Great apartment in a lovely spot

Never having been to Barcelona I was told El Born is a great place to stay. Happy to find this unit available we really enjoyed how clean and updated everything was. Host was very responsive.

Bien placé mais annonce ne correspond pas niveau photos et prix

Appartement bien situé et propre. Codes très pratiques pour arriver et partir. L'appartement était prêt avant 16h ce qui nous a permis de nous installer avant, très pratique pour poser les valises. Bon matelas et linge (draps et serviettes propres). Bémol sur les photos du site qui ne correspondent pas à l'appartement, le prix de départ auxquels se rajoutent des taxes de séjour et de ménage. Ce serait bien qu'elles soient indiquées dans l'annonce de départ. Et fenêtres très vieilles qui laissent passer le bruit du voisinage. Bon avis au final dans l'ensemble car cet appartement nous a permis de passer un très bon séjour !

Avis mitigé

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la localisation très centrale ! Appartement propre et lits confortables. Cuisine spacieuse. Bémol sur l'ouverture de l'appartement compliqué (porte dure à ouvrir..) même si le fait de n'avoir que des codes (et pas de clés) est très pratique. Très très mal insonorisé.. On entend beaucoup le bruit de la rue, c'est assez dérangeant.. Organisation compliqué.. Le prix pas le bon sur abritel (a la nuit)+ des taxes de séjour se sont rajoutés. La personne a été incapable de nous dire de quel appartement il s'agissait car il y a plusieurs photos d'appartement différents. Donc avis mitigé sur notre location, mais qui a fait l'affaire pour 4 jours

Very clean and nice property centrally locattd in Gothic part of old Barcelona. Great location for central access to a real experience. Pictures of site not accurate but unit was clean and adequate. Rooftop pario was lovely.

Perfekte Lage im Zentrum

Wir verbrachten 7 Tage in dieser Wohnung, welche mitten im Herzen Barcelonas liegt. Die wohnung ist ausreichend ausgestattet und hat alles was man benötigt. Aufgrund der Lage und der schlecht gedämmten Fenster kann es Nachts sehr laut sein, womit man allerdings auch rechnen muss da wie bereits oben erwähnt die Wohnung im Zentrum liegt und „Barcelona nie schläft“. Im Winter könnte es in der Wohnung auch ein wenig kalt werden.

Attention c’est une ESCROQUERIE !!

Arrivée à Barcelone, le propriétaire nous envoie un lien via son site ICNEA pour effectuer le paiement du séjour avec un supplément de 60€ pour 2 personnes soit disant pour les taxes. De plus, l’appartement ne correspond pas aux photos du site Abritel. Aucune explication ni geste commercial de la part du propriétaire « je suis désolé, c’est comme ça ! ». Pour coroner le tout, la porte de l’appartement s’ouvrait avec un code et cela ne fonctionnait pas. Nous sommes restées enfermées dans l’appartement pendant 15 minutes car la poignée n’ouvrait pas, heureusement que la femme de ménage nous a entendus et nous a ouvert de l’extérieur avec le code. Au total, mauvaise expérience, à fuir !!

DO NOT BOOK THIS LISTING. We had the hardest time getting in touch with the listing contacts and had to stand outside in the rain in Barcelona for hours because they would not tell us the address. They tried to take a 200 euro downpayment from us out of no where when it was not listed anywhere on the website. After finally getting the address we walked in the apartment and it did not match the pictures AT ALL. There were a different number of beds and every single aspect of this apartment did not match the pictures. A COMPLETE SCAM. Not feeling safe, we decided to leave the apartment and we had been locked in the apartment. It was locked from the outside and we were never given a key, only a passcode. We had to get the Barcelona police involved and they had to come and break us out of the apartment. We now have a case going against this company for scamming us and putting us in danger. This apartment is a complete scam and is very unsafe. Do not book this apartment.

Apparemment très bien situé.

Excellente situation pour visiter la ville. Procédure de départ et d'arrivée très faciles avec un code fourni par SMS et mail. Bémol cependant sur l'isolation phonique (pas de double vitrage, on entend très bien tout ce qui se passe dans la rue) mais avec des boules Quies, on dort bien (la literie est par contre très bonne). L'équipement est sommaire mais suffisant pour 2 si on ne cuisine pas trop.

Great Central Location

Great property, nice sized room and great roof terrace. Location was great, practically in the middle of all Barcelona’s attractions. If I had to say anything negative it would be that the sofa bed in our room was a bit of a nightmare and wouldn’t support the weight of me or any of my friends. Other than that, great!

Appartement très sympa. Entièrement rénové. Donne sur rue piétonne calme à cette période. Bien situé dans Barcelone. Arrivée tardive possible grâce à des codes d’ouverture de porte envoyés par mail quelques jour avant. Nous recommandons !
