Très bien situé

L'appartement est très bien situé, dans des ruelles animées, édifice sécuritaire avec des codes à l'entrée et une procédure en cas d'incendie. Nathalie est serviable et répond rapidement. La chambre fermée avec le lit à deux étages était un peu chaude (l'air climatisée ne se rendait pas jusque là). Les enfants ont dormi sur le divan-lit, c'était très confortable. Les rues sont un peu bruyantes la nuit, mais rien que des bouchons pour les oreilles ne peuvent régler. C'est un léger désagrément pour être si bien situé. Supermarché, boulangerie, restos et commerces à proximité. Cuisine très pratique. Manque peut-être quelques ustensiles comme un ouvre-boîte et un ouvre-bouteille. Appartement propre et typique de Barcelone avec une grande fenêtre-porte qui s'ouvre sur la ruelle. Merci

False advertising

Neighborhood dark and scary on first view, no one to greet us and show us the property. Pictures on the web site nothing like the real thing. Forget the new paint, nice furniture, neat lighting and decorations. Rough and tumble stairs with many flights tough for anyone with luggage. Kitchen had no paper towels, sharp knives, scissors, dish soap, usable coffee maker or washer and other normal necessities. Aside from all that, the neighborhood in the light of dsy was fun and well located.

Posizione ottima ma appartamento diverso dalla foto in annuncio

Appartamento nel centro storico di Barcellona, casa non corrispondente alla foto dell'annuncio, probabilmente sarà stata una foto di un altro appartamento......sarebbe da ristrutturare un po' come serramenti, doccia.....posizione ottima, comunicazione in italiano con agenzia tramite Whatsapp, check-in veloce con invio codice porta e portone, cucina non fornitissima, andrebbero fornite più pentole e generi per lavaggio stoviglie

Stay in Barcelona at El Born Villa

Barcelona is a beautiful city and El Raval is a great location for young people. My group and I had so much fun in the city - we stayed for three nights. It was a bit hard to sleep at nights because there were locals waiting outside the apartment. The apartment itself was clean, but we were slightly misled by the images on the website. Overall it was an experience!

Centralt beliggende

Boligen ligger centralt, som udgangspunkt for gåture i byen og er okay. Lejligheden var ren og pæn. Udlejer var venlige og hjælpsomme! Der er en del larm om aftenen/natten fra de lokale, som opholder sig lige neden for på gaden ved kiosk, så det var svært at sove!
