Villa Chris Rea is a modern villa situated with private swimming pool in a peaceful location just five minutes on foot from the island's only settlement, Skiathos town, and the sandy beach of Megali Ammos, at the foot of a lush green slope

At 600m from Villa are the best bars on the islands, restaurants boutiques and shops.Also the international airport is 1,5 km from Villa and 800m the port.At 200m is the bus stop and the ring road. Within 10 minutes (by feet) we find the nearest beach Megali Ammos and at 50m swimming pool.
