table grill, kettle, ...)
Air conditioning, high speed internet, flat screen TV in the living room and master bedroom.
A bathroom (with bath) is adjacent to the master bedroom.

Mooie herinneringen aan onze vakantie

We zijn net terug van een heerlijke vakantie. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en zeer schoon. De verschillende zitplekken en het mooie uitzicht laat je direct tot rust komen. De zwembaden waren perfect voor onze 3 jarige dochter. In de buurt is veel te beleven, als je de auto pakt ben je binnen 10 tot 15 minuten in de verschillende bekende steden/dorpen. Al bij al hebben we mooie herinneringen aan deze vakantie. Bedankt!

Enjoyable Vacation

Super location - at the right time access to all great beaches around St. Tropez or their markets … close to grocery, gas station and superb bakery. House itself in gated community with nice environment (pool, lake, restaurant). All in all great vacation (but expensive)

Das Haus ist fantastisch! Sehr gut ausgestattet und mit viel liebe eingerichtet. Der Blick auf den See ist wunderschön. Pool und Park sind nur wenig Schritte entfernt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Excellent Property Well Situated To Explore The French Coast

An Excellent well looked after property. With beautiful views over a small lake. Recommend car rental as the property can be hard to reach without a vehicle.

Wunderschönes Haus in einer top gepflegten Anlage in herrlicher Umgebung

Wir haben mit unserer Familie (3 Kinder im Alter von 10-13 Jahren plus Dackel) einen traumhaften Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen, auch wenn man lieber kocht statt auszugehen, findet man ausreichend Geschirr und Küchenutensilien - ganz wie zu Hause. Der Zustand des Hauses, einschliesslich des Gartens, ist sehr gepflegt und wir haben alles tip-top sauber vorgefunden. Es sind auf beiden Terrassen schöne Gartenmöbel und Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Die Anlage, in der sich das Objekt befindet, ist ebenfalls super in Schuss und war in den Herbstferien angenehm ruhig. Zwei Pools, einer davon beheizt, waren wegen des schönen Wetters sogar noch geöffnet. Die Lage des Hauses zwischen Saint Tropez, Port Grimaud und Grimaud und die Nähe zu den tollen Stränden fanden wir ideal. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben! Merci!!

Perfect in every way

The house was perfect for my family of 6 (2 adults/4 kids). Plenty of room inside and out. The terrace and back garden were ideal for eating, relaxing and just spending quality time together. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The “resort” it is part of is wonderful. It’s not really a resort but like a mini neighborhood with so much to do. The pools are great, and the main one has a great wave pool for the kids. There’s a perfectly sufficient grocery shop on site which doesn’t have silly prices. Reasonable actually. If you want to play tennis make sure you bring your own equipment though. We felt safe too, with the security gate set up checking every vehicle. The house is 5 mins from Pt. Grimaud. Park at the main lot and you can also easily walk up to the beach as well as the town. St. Tropez is only another 10 mins further. The house, location and facilities were all fantastic. Catherine was also a very helpful host. Thanks!!!

Belle maison et très joli cadre

La photo avec la vue n'est pas très représentative de la réalité... La réalité est encore mieux. Maison au calme, on se croit seul quand on est sur la terrasse, et c'est très agréable. Et il y a les animations plus loin pour ceux qui aiment le monde. On recommande sans hésiter.

Une maison bien installée, l'équipement dans la cuisine tres bonne pour une maison de vacances et des lits avec des paillasses confortables. La communication avec la propriétaire etait aussi très sympa et sans problèmes que avec la gérante locale.

Tolles Haus, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat mit dem Google Translater auch funktioniert. Im Herbst ist die Anlage auch nicht stark belegt, also alles ganz ruhig.

Nos vacances d’Aout 2019

Superbe Maison entièrement rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Une petite attention avec cette bonne bouteille de vin qui nous attendait à l'arrivé. Excellente communication avec la propriétaire qui a pris des nouvelles au milieu de nos 15 jours de vacances par SMS. Je recommande cette prestation qui était au juste prix.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Das Haus ist wunderbar, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage in der Ferienanlage Les Restanques ist toll, direkt am See, 3 Pools, Sportangebote, viel Grün, Ruhe und eine schöne Aussicht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell erreichbar, die Strände und nächsten Städte schnell erreichbar. Leider funktioniert die Klimaanlage nicht, aber die Vermieterin war bemüht, dies zu ändern. Die Übergabe war ohne Französich-Kenntnisse schwierig, aber es gibt ja den Google-Übersetzer ;-) Wir werden sicher nicht das letzte Mal hier gewesen sein. Vielleicht in Frühjahr oder Herbst, dann ist es angenehmer, die weitere Umgebung zu erkunden.

A wonderful break

A very nicely decorated house with upper floor terrace and small garden ideal for relaxing, or as my grandson put it chilling out, in the sunshine. We had a great time. It was clean and comfortable and provided the basis for an ideal, much needed break. We love to cook and found all the amenities for some excellent family meals. The landlady’s arrangements made us feel very welcome. We would love to come again
