Es hat uns gefallen in dem Haus. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen was gut ist für die Ruhe aber unpraktisch da man immer auf das Auto angewiesen ist. Es hat ein paar kleinere Schönheitsreparaturen die zu machen wären aber nichts tragisches. Die Türschlösser bräuchten vielleicht etwas Öl. Aber die Ferien waren sehr schön und ruhig und wir kommen wieder

casa alejada

la piscina y la amplitud la camas durisimas, hay poco menaje, la nevera se hiela por la parte trasera y no hay mosquiteras en todas las ventanas, es imposible almorzar fuera pues te da el sol y el calor es sofocante a pesar de esas cosas hemos pasado unos dias muy buenos.

Nous attendons toujours une réponse du gérant et d’Abritel quant à une compensation financière suite au préjudice subit de 11 jours sur 15. Vu le prix de la location je trouve que ce n’est pas très honnête .

Relaxing and peaceful

Spending a week in this house with my family was very relaxing. House is nice, in nice condition, with plenty of room and with own pool. Surroundings are very peaceful and quiet. Cambrils city center is just behind the corner.

Excellentes vacances.

Maison bien équipée, sans vis a vis et au calme. Proche de Cambrils, de Salou et de Reus. La piscine est de bonne taille et entretenue 2 fois par semaine. Seul bémol: seulement 4 transats et cassés.

Nice villa with a decent pool - perfect for what you pay

It’s advisable to have a car if you want to rent this property as you will need it to do groceries and visit restaurants - the place is in a middle of nowhere if you don’t have a car. There is a filling station with a SMALL shop nearby where you can buy bread and some very basic stuff. Villa itself is more than you can expect for the money. The pool is very nice and good size too. Quiet neighbourhood location

Nous somme partie au mois de mai pour 4 jours, la villa est sympa un peu vieillotte sauf les salles de bains qui sont modernes. Par contre petit bémol la literie est nul et les linges de lit sale. La piscine était un peu sale aussi sinon bon séjour

Agréable séjour entre amis

Nous avons passée une agréable semaine de vacances entre amis. Les photos sont conformes au bien proposé. Nous avons apprécié la taille de la maison suffisamment grande pour accueillir notre groupe de 8 . La maison se situe au fond d'un lotissement retiré de la ville et donc au calme. Nous avons pu profiter du soleil, de la mer (accessible à pied à 1 bon km) et de la piscine bien sûr. Nous avons aussi apprécié le sérieux et la gentillesse de la personne qui effectuait l' entretien de la piscine (2 fois dans la semaine). De plus les ventilateurs au plafond présents dans chaque chambre étaient appréciables par ces grosses chaleurs. Nous avons également noté quelques points négatifs : le cumulus trop petit pour 8 personnes (les derniers se douchaient à l'eau froide), l'évacuation des eaux usées qui sature rapidement, une petite partie de l'extérieur a un entretien qui laisse à désirer ( du lierre s'étend et bloque le passage ). La maison et les équipements datent un peu . Il manque quelques moustiquaires aux fenêtres. En résumé ce fût un agréable séjour

Mooi, gezellig huis van alle gemakken voorzien.

Prettig huis, mooie omgeving. Dicht bij uitvalswegen naar diverse mooie plaatsen. Zwembad is schoon en mooi, prima voor gezin met 4 kinderen. Slaapkamers prima. 1ste badkamer erg mooi opgeknapt, 2de badkamer wordt nog gedaan begrepen we, zou een vooruitgang zijn. Meubels, met name buiten, verouderd, zijn aan vervanging toe. Ook dit staat op de planning. Dan is het helemaal top! Wij hebben een prima week vakantie kunnen vieren in een rustige omgeving. Eigenaar was erg meedenkend en servicegericht.
